Chuck Cheesman writes hopeful, loving, and sometimes satirical songs for people of all ages. His "Dancing With No Shoes On" children's music programming is popular with families, but he also writes, records, and performs music for adults. Chuck also teaches guitar at Multnomah Arts Center and does educational outreach for public schools in partnership with Artichoke Music.

In 2012, Chuck and his friend Bob Neustadt produced a benefit CD project called Border Songs that raised nearly $100,000 for humanitarian aid for migrants along the USA/Mexico border.
