24 year old (Oct 12, 2000) Cartersville, GA based artist/rapper ‘SHXCKEY’ (Jacob Shockey) is one of the very few artists to come up out of the South Georgia scene, where as he was born in Hazlehurst. Using his craft as an obsessive art form to transcend how he feels in a more articulate manner, SHXCKEY started rapping in 2013 dropping his very first track on SoundCloud “In a Minute”
