A guitarist/singer/songwriter who writes songs and sings about Peace, Love and stories about real-life events. Some songs are right out of the headlines. Some songs may be depressing but then again, so is life sometimes. My music is evolving with my life.

Biography
Playing guitar and singing on and off since I was about 10, High School Chorus, US Navy Veteran. I took about 30 years off of performing (at least seriously) to raise a family and deal with life, and now I am back (as of May 11, 2011) playing guitar, singing and writing songs and finally enjoying music once again. Currently taking a long break to care for my wife who is facing multiple disabilities.

Description
I enjoy playing music as it is a way to relax and to express myself. I write songs about current events in and around my life just as I see them. Music inspires me and I like writing music that inspires other people too. Playing music for others makes me very happy and you can always during a show see me smile and that is my LOVE OF MUSIC pouring out onto the stage.

I finally got round to putting my first album out in 2021...In Spanish Harlem is made up of improved mixes of my first ten songs on Soundcloud...Well, they sound improved to me, but you never know...On the 14 February 2023, my second album A Boy Like Me became available on all streaming platforms.

Been singing all of my life, writing lyrics since 1983, recording since 1995.

I am sort of transgenre'd.  Straight across the board.  The only good thing good about being a non-performing songwriter is you have the freedom to pretty much write what you want in any genre you want.

I grew up listening to classical, the Beatles and Stones, James Taylor, Carly Simon, and later , the Doobie Brothers.  Nowadays, I just find a playlist on Spotify. I am partial to alternative these days. And electronic if it has vocals.

I've been at this a while, and if you are like me, you'll never get tired of it.
