Artista visual, nació en la ciudad de Bogotá, residente en la ciudad de Pereira, Colombia, actualmente su obra se ha desarrollado en los campos del videoarte, el arte sonoro y la fotografía; en su trabajo sonoro Andres indaga acerca de la ciudad como un  paisaje sonoro fragmentado, donde el ruido es un punto de partida para la creación de sus montajes sonoros, instalaciones sonoro-visuales, collage-sonoros y dibujos experimentales creados a través de sonidos encontrados.
En sus creaciones  audiovisuales a través del videoarte y el video experimental el artista aborda metafóricamente vivencias propias las cuales recrea por medio de acciones performaticas de corta duración donde predomina la auto referencia, la repetición, la angustia y el absurdo como ejes estéticos.

Paralelo a su obra, Andres desarrolla proyectos curatoriales en el campo audiovisual tales como el Proyecto La Tostadora [videoarte - experimental] en el cual se realizan convocatorias de videoarte y muestras en las que se destaca su participación como curaduría invitada al IVAHM’12 (International Video Art House Madrid) en Madrid España, y también como curaduría invitada al 6to Festival Internacional de Cine de Villa de Leyva, Colombia; además hace parte de la organización y selección de NIO, Muestra Internacional de Videoarte, realizada en Pereira Colombia.

Residing in Liverpool for over a decade, Irish producer SertOne is a versatile artist whose back catalogue of original and remix work extends across the genres of bass, rap and all things beats. 

An outsiders perspective and recognition of sound system culture forged a sound which gained support from XLR8R, BBC Radio, NTS, Rinse FM and led to releases on BBE Music, Carpark Records, Mishka Records, as well as remixes for Young Magic, Dan Croll, Lewis James, Paper Tiger & more. Originally demonstrating elements of juke & jungle on his side-project, CL Moons in 2013, these rhythms have influenced the characteristic SertOne tracks of big bass, clever drum workouts and ethereal synths. 

SertOne heads up the Fly High Society. The collective is a musical community of like-minded producers, DJs, and artists that extends across the UK and Europe. Fly High Society is a multi-faceted movement that encompasses throwing parties, releasing records, and transmitting via ‘Fly High Radio’.

On season one of NBC's “The Voice,” Nakia quickly became a fan favorite, using his big grizzly voice to transform pop songs into his own unique style. While producers focused on his relationship with his husband and his struggle to make ends meet as a blues singer, what they didn't show you on TV was just how much Nakia accomplished on his own prior to the show. Long before Nakia was a semifinalist on CeeLo Green's team, he was a beloved member of the Austin music community, fronting bands, performing solo, and working with some music's biggest names. 

After the whirlwind of reality television died down, Nakia placed his focus on writing songs for his six-song EP, "Drown In The Crimson Tide," and the tour that followed. Four years later he recorded and released his acclaimed album, “Blues Grifter.” Nakia has recently been composing for film (Wasted On The Young) and TV (Skeleton Crew, Demon Doctor). Prior to the pandemic, Nakia had just begun writing new original songs and performing solo shows, and putting together a new band. When live events were canceled due to COVID-19, Nakia put more of his efforts into artist advocacy and led his nonprofit, Austin Texas Musicians, to advocate for the creation of emergency relief funding to musicians and music venues in Austin. Matthew McConaughey recently surprised Nakia with a private Zoom call where McConaughey named Nakia one of four, “Local Legends” as recognition of his volunteer work for the Austin music community during the pandemic. 

Nakia has been an active member of the Austin music community for over 17 years, and is an outspoken advocate for organizations such as HAAM and The SIMS Foundation. He has also served as the Chair of the Austin Music Commission and as a Board Governor for the Texas Chapter of the Recording Academy. Nakia is a two-time Black Fret artist grant recipient and currently lives in Austin, Texas with his husband Robert and their Bouvier des Flandres, Baker.
