Rumors have been scouring the internet regarding this one particular track all the major DJs have been dropping in their recent sets. People have been trying to figure out who is behind this mystery track for months and now Spinnin’ Records is happy to reveal that Martin Garrix, one of the biggest and youngest big-room, big-stage DJs, is stepping up for a new milestone in his fast-paced career.
Garrix is expanding his sizeable music catalogue with smashing “VIRUS”;

Kierán is a 31 year old DJ and Producer hailing from Wexford, Ireland. After taking an interest in dance music from quite a young age, his musical tastes tend to vary from genre to genre, giving him a unique sense of creativity when it comes to producing and with DJ Sets too, and has been behind a set of decks since he was 14 years of age. 

He currently resides in Wexford, and currently holds a residencies in various venues across the South East. He has also held residencies in famous Metropolis Nightclub (Wexford, Ireland) and The Foundry Nightclub (Waterford, Ireland) with some of his remixes and edits have been played around the world (Ultra Europe)and on Irish radio stations such as Beat 102 103 and 98FM also. 

Kierán has played alongside both homegrown and international DJs such as Faul & Wad Ad, Chris Lake, Nom De Strip, Jenny Greene, The Dead Prezidents, Lisa Lashes, John Gibbons and Judge Jules. He has also played in numerous nightclubs in Ireland such as Crystal Nightclub, Factory, Sinnotts and Mason's (Waterford), The Savoy (Cork), Karma (Galway), Code 23, Fibber Magees and The Twisted Pepper (Dublin), Ultra Europe (Split, Croatia) and Subland (Berlin, Germany). 

He has also gotten the chance to play in the main room at Pacha London in 2014 as a result of winning an international DJ competition, where he played after Chris Lake and Nom De Strip. He also DJed at Indiependence Music Festival in Cork, Ireland, on the same time slot as 2manydjs on a different stage and still played to 1000 people! 

When studying in Bray Institute of Further Education's Music Production/DJ Techniques course, the college runs an annual "Battle of The DJ's" competition, which he won in 2013. 

More recently, he was the runner up in the "Travel 2 Ultra" DJ competition in 2018, which gave him the opportunity to travel to Split, Croatia and play sets in the campsite of Ultra Europe and one of the official boat parties. He has also travelled abroad to Australia, which has resulted in him playing at Oktoberfest in Sydney, along with other venues in Brisbane.
