Coming from the rave scene, NZM 99 is carried by a dark and powerful universe. A hyperactive producer, he created his own label Tialk records as a tribute to his boat on which he lives.
Fascinated by the warm grain of old synthesizers, he cultivates a techno with EBM tones that bewitches dance floors.

This month's guest is Humanoid Target Practice; a Finnish producer / DJ duo based in Helsinki whose sound focuses on creating a dark driving atmosphere on the dancefloor by combining cold industrial soundscapes with hard hitting kicks and distorted basslines. 

They run their own monthly radio show at Ida Radio and host club events in various venues under the name Incendiary, that focuses on darker side of electronic music.

𝙑𝙀𝙎𝙀𝙇𝙆𝘼 𝙋𝙊𝘿𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙏 079 | 𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀

LVCERATE - producer and DJ from Kyiv - whose sound carries a tense and fangy tone. Embracing genres such as EBM, Electro, New Beat, Acid, Industrial, Italo and Dark Disco, he pursues an immersive and eccentric dance experience.
He has been part of lineups at festivals such as Black! Factory, Strichka, events like Veselka, Stezhka and Laboratorium, and clubs like Closer and Arsenal XXII. Lvcerate has released music on labels such as X-IMG, SOIL, Khoinix, система | system, Hybrid Moment, and Necromechanica. He also collaborated with Vladyslav Putistin on two EPs released this year on Sharped Records and Emerald & Doreen.

𝙑𝙎𝙇𝙆: How was your first DJ gig?
𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀: 
It was at a club Otel' during an event named Zanovo. I was one of the co-organizers and spent the evening helping prepare the yard to turn it into a second dancefloor. After that, I worked all night at the doors, and finally, in the morning, I played the closing set to finish off the survivors. As I remember it, it was a great experience!

𝙑𝙎𝙇𝙆: Studio setup vs. DJ setup: What is more fun?
𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀:
A studio setup is definitely more fun, especially if you can lock yourself in with it for a long time.

𝙑𝙎𝙇𝙆: Name 2 positive and 2 negative sides of "ONLY DAY EVENTS ALLOWED".
𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀: 
On the positive side, you can be more organized, get enough sleep, and it also becomes less marginalized in this way.
On the negative side, you can’t fully immerse yourself in the experience, and it always feels like you can’t get enough of it.

𝙑𝙎𝙇𝙆: Any hidden spots in Kyiv you can recommend?
𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀: 
St. Nicholas Cathedral is definitely not hidden, but it seems a bit overlooked. It's a gothic-style building shared between the Catholic Church and the National Organ and Chamber Music Hall of Ukraine.

𝙑𝙎𝙇𝙆: What’s on for 2025?
𝙇𝙑𝘾𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀: 
I haven’t released any solo EPs or albums since 2021, but in 2025, I have at least two scheduled: one at the start of the year and another in the summer. A third EP, currently in progress, may also be released next year. All of these will feature exciting collaborations alongside my solo work.
Additionally, we’ll definitely be returning with a new collaborative EP with Vladyslav Putistin next year.
Apart from that, I plan to focus on preparing my first live set and updating my work environment.
