This project means a lot to me since my mother is from Chile and immigrated in France when she was five at the beginning of Pinochet's military coup in 1973. So @niotane_krmr and I decided to show you guys some strong moments of Chile's history on my instagram, confronting the recents riots that happened and the coup. Hope you will like it !

It's been a stacked year of strong releases from Moments In Time. Based in Manchester, it has shown its commitment to signing new exciting local talent, as well as those more established names, with artists including Hadone, Blicz, For the last release of the year, Rudosa welcomes Irish talent Alt8 with a heart racing 3 track release, including a remix from the label boss himself. Evan, aka Alt8 has had successful releases with a collaboration track on Kneaded Pains, Sara Landry remixing his track 'Transcend' on T-Minus Records and most recently a standout remix for Rebekah on her Elements Records imprint. His sets blend dark and gritty techno with industrial drums and early 90s rave influences. Opening with the title track, 'Hope In Darkness' explosive industrial beats pound the senses from the off. Gargantuan reese bass and a catchy melodic hook mid-way make for a powerful peak time cut. Valhalla Calling' powers forward with tough drums and scattergun percussions before dropping into a haunting melodic hook. Eerie sub-harmonics and a gnarly bass in the break add drama before the beat drops and carnage ensues. On remix duties, Rudosa does his best to dirty up the beats and adds an even more twisted hook for the ultimate e-moment. Finally, 'Concrete Walls' sees Mr Marshall flex his funky techno muscles. Vocal asides syncopate against icy stabs and a rumbling industrial beat. Thin moody pads provide the perfect melodic juxtaposition as the dancefloor reaches fever pitch

Lee Holman's performances as a live act and DJ have taken him to prestigious venues like TRESOR Berlin, Khidi Tbilisi, and Corsica Studios London. Known for his vast record collection and dynamic performances, Holman's productions have earned international acclaim.

The upcoming EP evolved organically, with three of the five tracks being part of Holman's live shows for NECHTO events. The lead track, "Wave upon Wave," was recorded live after an event in Kyiv, while the other two were from a session at Khidi Tbilisi. Holman initially did not plan to release these tracks, keeping his live performances unique for each night. The bonus track, "It's Not Over," features a beautiful vocal piece and soulful techno accompaniment.

Inspired by nature, particularly the sea surrounding his island home, Holman channels this inspiration into his music. The five tracks of 'NECH026' reflect his signature deep, raw, and energetic techno sound.

Khazad Records is the brainchild of label chief Balrog. 

The concept of the label was born out of a desire to release hard, industrial, and grooving techno, while also providing a platform for the best young producers to showcase their talent. In doing so, this will hopefully enable the further development of this style of industrial enthused grooving techno.

Khazad Records is a wholly inclusive collective. For this reason, every attempt will be made to ensure an even as possible gender balance of artists. In doing so we hope to address the gender imbalances that are still ever-present within the techno scene. 

As well as showcase the hottest talent in the scene right now, the label will also hope to unearth the future stars of the scene through a fully open demo policy:

- All demos will be listened too but must be sent to our email, this may mean that it takes some time for us to respond but rest assured we will get back to you and make every attempt to offer constructive advice if the demo does not suit the label.
- Tracks DO NOT need to be mastered before sending, we are looking for raw talent not the final product.
