A west coast native, Maurice ‘Moetown’ Lee proudly represents two cities, Compton and Rialto, CA as his hometown. Inspired by the struggle of his underserved, once gang-saturated neighborhood, Lee began DJ’ing as the escape from the street life. Quickly earning himself a name in the evolving music game. Also natives to the city, 80’s Pioneer rap group N.W.A., heavily influenced the young Moetown, and Hip Hip/Urban culture overall, as depicted in the 2015 box office hit 'Straight Outta Compton’. In effort to now pay homage in return, Lee used major marketing power to drive sales for the film, making Atlanta the #1 contributing market grossing $60.2 million for its debut.
 
In 1998, Moetown began work with Priority Records, which saw him relocating to his current residence and music metropolis Atlanta, GA. With success, he established Westway Consulting which he grew from a small promo street team to a full service Music Industry consulting firm to include artist management and commercial radio promotions. Through the success of Westway, the major labels would quickly take notice of Lee’s expertise seeking him for themselves. The now CEO, would go on to spend years as Director of Marketing with JCOR Entertainment.

DJ Krazee Rae is a Blend DJ specializing in creative R&B and Hip Hop mixtapes. He is best known for his praised Hard for da Streetz series, parts 1-5. He is currently working on Blend Bangerz part 5. Another best seller is the Street Heroes series, parts 1 and 2 - a collaboration with DJ Hitz focusing on D-Block releases that was acknowledged by Styles p himself. Other celebrated work includes his Wet the Bed sheetz series and Max B – Lyfe after Byrdgang. He is currently gearing up to drop his highly anticipated Blend Bangers pt. 2 mixtape – no word yet as to which artists will be featured.

Early in his career, DJ Krazee Rae was affiliated with Grind Worldwide but has since separated from being involved with groups. His mentors are DJ Juice, DJ BIG MIKE, and DJ Rob E Rob. 

DJ Krazee Rae DJed for French Montana, has been featured on DJ Juice’s The Hottest DJ’s in da Hood video mixtape, was a guest DJ for Shade 45 on satellite radio, interviewed by WXIN 90.7FM, and was aSPECIAL GUEST  DJ for WBSR 88.1FM.

Born in the Bronx, DJ Krazee Rae was raised in Yonkers, NY and currently resides in Providence, RI where he owns a barber shop. His passion for creating mixtapes started when he was 13 and the artist that inspires him most is Nas. He is a full-blooded Puerto Rican who doesn’t like Reggaeton. LOL
