Willie P. is a Hip Hip artist in pursuit of making a major mark on the world of not only hip hop but in all forms of entertainment. From poetry to writing unbelievable lyrics, his possibilities are endless. His musical content covers all aspects of his life from his struggles, love interest and even his everyday stresses during his college career. WILLIE was born in Dallas, Texas where he developed a love for all aspects of music due to his families musical background. He started creating his own beats as a hobby in 1999, but finally began to take his musical skills to another level after making it to high school. From free-styling to creating original songs, his potential as an artist are reaching new heights with everyday he picks up a microphone. He intends on creating music in which everyone can relate and feel his energy through every punch line and melody. This Houston based group has performed locally at venues such as, Indigo Midtown, The House of Blues, Warehouse Live, Last Concert Café and Alley Kat Bar and Lounge as well as gracing stages in Dallas, Austin (SXSW), New Orleans, Atlanta, and LA. Like George Clinton & Parliament-Funkadelic, Mint Condition and Frankie Beverly & Maze all rolled up in one, they will make you beg for an encore each and every show, validating their coined slogan, "THE C.I.T.Y., We Party". They are a breath of fresh air for live music, delivering funk in increasing levels.
