She said for me she’d swim the reservoir of ice
I said no need for that, I suggested she think twice
But to prove love she said who dares wins

This beautifully surreal and uplifting cue takes the listener to a faraway journey, a journey through time and space. The heartbeat sounding bass drum & glassy synths are captivating. Guitars are airy and moody yet melodic. The intertwining choir adds a unique sense of depth and colour to this dreamy cue.

My good friend @dave-mckeown wrote this little gem and asked me to play along on the guitar. Always a great pleasure, and even more so because it bears my name :-) That B alliterates very nicely, don't you think? Anyway, it's a clarinet duet, a smooth tune at an easy going pace in Gilberto-style, with a cool melody and gorgeous harmonies and – as always – outstanding soulful playing.

Been making music since I was a kid (tracks towards the bottom date as far back as 2002). I like to mess around with many different styles and moods. I play the piano, trumpet, drums, and a few other instruments. Always down for collaborations & trying to improve.
