Made this binaural to offer protection and to assist through frequency to stimulate the Heart and encouraging its healthy functioning. More energetically focussed than biological.

Whilst listening try to imagine your body purifying sending energy and awareness to the lungs and direct mental energy there. Intention is very important also to direct energy for healing, so set an intention if possible (to cleanse, heal, empower, remove negative energy, grief is especially powerful in this region, as well as fears of death and loss/endings/lack of hope, helpful for releasing trauma that pressures the chest and the hardening of heart walls due to a closed heart space).

Estonian composer Arvo Pärt wrote this piece for his friend’s daughter, Alina, in the same year I was born. Last night as I struggled to find comforting words for my daughter as I tucked her into bed, she asked me to play piano for her, as she often does, to help her drift off to sleep peacefully. Instinctively, yet unconsciously I chose this piece. -For Koen, for Alina, for all of our daughters.

Here is a little gift track that i made with manipulation of the earth frequency 194.18Hz and loads of strange samples from my travels, tapping into the deep earth frequencies. Making it healed some of my pointy anxieties about feeling nurtured and grounded in this time, i hope you can benefit from these medicinal frequencies. Made mostly on Serum and with binaural tones made through Operator. Found samples are from my travels in india and from banging metal on things in abandoned berlin factories. It was in my india trip 2018 that the idea to make planet albums was born - so also it is cute to tell the story from beginning until now. 

Mercury next after venus and then we travel to the sun for some long binaural meditations and take a slingshot to Mars, then Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.
