Discjockey, producer und former clubowner are only a few words which can describe what T.T. Hacky is... Born and raised in Palatinate he was found quite early in music business. He opened his own club - the "Beat Hotel" in his hometown. It fast grew to a popular meeting place for all young people from the entire region. Although the club could not persist over many years, it surely was T.T. Hacky's first step on his career ladder. Going on with a good mate he created his first label "Beat House Records" a few years later. Of course, his first album "The first eccess" was released on this label. Looking forward to new projects he decided to create a new label called „Affix Records“ together with Thomas Lang . Affix Records was able to celebrate twenty-three publications until the dissolution in 2001. After that T.T. Hacky produced for several designated labels like Chaos Rec., Pulse/Overdose, Nothing Rec., Tetsuo Rec., und Raum Rec. Looking back today, 1999 was the most important year for T.T. Hacky's career. His single "I want you“ , labeled under Talla2XLCs Label Chaos Rec. was a great success. Four years later, the song was rerecorded from Pulse/Overdose, followed by "Basslover", "Gift Project", "midi Rocker" and "Böse Männer". The singles "I want You", "Listen" and his most known project "GENUINE DRAFT" reached minimum top 20 positions in german dance charts (DDC). The same is true for the remixes of "Relieve my Pain“ and Yakooza's "Extasy". At the same time he startet with the legendary "Afterhour-Party" in the most iconic club in the region, the "SOUND" in Dillingen/Saarland. T.T. Hacky may also be seen as a nationally known DJ and producer. He performed at the Nature One, in MiXery Castle - to which he also produced the anthem in 2004, and several times the Swiss cult club OXA, Airport Würzburg, Gate 1 Hanover, culture factory in Saarbrücken. He also played at the Love Parade, the Street Parade in Zurich. If he is in Switzerland to prove his skill, he meets up with his friend and fellow producer DJ Simple to carry on the label "Plastic Toys". Together they made their last album No. 1 on the Swiss charts. Plastic Toys was able to win international stars such as Luca Morris, Dariush, Revolution and many more. One of his biggest and most succesful projects is "T.T. Hacky's Houseball“, where "Hacky" himself invites for party every 3 month since 1997. Besides this, he is - together with his french buddy TonyBoy - responsible for the Release "Hacky & Tony - Remember" , the Ministry of Sound Germany. Plastic Toys Records (with his friend Marcel Warren) just released the new maxi-single "T.T. Hacky - So Saxy" which can be found in every online store. Enjoy!

DJ, Produzent und ehemaliger Clubbesitzer – mit diesen und vermutlich weiteren tausend Wörtern könnte man T.T. Hacky beschreiben.

Der Pfälzer fand sich bereits in sehr jungen Jahren im Musikbusiness wieder. Er eröffnete zunächst seinen eigenen Club – das „Beat House“. Dies war ein sehr beliebter Treffpunkt für alle Jugendlichen aus der Region. Zwar konnte der Club sich auf Dauer nicht halten, doch war es wahrscheinlich T.T. Hacky's erster Schritt in Richtung „Karierreleiter“. Sein Weg bahnte er sich weiter mit einem Kumpel und gründete Jahre später sein erstes Label „Beat House Records“. Deswegen ist der Gedanke auch seine erste Platte - „The first Eccess“ - unter diesem Label zuveröffentlichen nicht weit weg.

Doch um sich selbst weiter entwickeln zu können, gründete er 1996 zusammen mit Thomas Lang das Label „Affix Records“. Sein neues Label hat bis zur Auflösung im Jahre 2001 dreiundzwanzig Veröffentlichungen feiern dürfen.

Anschließend produzierte T.T. Hacky für einige namhafte Labels wie Chaos Rec., Pulse/Overdose, Nothing Rec., Tetsuo Rec., und Raum Rec.

1999 war das wichtigste Jahr für T.T. Hacky's Musikkarriere. Seine Hit-Single „I want you“ schaffte unter dem Label Talla2XLCs Label Chaos Rec. einen Durchbruch. Vier Jahre später wurde die Platte von Pulse/Overdose neu aufgenommen um an den vergangenen Erfolg anzuknüpfen. Weitere ausschlaggebende Produktionen wie Basslover, Gift Project, midi Rocker und Böse Männer darf T.T. Hacky sich auf seine Kappe schreiben. In den Deutschen Dance Charts platzierten sich seine Sinlges „I want You“, „Listen“, und sein wohl bekanntester Hit „GENUINE DRAFT“ immer unter die Top 20. Nicht weniger erfolgreich sind auch seine Remixe von „Relieve my Pain“ oder auch Yakooza's „Extasy“.

Anschließend gründete er die legendären Afterhour-Partys im kultigsten Club des Saarlandes, dem SOUND in Dillingen.

T.T. Hacky darf sich auch als national bekannter DJ und Produzent vorstellen. Er schlug sein Set unteranderem auf der Nature One, im Mixery Castle, zu der er auch 2004 die Hymne produzierte, und mehrere Male in dem Schweizer Kult Club OXA, Airport Würzburg, Tor 1 Hannover, Kulturfabrik in Saarbrücken auf. Außerdem spielte er auf der Loveparade und der Streetparade in Zürich.

Wenn er in der Schweiz alle Register seinen Könnens unter Beweis stellt, trifft er sich auch mit seinem Kumpel und Produzenten Kollegen DJ Simple, die zusammen des Label Plastic Toys betreiben. Die Beiden schafften es mit ihrer letzten Maxi auf Platz 1 der Schweizer Charts.

Mit ihrem Label haben sie internationale Stars wie Luca Morris, Dariush, Revolution und viele mehr unter Vertrag.

Eines seiner erfolgreichsten Projekte ist „T.T. Hacky's Houseball“, zu dem der Meister persönlich seit 1997 alle drei Monate zum Feiern einlädt. Außerdem ist er zusammen mit seinem französischen Kumpel Tonyboy verantwortlich für das Release Hacky & Tony - Remember des Ministry of Sound Germany Labels.

An active member of the band Fant4stik with Guigoo, Billx and Floxytek, Mat Weasel has been for years one of the leaders of the Hardtek scene. With a unique ability to seamlessly mix between powerful tracks and 90’s pop punk rave bootlegs, he is proving to be an essential and significant link between the different hard beats scenes: Hardtek, Frenchcore, UK Hardcore and Happy Hardcore.
Mat’s first releases in the late 90’s were like an electroshock on the Hardtekno scene of this time, his Happy Hardcore and Makina influences contrasted so much with the hypnotic and spiritual sounds from other producers. He was the first to release Hardtek at 200bpm, the first to use “kick-bass” based tracks (a bass shot offbeat between two kicks) and tricky cuts every 4 bars. His first vinyl release directly launched him to the top of scene, alongside other artists of his generation: Guigoo, Kefran, Vinka, Gotek, MSD…

Mat Weasel has played an impressive range of venues, from the biggest festivals like Monegros, Dreambeach, Masters of Hardcore, Ground Zero and many more to the best clubs like Pacha, Magazzini Generali, Le Bikini… And he has rocked parties all around the world, from China, Japan, Venezuela and Russia, as well as nearly every single European country!
