We're going into the second round of remix extracts for Of Norway's 2014 album “Accretion”. Already the frst release with remixes by Adriatique and Lehar for the wonderful “Spirit Lights” was and still is a big success and we are sure the interpretation for “It's You” we will be equally successful.

The original is a Kraut-House epic with the haunting vocals of Norwegian singer Lois, and for us from Connaisseur one our favourites from the album.

Just like most tracks from Of Norway, “It's You” is an original predestined to be remixed.
First on the remix duties is Eric Volta, an artist we highly appreciate, mostly known for his releases on No.19 and Visionquest, as well as a bunch of amazing remixes. He is a thoroughbred musician and massive talent. His way of building up his tracks is extraordinary, he doesn't just tell stories with his tracks, he tells fairly tales. Mystic, surprising and touching is also his interpretation for “It's You”. We were (ohne almost) speechless when we we heard it for the frst time. A track for a special moment and perfect for Connaisseur. We are in love with it!

The second remix comes from The Drifter, the third man of the Maeve collective next to Mano Le Tough and Baikal. 2015 seems to be his year, as what he has delivered so far in the past months is pure bliss. His remix for “It's You” is further proof for his unstoppable rising success. With his interpretation he starts smoothly but quickly builds up an alluring tension, setting several freak-out moments for the club with his breaks. We are sure you will hear his wonderful version very often on the dancefoors in the next months.
