God is our life supply. This means that until you have the life supply of God, you cannot shine. Your testimony of Jesus is a function of the life which is coming into you. However, life will not come if your connectivity and your affection towards God is low. You must remain connected to the life supply.

Amongst God’s people, leaven stands for sin, hypocrisy and wrong teachings. The people of God must stay far away from leaven as we know a little leaven leavens the whole lump (Galatians 5:9). In order to make it in The Way, we must watch out against the little leaven and feed on wholesome words which include the word of God and sound doctrine.

Being a Christian is not based on what you are wearing, the cross you own or the church you attend. Being a true Christian is birthed from within. When you are a Christian, it shows in your love for Christ, hatred for sin and faith and love for God's Word.

How To Know You Are A True Christian

We are saved by the Word of God that we hear; the Word alone carries the power and potency to change the heart. For this reason, we must always consider what the Scriptures have said. Nothing changes the heart like the Word of God. Any faith outside of the Word of God is not genuine faith. You must learn to focus your mind on what God’s word has said because God’s word has the final verdict.
