Prince Starbeam (also known as Ty Real for his music production) released a debut mixtape in 2011 titled, "Ego Overdose.” This project ultimately landed him a management deal with superstar music executive Michael "Sha Money XL" Clervoix (Co-Founder of G-Unit). Under the guidance of Sha Money XL, he would go on to produce records for Juelz Santana and Lil Wayne and be featured on records with Bobby Shmurda including the songs, “Wipe The Case Away” and “Worldwide” both of which appeared on Shmurda’s 2014 EP, “Shmurda She Wrote.” 

Prince Starbeam (Ty Real) has yet to publicly discuss his being detained for 5 hours by New York authorities during the infamous raid at Quad Studios while producing a studio session for Bobby Shmurda and GS9 Records.

In 2016, recording artist Corey Finesse (also former GS9 Records Artist) commissioned him to produce two albums, which he did. He delivered production on both “Kaka Show” (Corey’s debut album) and “Life After 9” (his sophomore offering).

With his sophomore album as an artist titled, "New Purpose," Prince Starbeam continues his tradition of recording, producing, mixing and mastering his own entire project.
