Saxtone has been following the trails of music with a saxophone in his hands from early childhood, from jazz improvisations and classical music, he traveled all the way to contemporary dance music.

His electronic music career started with a group “Proper Heat”. With a well-known Lithuanian DJ/producer Martin Virgin and singer/actor Karolis Ramoška they created an exquisite alliance of three unique musicians, which led to several albums released on Nang records (UK) and many shows in Lithuania and Northern Europe. 

As a producer and saxophonist Saxtone built his reputation as the rising talent, with a special ability to combine saxophone and electronic music. His music has reached the tops of local dance radio charts for several times and songs such as One Love (ft. Catrinah) and “You Got Me” are being played all over the globe.

It's hard not to admire his technical skills, passion for music and interaction with audience when looking at this guy playing. The reason for that is quite simple – St. Stereo definitely has the DJ’s gene in his body. 

His dad was a local disk jockey and owner of a small club in Lithuanian resort Druskininkai. Junior stayed near him all the time and the first time he put on his headphones was when he was only 12. Soon he found himself spending every weekend at the decks spinning for dancers who were a few decades older. 

After a couple of years of such residency young and talented boy was spotted by his native country club scene heroes – Vidis and Tomas Boo invited him to play in a few parties in the capital Vilnius. 

It didn't take much time for St. Stereo to find his place in the nightlife of the big city. The best sweet sixteen gift for him was an invitation to warm up the pop diva Sophie Ellis Bextor in her concert. More and more clubbers got used to seeing him at the dance floors and suddenly this teenager realized he could be a leading character in his country’s club scene…

He has been playing for more than 10 years now, shared decks with such great artists as Groove Armada, Booka Shade, Alexander Robotnick, Lovebirds, Pete Herbert, Crazy P, performed in biggest local festivals, craziest underground raves and coziest beach parties. What's next? You never know, sky is not a limit. 


So Sound is the deep house and indi label run by DJ/producer Fabian Giannattasio; since 2002. 
Amongst its illustrious back catalogue are genre defining hits like ‘Agua Ardiente’ and 'Say Something', superb compilations like the 'No Limit to Love', 'Weekend of Love' & 'Hotel Voyage' series, full lengths from Funkyloco plus the likes of, Toomy Disco and Jazzy Eyewear as well as the usual string of excellent 12”, EPs and remixes from established names like soul Of Hex, Da Sunlounge, Tovar, Zoo Brazil, DJ Rasoul and the new fresh artists like Cacharrito, Kid Enigma and many more. The label is a pillar of the modern scene & is proud of celebrating its 18th birthday.
