I made this to help me sleep while I was dealing with undiagnosed PTSD when I was deployed. This music helped calm me down then, maybe it can help calm someone else down now. It's a screenshot of what helped me out when I was dealing with some heavy stuff, so I'm not going to remove any songs. Maybe I'll add some, as I've added some since being diagnosed and going through treatment, because it's going to be a lifelong thing for me.

The idea for this cover started off as a joke with my girlfriend while we were standing in line at a Pinkberry. The original song came up and I started to sing along for kicks. I told her that I'd cover the song and she just laughed but I was serious.
