In what seems like an endless sea of increasingly younger producers, sometimes the music needs to do the talking. The latest in the raft of House producers, Bill & Will stand out from the crowd.

Bill & Will are well versed in just what creates a classic club record and execute it with production that belies their years.

Both classically trained, Bill Posters and Will Power dabbled in various genres before finding their own sound by joining forces 18 months ago.
But unlike some of the freshest producers out there, Bill & Will know a pop hook when they hear one and have worked with the likes of Mikill Pane - where between them they have five cuts on his recently released debut album - and have remixed the likes of Rizzle Kicks including recent single 'Lost Generation.' Working with artists such as Dominque Young Unique, Shakka, Takura and Youngman, it won't be long before the names Bill & Will are on everyone's lips.

Since September 2012 I call myself "Yves & Malik". Please don't ask why, it would take too long to explain all the weird facts and the origin of my name. I would describe me as young, dynamic, creative and first of all music-loving. 
At my live-gigs I prefer to play Deep and Tech House. In addition to my DJ work, I also produce my own Music. I regularly experiment with my own edits, remixes and original productions.

Seit September 2012 nenne ich mich Yves & Malik. Fragt bitte nicht wieso, es würde zu lange dauern alle durchtriebenen Sachverhalte der Entstehung meines Namen zu erklären. Ich selber würde mich als jung, musikbegeistert und dynamisch bezeichnen. Am liebsten tobe ich mich live zwischen Deep- und Techhouse aus. Außerdem besitzen ich persönliche Vorlieben für Techno. Neben meiner DJ-Tätigkeit versuche ich mich auch als Producer. Regelmäßig experimentiere ich an eigenen Edits, Remixes und Originalproduktionen.

Maritime Yacht Club is the creative brainchild of renowned UK tastemaker artist/Origins Rcrds label boss Josh Butler alongside longtime friend, talented singer/songwriter and fellow producer José Rosa - who co-wrote and provided the vocals for Josh’s iconic hit record ‘Got A Feeling’.

After more than a year in the making, 2023 sees the launch of this collaborative project, which has more to it than meets the eye. What to expect? Think sultry, vocal-led, commercially-tinged dance cuts with shards of deep house, breaks, jazz, electro and much more.

Since meeting in 2012, Josh and José’s friendship has remained a continuous platform for creativity. The pair have continued to absorb nightlife together in Leeds and Liverpool and work closely on projects throughout the years - leading to the birth of Maritime Yacht Club.

Their first major project together, ‘Got A Feeling’ in 2013 (which has been a vital component ofJosh‘s success over the years), celebrates its tenth anniversary this year and has received an almost unimaginable level of accolades in that time. 

The record won an award for the
biggest-selling track of 2013 on Beatport with Bontan’s remix, which was the overall number one for six weeks straight and is still one of its highest-selling records of all time on the platform.

Maritime Yacht Club began to grow into something tangible during the lockdown in 2020, helping José through one of the most challenging times in his life and providing an outlet for himself and Josh to throw themselves into during a period of stagnation for many in the music space. 

What ensued over the months that followed slowly began to take shape in the form of a diverse body of work, ready to share with the world in all its stylistic glory. With a 12-track debut LP in the pipeline for 2023, including a wave of single releases from the album, you can expect the underground-influenced yet commercial-focused flavours of Maritime Yacht Club to flood your daily listening rotation and fuel your standout dance floor moments this
year and beyond.
