Our first vinyl EP narrates the kitchen-table tales of the mythical Mucky Trace, brought to you by our resident marching band, Felon5.

As the gloomy shadow of 2020's year-long dance floor hiatus gradually begins to dissipate, an international calling for hedonism has swept eagerly through the world of dance music. And with it, an unspoken summoning for the third 'Summer of Love'.

A year of pleasure indulgence and accidental anarchy as we flock from forest to field and retake the dance floors we so often missed.

So, as the year begins to gain momentum and the calendars begin to fill, let us join you in the celebrations for the year that we lost and present you with our piece of this intricate puzzle - BIZR001.

The label will serve as an amalgamation of the years of Bizarre that have passed. Of sleepless Sunday mornings as nights turned into days and days back into nights. Providing a soundtrack for that dedicated weekend warrior, sporting a crinkled cowboy hat and a pair of luminescent sunglasses, blissfully unaware of the world outside the walls that surround them.

And in doing this, build a lasting home for our residents and for the wandering nomads who have yet to find a home. Sprinkling a personal pinch of our own seasoning into the musical stratosphere and offering a timeless fragment of Bizarre to the future generations that will succeed us.

Our second vinyl EP is brought to you by our very own clubland Casanova - B.Love.

The project oozes that signature B.Love sound, parading an array of funk-infused bass lines and bouncy vocal samples, peppered with groove-infused vocoder chops which add to the EP's playful charm.

This project marks the first solo 4-track release for B.Love, unleashing his fun and distinctive flare as he lays a solid foundation for his future craftwork. 

Each track embodies a mischievous hedonism, showcasing a funner side of Bizarre whilst offering a flirtatious glimpse into the mind of "B followed by the Love".

Audio Reflex returns with the ‘Reflex II’ EP!
Starting off the A side we have Padding out, a hypnotic, arpeggiated groover with a deep and long bass line carrying the tune from start to finish. We then have a smooth entrance into A2, a timeless Lullaby that will captivate the air frequencies until the end of time. A trance arpeggiated sequence flying throughout the track which finally connects with a massive bass guitar bass line that brings the funk and groove in a way that will bring all the hairs on your body to a code red, goosebump state. Its a mystery how this will work on the dance floors, but something to look forward to.
The B side then starts off with another deep and trance groover leading right into the hypnotic Fungusamongus. This track will bring you on a spiritual journey leading you to look deep inside yourself and connect some of the dots you never knew existed..

" It started as a little science fiction story where Kepler-129, a hot star located about 1200 light-years away from our Solar System, became the living environment of peculiar creatures, passionate about music, throwing parties to overcome their tedious routine.

Eventually, this story mirrors what Kepler-129 has grown to be: a concept of round-the-clock parties in unusual settings, simultaneously inspired by the rave culture and the cosier approach of small selectors clubs.

What the science-fiction story did not predict, however, is the Visolux project.

Parties don’t last, printed music does. Surrounded by talented and nerdy friends from both real life and the Internet, much keener to work out drums and machines than launching a start-up, we joined forces to craft a various EP that would echo our Kepler adventures."

Tunisia based Jihed Monser aka HearThug swaggers aboard Sex Tapes From Mars for the wax-only label’s fourth release; a robotic excursion into gritty, tongue in cheek vocoder, bolstering acid lines and vintage pad swoons.

Heading straight for the dancefloor, it opens with “Computerized Souls”, going notably heavy on the drums and low-end, with acid madness at the forefront and alien sounding melodies enabling the eeriness. 

“Generation Of Robots”, is flooded with sci-fi melodies, retro B-boy references and rinsed-out,16-bit, bouncing unfettered tones.

On the flip, “Buzz! Look An Alien (Oh No - No Mix)” neatly fits either the warm up or early hours, filling the low-key, understated spaces it reaches with plenty of esoteric colour and character.

“The Dreams Let You Die” is a poignant closer, sampling Angelo Badalamenti’s iconic Twin Peaks theme to maximal effect. It’s full of moody bass melodies and exquisite, chugging percussion, marking a slinky finale to a highly versatile and well-rounded record.

A humble, nice, Bristol-based label with one of the meanest names (and especially, the CATNUMs) in history ever – Sex Tapes From Mars is preparing their next release in their main series. This time, their guest is HearThug, representing Tunisia. You probably heard the name on various compilations at labels like Fraise Records or One Eye Witness, to name a few.
