Orchestral music is my biggest love and a challenge at the same time. I´m learning as I go, but it is such a fun to play all those wonderful instruments! And the result is satisfying, at least for me :-)

Way Of Orch

Discovering a new world of orchestra composition. Overwhelming but joyful (as well for my computer). This way of music production is the highest peak for me, I really wish to learn as much as possible. How far can I reach on my own?

Door to the New World

Orchestral music works surprisingly well with electronic sound and heavy percussions. I guess orchestral music goes well with anything. It is amazing what you can do with a little software in a computer...and a LOT of RAM...

Prisoner of Dissonance

I've finally played and finished Kingdom Come Deliverance 1 and what a game! Dorian mode music is all around my head right now. So it is time to pickup some ol' dusty medieval instruments, raise a tankard and play some fairytale music!

Morning In The Forest

This is part of the soundtrack I was writing many years ago for our videogame Cardhalia. Dwundur was a main city in the game. We were making the game with friends as kids, unfortunately it was never released. I have written the first 40 seconds of this piece when I was 16yo and then couldn't figure out how to continue with it. It was a nice challenge to return to this piece and "finish" it after almost 30 years later. With nowadays tools it is so much easier, with proper DAW and instrument libraries (and skills and experience). This is Spitfire Symphony Orchestra and PianoTeq. I mean, I'm no master, just a plain amateur, but it is such a fun to play with all the instruments of the full orchestra!

Trumpets of Dwundur

If only there would be no limits in our daily lives. No obligations, no everyday pointless hunt for money, no "musts" or "have tos". I would never leave my humble studio ever again. But I guess I would have no money then to purchase all those wonderful toys I can play with. Like this one. Audio Imperia did a wonderful 80% off-sale as a 10 year anniversary celebration over this summer, so I also made myself happy and got all of their treasures. This track is a deadly combo of Nucleus + Jaeger + Areia + Chorus. The sound coming out of these instruments is just ... stunning! I wish I could be a better composer/sound engineer to make it shine better. But playing with it is an incredible healing process, so it is compensating nicely with all the downsides of normal life.

Sky Is Not The Limit

Brass, drums, reverb. Anything more? Maybe a bit of a madness. I think I need to produce track like this from time to time, to release tension. Let the darkness do its thing so the light can take over next time.

Glimpse of Brass Madness

Music is the greatest human invention, the only language that speaks to us all. It would be a shame not to share my share. Just for fun, just for mere survival of one man's mind. Thank you for listening!
