Today's premiere comes from another outstanding release on Sharpson's Choki Biki Records, as Josh Coakley launches his Coakley Collabs Vol.1 collaborative EP, curated by Josh himself.

Coakley Collabs Vol.1 consists of six techno orientated collaborations between Josh Coakley and other Irish talent including; blk., Sharpson, jxck, KIRK, Karl Seery and Black Traffic. Each track varies between a blend of acid, electro, trance and breakbeat, under the umbrella of Coakley’s signature techno sound.

Today's premiere "Fade To Grey' comes from Josh Coakley's collaboration with Scott Prendergast AKA Black Traffic. The pair have composed a track that tows the lines between trance and melodic techno. Black Traffic's signature use of rich textures and melodies contrast with Coakley's hard core techno drum programming. 

Coakley Collabs Vol.1 comes out via Sharpson's imprint; Choki Biki Records on the 22nd of April. It will be available as 12” vinyl also on all major digital streaming platforms courtesy of Lobster Theremin.

Today’s premiere will undoubtedly invigorate you with that Friday feeling. ROWDIBOI has supplied us with the B side release of his new Solar EP which is due to release this Sunday.

Thump party starter and Real Rotation label boss George Guinness (better known as ROWDIBOI), has achieved great success running Thump parties with its most recent party being a co-promotion with Vison, which took place in Tramline. It was a real spectacle on the night which featured a stacked line up consisting of Ôneyra, Yasmin Gardezi and Parfait.

Looking more closely at his achievements with Real Rotation the label ha welcomed releases from blk., Obskür and Meltx to name a few which shows it has been a solid supporter of Irish dance music and one that we are eager to keep an eye on in the future.

Lucky for us, we have been provided a piping hot track just before we approach the lovely month of May. This high energy heater encapsulates the ROWDIBOI persona perfectly. Intriguing, chaotic, playful, and joyous The tracks progression is a wonderful blend and chop of the old school classic vocal sample of ‘Armando – 100% Of Dissin’ You’, accompanied with powerful drum sequencing and a rousing melody to polish things off.

When asked about the inspiration behind the track ROWDIBOI highlighted ‘festivals and campsite moments that create long lasting memories fuelled by warm cans and no sleep’ which I think is an accurate representation of what is to come this summer and this tune could be a soundtrack of that. FJAAK - Back In The 70's

Coming out of Cork, Ireland, KEYRAH has quickly made her mark on emerging Irish techno scene.

Starting her journey during the lockdowns by uploading mixes to Soundcloud, she has progressed to making an appearances on some of the biggest shows the country has seen, playing support for artist such as Shampain, DJ Heartstring, YAZZUS, Fionn Curran, Charlie Sparks, blk., Azyr and CLTX to name a few.

She has recently gone international with her debut in Wav Liverpool and has played at Life Festival in 2023.

She plays a variety of subgenres in electronic music, with her preference being hard techno, heavy basslines, trance and all things bouncy
