It feels like an eternity of darkness. Seeing the weak, crawling hands of light rays radiating from the dying sun on the horizon, not quite able to make a dent on the pitch darkness, one might wonder: will the darkness prolong for another eternity? Unknown to them is another world, trying to break free from the grip of relentless & blinding light.

The beings on both sides roam around trying to find the switch that can flip through reality. But, as with most things in the cosmos, they feel controlled by the invisible threads of a higher power, a machine that no one knows. The sands of time flow endlessly through that machine, waiting for the signal to reverse the flow. Will anyone amongst the millions, be able to find that switch hidden in plain sight, within their own minds?

"VA Time Switch" has 10 tracks carefully selected in to a serious assortment by Mico-X, this collection of sounds falls under the night psytrance spectrum.

Key to Insaniity by Alex Vosser is a project born out of the best kind of crazy idea: take the flow and groove of conventional psy, and fuse it with the pounding high speed power of hitech beats. With on point production and precise DJ mixes, Key to Insaniity has been driving the South African psychedelic scene into a state of blissful madness. 


DJing and producing in the styles of twilight, darkpsy and hitech, his music ranges in tempo from 148 to 180 bpm. His beats and selections favour organic flavours, while at the same time creating densely mechanical atmospheres. By fusing sounds that would be at home in the forest with beats from the cityscapes of psychedelic Johannesburg, Key to Insaniity delivers tunes and performances that speak to the heart of the new wave of techno-hippies.
