i went through a pretty rough heartbreak last year in Dec. 2013 and this is just an outlet for me. i don't feel the same way i did when i wrote this poem as time has healed my heart and my anger towards that person, but i know there are people out there who went through something similar and i just want you to know you're not alone... you got me.

Kerry B is a spoken word artist and author who uses hip-hop and jazz influences for his poetry. Participating in open mics and readings throughout the nation, Kerry is known for his rhyme scheme and style. His poetry is recognized to carry powerful messages, along with a passionate delivery. Kerry B is the author of the poetry books Soul Appetizer: A Sampler and An Open Table. He is also a co-author of the collaboration poetry book No Holds Barred. Kerry B is the co-host of Verbal Collision: A Night of Duets, a radio show part of the P.O.E.T. Radio weekly lineup. He has also released two spoken word CDs: Midnight Sunrise and Soulful Seductions. Kerry B is the founder of the clothing line, Word Artistry Tees.
