This fall 2021 will be marked with the return of Merlin and his friend Sufi's Life who joined forces, knowledge and good vibes together in the making of 'Ice and Fire".

They are delivering a psy-dub full-length album of good taste that sounds both fresh and accessible to a wide psychedelic trance audience that likes the 'Shpongle-esque' style of music.

This album stands its own. It is different enough compared with earlier works coming from both of those musicians... and those vocals, samples and everything, they are just original!

The first track on this album features the amazing voice from Tamara Ristic on "Pesma Vilinska" written especially for the occasion, while the master himself Zyce contributed bits on "Awakeners".
Jovan and Slobodan also brilliantly remixed Argus "Battle on the Holy Ground" with goose-bumping Arabic and Indian influences included with some very twisted soundscapes and noises and vocals. This one's a highlight, do not miss it!

Cabeiri takes listeners on a journey beyond the constraints of time with their new album 'Beyond Time'. Blending psychedelic, chill and futuristic electronic styles, the album creates a unique sonic world that feels both timeless and ahead of its time. 

Opening track "Citizen" eases listeners into the album with soothing ambient textures before launching into a driving beat and shimmering synthwork that sets the tone for the album's fusion of organic and electronic elements. Tracks like "Metavasis" and "War of Species" showcase Cabeiri's skill at crafting infectious, danceable tracks within a psychedelic framework. 

While many songs ride the line between psychedelia and cyberpunk, "Nineth Avatar" stands out for its cinematic scope and layered sound design. Glitchy effects and eerie melodies transport the listener to a futuristic dystopia. The album's closing track "Astronauts" is its most expansive, combining ethereal vocals, trance-inducing rhythms and swirling soundscapes into a blissful peak.

With 'Beyond Time', Cabeiri demonstrates a rare talent for world-building with sound. The album draws listeners into a vision of the future that feels both foreign and familiar. Cabeiri pushes the boundaries of genre to create an immersive listening experience that will keep listeners hitting repeat.

It tells the course of a future citizen until the adjustment in a super high tech state.

This is a studio recreation psydub/psystep/psychedelic midtempo set from Star Camp Shasta that I played Saturday morning at the Booty  Chakra stage, but with all the unreleased taken out, so its not EXACTLY what I played but its still great, and inspired by that set--sometimes you just have to be there :). Some of my old favorite tracks from over the years and recent times all in here. I had an absolute blast playing!

Cronyx is the Psytrance project of Johnny Carson, from Galloway, Scotland. He's been djing Psytrance at parties and festivals for around 8 years now and started producing his own music over the last few years. 
His style is best described as  high energy night time psytrance, with seriously groovy leads backed with musical motive and a unique ratio of funky but dark, with glitchy elements throughout , fitting nicely with the groovy style Galactic Groove Records have been pushing over the years.
His sets always get the dancefloor rocking and he has dj'd at parties all across the globe collecting inspiration which has defined his own sound. At the ripe old age of 25 big things are coming from Cronyx in the future!
