Mein Remix Zu Mann Muss Starke Massage auch an die Hardtrance Techno Scene. Apache 207 veröffentlicht mit „Mann Muss“ die dritte Single seines Albums „21 Gramm“ (Release: 28. August). Der Song kombiniert eingängige Hook und Gitarren mit Gesellschaftskritik am traditionellen Männerbild.

Apache thematisiert den Druck, „stark“ sein zu müssen, und zerlegt toxische Männlichkeitsmythen. Im Video wird eine Familie gezeigt, die Söhne in ein „Mann-Heim“-Bootcamp schickt – Sinnbild für patriarchale Härte und Gefühlsunterdrückung.

Der Song endet ernst: Telefonseelsorge-Nummer und Statistiken (85 % der Morde, 73 % der Suizide in Deutschland – von Männern) machen klar, wie sehr Männer selbst unter diesen Rollenbildern leiden.

Apache stellt klar: Männer sind nicht nur Täter, sondern auch Opfer patriarchaler Strukturen, die sie selbst weitertragen. Er ruft zu Gefühlen, Offenheit und Therapie auf.

Der Track reiht sich ein in eine neue Bewegung im Rap, in der Verletzlichkeit thematisiert wird (Apsilon, Ramzey, Symba).
