Following the heavy, hard-hitting debut, the new record now explores a more 80s-inspired sound between italo disco and electronic body music that despite its playfulness doesn’t lack the clarity and straightforwardness of Flood’s older productions. While the energetic title track, centered around catchy synth lines and Dave Gahan-esque vocals, grows into a mesmerizing tribute to the glamourous, fun side of dance music, ,“Digitalpakt“ takes a turn to the darker side: Punchy drums, a sinister bassline and estranged vocal bits won’t fail to move your body.
On the B-Side, Turnland’s Felice then waits with a very pleasant surprise and uses his remix of “Still Want You“ to turn the EP’s title track into a groovy house gem that immediately lets you think of Ibiza sunsets.

GREETINGS follows up this electrifying entree the introduction of the enigmatic ‘Flavio Zoom’, a cosmic search through robust and considered flavours. Newcomer Sam In Space makes a splash with mid-meal workout ‘Aerobic’, charismatic dark disco with an athletic flair. Things take a turn for the sampladelic with the strange and playful mutant funk of ‘Pre Club’ by Club Sausages, before an all-time classic gets an imaginative Italo rework with ‘The Rhythm’ by Black Feeling. Podcast N° 2 - PCK | Malevolent Demons

"Origami" is a famous Japanese art of folding paper into a decorative figure, and is now also the fruit of the musical collaboration between Barcelona-based producer Ludviq and Australia-based multifaceted Poulper. 

Indeed, born from the recent time spent in the studio by both producers, their new EP testifies to the symbiosis between Bonkers Music´s Ludviq and Quixotical Records´Poulper. Together, they deliver the singles "Origami" and "Crystal Cactus", both tracks blending each producer's quintessential musical wizardry. In their new record, Ludviq´s dark psychedelic slow techno textures meet Poulper´s more atmospheric and deep organic layers, which sounds as enigmatic and thought-provoking as an original Japanese origami. 

After a first successful single release "Cosmovision" via Golden Soul Records in 2022, THISBE Recordings is delighted to release Ludviq & Poulper first collab EP, both on a limited vinyl edition and on all digital platforms. The record also includes remixes by Calypso Records´head Thomass Jackson and French proto house and new beat sensation Kubebe.
