God created us to be on earth, to be His image and His expression. However, when sin checked in, this was no longer able to happen. The believer is someone who now has divinity of God and God can be expressed through man once again. This is the God constituted person.

God joins Himself to man and man joins Himself to God - this happens more as the believer starts to mature in their Christian walk. As you become more constituted of God, the more God is able to use you, express Himself in you and speak through you to nations.
