I had the pleasure of playing lead guitar for Bobby Womack in a 1973 bus tour crossing America for over 30,000 miles. It followed the release of the film "Across 110th Street" with its title song by Bobby. At the time I was living in NYC on 110th Street at Broadway. This lo-fi track is from a cassette recording of our gig in Norfolk, Virginia.

I've always been a fan of the track Spanish Joint  but I felt like the original is fairly mellow and couldn't find a way to fit it into my DJ sets. So i remixed this acoustic Spanish Joint with a more vibey dance feel so I can play out. Added new synths, keys, drums, bass, and sound efx.
