Holy Ghost

The Bible tells us that in the beginning the Earth was without form, it was void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. But the Spirit of God hovered, God spoke a Word, and there was light. The Bible also tells us that Jesus could not start His ministry without the Spirit of God coming upon Him. As a believer, we have the same Spirit within us, to reveal to us the deep things of God. We have what is takes to know the mind of God, by the Spirit.

By The Spirit

In order to start His assignment on Earth, Jesus needed the Holy Spirit. Likewise with Mary, Elizabeth, John the Baptist and others in the scriptures. To fulfil the assignment of God in your life, you must be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Desire More Of The Holy Spirit

What God does with your life is not based on your education, or the training you have had. God will use those who have been with Him. This is why church is not meant for education, but for feeding. For God to use you, you must be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Being Filled With The Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit - Be Filled With The Spirit

The Holy Spirit is always indicating things to us, like when the Holy Spirit spoke concerning Judas (Acts 1:16). We must be dependent on the Holy Spirit to lead us and make the right decisions.

Holy Spirit - Walking In The Spirit

To be a beneficiary of what God is doing, we must be in the spirit. This requires a great amount of discipline. We cannot do this when living and operating in the flesh, meaning we are outside of Gods will and desire. As born again Christians we cannot live in the flesh, but we must be in the spirit to discern spiritual things. We must focus our minds on the things that please God. and have a relationship with him.

In The Spirit

To be filled with the Holy Spirit, we must be desperate. Hosting the Holy Spirit requires us to engage him and be aware of his presence, making a conscious effort. We must acknowledge the Holy Spirit in every decision we make and step we take. Becoming drunk in the Holy Spirit, starts with a desire and longing to be filled. We must not give up on our thirst, the longer we remain in his presence the greater the infilling and the greater the impact. 
As we continue to press in prayer, and host his presence, we are able to align ourselves with God’s plan for our lives and destiny.
