Watkins' is a passionate artist that began to enjoy music at the age of 4 by listening to Artist such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Usher, Tupac and many others. D. Watkins performs original and cover songs from artist such as Drake, Chris Brown, Ginuwine and many others. D. Watkins coming from a musical family and attending 'The School For Creative & Performing Arts is pre-destined for success. D. Watkins father Eric (E-Dubb) Watkins was in a R&B/Soul music group called 'Sharp' back in the 80's. The R&B super group was signed to Elektra records in the same musical camp as Babyface and L.A Reid. With the passion of music that lied in his father, D. Watkins became fueled with musical passion and began working his craft at a early age, playing percussion instruments from 3rd grade to present and singing at various venues and events in different cities. D. Watkins writes his own songs and collaborates with various artist on beats and projects.
