All Inn Records are known for their fantastic label showcases. A highlight of the year took place in one of Moscow's most intimate of clubs; Rodnya. Set in a loft, on the top floor of a former industrial building, you can feel a special party vibe in the following mix, recorded and played by label co-manager, DJ and producer, Giovanni Verrina. Starting off nicely with an atmospheric mood, Verrina keeps the dance floor moving with his tech-house grooves. Classy vocals speak over low-key funky tones while in the deep end, pumping bass lines join forces with rapturous percussive elements. A journey that will take you places. From tribal to more delicate house and rather cryptic techno you’ll also find some really uplifting moments and beautiful melodies. You can really imagine it was a party to remember! Early  May  will see  Mihai  Popoviciu  return  with  his second  long  player  in the  shape  of the ‘Home’  LP on Bondage  music, comprising  twelve  original  compositions  from the Romanian artist.

Mihai Popoviciu : "The album’s called "home" because it is inspired by my experiences from my home city Sibiu in Romania. Home is also the place where the album was produced, in my stripped down studio. It is where I always return to rest and chill after touring the world and the place where I feel most safe and comfortable. The artwork shows an image of the airport lane in Sibiu with surrounding hills and mountains in the back. It is a metaphoric "gate" to both leave and return home."

Romania’s Mihai Popoviciu has carved out quite the career over the past decade releasing material through the likes of Highgrade, Hudd Traxx, Poker Flat and Fear of Flying. Here though we see him deliver his second full-length album and return to Bondage Music following a single on the label back in
2013.

Across the project Mihai delivers his signature dance floor focused, stripped back style with records like ‘ACK’,  ‘Sandstone  Folder’  and  ‘Tentacle  Operated’  showcasing  the  hypnotic  and  percussive  style Popoviciu  executes  so well. The project also drifts into smooth dubby realms via compositions  like
‘Cannon Poets’ and ‘Sunshine’ while the likes of ‘Triumph’ and ‘Music 999’ radiantly display Mihai’s proficient production abilities as he wanders into a brighter more house centric sound.

All in all Mihai Popoviciu turns in a coherent long player whilst exploring a broad range of styles, ‘Focus and ‘Havana’ lay down a groove-led feel with subtle modulations  and an unfaltering structure, while ‘Data On Data’, ‘Paranoia’ and ‘Hypnosia’ tip the focus over to dark and brooding territories with murky synth  pads  and  chuggy  low  end  tones.  Once  again  Popoviciu  has  proven  himself  to  be  one  of Romania’s finest electronic music exports.

Kicking things off, Meyer delivers an enchanting ride with 'LA Strings', where whimsical pads rise and sweep as a hypnotizing bass line whirls endlessly across a landscape of earthy percussion. While still maintaining his trademark sound but taking a slightly deeper path, Meyer conjures up the super dreamy 'Uluwatu'. Settled firmly in rich organic percussion and lush melodies, 'Uluwatu' jaunts effortlessly through overgrown rain forests and lavish emotions. 

Next up is Gorje Hewek and Izhevski's 'Turgoyakk' and it's an absolute gem. Opulent pads, sensuous strings and powerful keys culminate in a profoundly vivid tour into truly emotional territory. Finally, YokoO & Retza deliver an impressive number with the dazzling 'Satori' which is laced with ornate keys and soft siren calls rounding up the release with timeless style. All tracks will be released together on one 12" vinyl and two separate EPs digitally.

Starting off deep and funky, Olivian takes us on a night out inside the renowned database club where he and Petre Inspirescu took control of the establishment’s pre-opening event.

For many years Olivian has been crafting his music (much of which features in this mix) for labels such as BodyParts records, Heisenberg as well as his own Melotherapy Records. If you haven’t already, do yourself a favour and treat your ears with the sound Olivian Nour.

Romania has long been responsible for some of electronic music’s most exciting and innovative talents. Even in such company, Dragosh stands alone. A diverse producer who’s just as comfortable making minimal techno as he is intricate deep house, his is a sound that continues to evolve with each passing release.

Born in Bucharest, Dragosh and his family migrated to Milan, Italy when he was 15. Although he’d initially encountered electronic music in Romania, it was in Milan where his hobby soon gave way for a full-blown obsession. Equally inspired by jazz and hip hop, the teenage Dragosh soon immersed himself in all things sound, starting his production career in earnest using basic software to comprise his very first productions. A fast learner and a natural at manipulating soundwaves and musical algorithms, Dragosh, even at a early age, quickly realised he’d found his calling.
Fast-forward to 2017 and it’s safe to say Dragosh’s music has evolved at an impressive rate. A prolific producer, his music has featured on some of the scene’s most renowned labels, with Desolat, Viva Music, Moon Harbour and Brouqade among those who’ve played host to the Romanian’s unique sound. As impressive a DJ as he is a producer, Dragosh’s sets are equally imbued with passion and are every bit as unpredictable as the music he makes in the studio. His talent behind the decks has led to gigs all across Europe, with Paris, Milan, Manchester and Rome just some of the cities Dragosh he’s graced with his sound.
Now residing in Milan, Dragosh is a regular at berlin clubs such as Club der Visionaire (where he often plays alongside Dana Ruh at her Brouqade & Friends parties) and Chalet, while closer to home he’s also played at Romania’s much renowned Sunwaves Festival. 2017 looks set to be another busy one, with releases for Dutch label Memoria and emerging British imprint Curtea Veche both due out before the year is out. As passionate about music now as he was when he was 15, Dragosh’s musical evolution thankfully shows no sign of slowing down any time soon.
