1) What inspired you start making CEDM music?

1. Honestly, my whole life I've been listening to electronic music. I grew up among a family of very talented musicians as well. My parents always encouraged me to grow as a musician. So making music was a part of me in my younger days. I also grew up in The Church. I've always had a good understanding of who Jesus was. It wasn't until 2013 when I really got to know Jesus. During this time I was already trying to make electronic music. When my heart was focused on Jesus during that time, I made a choice to dedicate my creative work to God. I began to find other electronic producers who were believers and that made quality dance music. From there I began to connect with the CEDM community and I guess from this point I began to make what is now called: CEDM.

2) Who are your favorite musicians?

2. You know as musicians, we listen to a ton of music from a ton of artists. Whenever I get the question regarding favorites, I have a hard time answering it Because I enjoy so much from so many artists. But if I were to choose I would definitely go with Hans Zimmer, Max Ritcher, Emmit Fenn, and Chris Howland. But again this is a small list of my favorites. The list is much longer.

3) What is your favorite bible verse and why?

3. My favorite is: Numbers 23:19 
“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"
This one really speaks volumes to me about how faithful God is. That He really is good. That when He promises something, its a done deal! When He says He'll never leave us or forsake us, He truly means it!

4) Is there anything else you would like to share?

4. I've got some new original music coming out this year! My first single of the year is called "Genesis". So be sure to check that out. I've also started a side project called Midtro. This is where I release my more ambient and Neo-Classical music. I'm really excited for 2018 and to continue making music!

Jason DeRoche - Realign My Mind (Feat. Ben Di Nunzio)(Kevin Aleksander Remix)

Kevin Odnoralov aka Kevin Aleksander was born in Denver, Colorado and grew up among a family of musicians. He’s been involved in the world of music ever since he was little, picking up piano lessons at age 9 and creating his own compositions by the age of 13. At 15, he began producing electronic dance music in his bedroom. 

Within just a of couple years, Kevin’s prodigious talent landed him multiple collaborations with King Topher and releases on labels such as Musical freedom, STMPD, Bring The Kingdom, and Mad Decent. 

He recently just got back from a tour with King Topher, playing in San Fransisco (Folsom 1015), Indianapolis, Toronto, Chicago (Spy Bar), Ohio, Redding (Sundial Bridge) and Austin TX. 

In 2017 he traveled to the Netherlands and Scotland to play shows and do electronic dance music workshops in public schools.
