Kieran has been making a name for himself recently on the scene, delivering projects on some excellent labels from around the world, including @psicodelicalabel , @mnml4u , @freshtakerecords and @deuxmesures 🔊

A1 ‘Eyes of Atlas’ is an eclectic masterpiece, utilising some beautiful 303 work and recurring stabs that cause some serious leg shaking🕺  Taking it to the B side we have ‘It's Not That Easy’, providing listeners with a B1 that centers around a consistent boppy groove and a catchy melody that is perfect for those intimate sunrise parties 🌅

We're all over the moon to welcome back familiar face and certified member of the 2020 ALL-STARS @funkytino for remix duties🙌 It's always a pleasure to see such a talented producer put their own spin on a record we already love and best believe that's what Funkytino did! His remix of 'It's Not That Easy' is a trippy and bouncy take on the original, focusing on rolling percussion and some seriously wobbly synth work, creating a very interesting alternative to the original mix 💨

DJ Mau Mau is a seminal figure in Brazilian club culture. With over three decades of experience, he has not only witnessed the evolution of the Brazilian electronic music scene, but has also been one of its main architects. His signature sound—always current, always relevant—continues to resonate in the dance floors and minds of generations. Alongside him, Franco Junior, an artist with a refined sensitivity and restless creativity, adds rhythmic layers and textures that elevate the EP to a level of sophistication and energy.

The tracks on the Dance In The Street EP are built on a solid foundation of groove and electro house elements, with arrangements that balance technical isolation and creative freedom. It is a work that celebrates the meeting of two artists in perfect harmony, and reaffirms Cababa Music's role as a platform for talents shaping the present and future of electronic music.

The inaugural release from Malin Génie and Per Hammar, the Scania EP, is a pretty inspired-sounding offering. Seeing the light of day via Malin Génie’s self-titled label, it’s the fourth release in an increasingly essential catalogue, with this one arguably its best yet. Two producers who share a love for dub techno and hardware-produced jams, the record features three originals as well as a suitably stunning remix from Génie’s fellow Mandar member, S.A.M.

Both producers have been on a rich vein of form of late, with Swedish producer Hammar teaming up with Rossko to great effect courtesy of their debut release on Fuse sublabel, Infuse. Génie meanwhile, has been keeping busy with the label in question, with this EP marking the burgeoning label’s fourth release.

We get underway courtesy of the dub-heavy, atmospheric sounds of ‘Lijnbaan Dubb’. A smoky, atmospheric cut that features some brilliant bass kicks, this is loopy, hypnotic techno of the sort that’s also full of groove. Allowing just enough light to peek in, it’s a whimsical, colourful track that’s hard to find fault with

Detroit’s Delano Smith joins My Baby Records to release two soulful originals including remixes from Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts and Chuck Flask & Keith Kemp.

Of the original crop of Detroit DJs, Delano Smith is now one of the last remaining. Coming up at a time when the world was just discovering the influence a DJ could have, Smith battled his way to the top in a tough scene full of talent. His story is long and intriguing, running parallel to many of the developments not just in music but society at large that have shaped our modern world. Delano has continued to DJ worldwide for many years whilst delivering quintessential releases on a consistent basis on labels such as Sushitech, Mixmode, Third Ear, and now My Baby Records following artists such as Remote Viewing Party, Rex Sepulveda & Acid Pimp and Mister Josooa & Rickers.

‘No Fear’ kicks things off with slick bass grooves. The rolling muffled vocals and smooth riding riffs blend together, providing this slick deep house cut with truly intoxicating atmospheres.
