This is a ReMix of Cosmo Canyon from Final Fantasy VII done in a Middle Eastern style. I also included some references to Cid's Theme from the same game. I was practically just abusing the pentatonic scale. No real artistic credibility. Haha

Mega Man 2 : Dr Wily Castle Theme

This is a loose reworking of some songs from Hebereke / Ufouria, a cute NES platformer made by Sunsoft. It's supposed to evoke kind of a floaty feeling of being above the clouds, and simple as it may be, I think it accomplishes that nicely.

This was posted on OC Remix on 2/11/12. It was a huge accomplishment for me, as getting onto OCR has been a goal of mine since I started becoming more involved there a couple years back. So, this is an interesting story. Way back in 2006 -2007 I was playing around with the intro theme to MegaMan 3 and made a gruesome sketch/demo of it wich sounded terrible. I was talking to Sixto over at Overclocked Remix one day and said I had an interesting idea with this song and showed my demo to him.

After just a minute he heard the potential in it and started suggesting we made a collab and that I'd send my project files for him to look at. Well, said and done. I did and after no less than a week he had come up with something that completely blew my mind, and that was just a small part of what you hear today. Some time passed and before I knew it Zircon, another one of the well renowned remixers/composers at OCR joined in on it too and the result was this. 

I dare call it an epic masterpiece with so much emotion and creativity, just for this blue little robot with a cannon on his arm, fighting corrupted Mavericks in the year 20XX. 

I dearly hope you will enjoy this great song!
