Fasting helps us to be in tune spiritually for our destiny and gives an advantage for the future. By fasting we are able to bring forth the power of God in our lives.

There is power for the believer in fasting. Fasting is a statement of humility; when God sees you humbling yourself, He will exalt you. God answers and responds to fasting and it opens us up for reward. When you fast, don’t focus on the hunger and discomfort, focus on the reward.
