Why I do this Shit

     I guess we can say it all started in sixth grade. I don’t who it was,i know it was a friend who was like “Yo bill can you rap”, i had no idea how to rap. To be for real i want even that in to rap back then like now. But back then i try so hard to be “popular” that i would lie about who i am (SAD). I was young i didn’t know. So i say “ya i rap,why?”,being that it was lunch time and my friend and his friend were looking something to pass the time,they was all with it. My friend said “ight rap battle man nigga right here”. I agree blindly not knowing what i was getting in to,not know after this day i go home and look up “how to rap”. Not knowing i start writing rhymes in the back of my notebook in class. Not know i spend most of my life listen,writing,and taking rap to the head. Ya all up in the head. Rap started to become my way to get away from thing after that. Like i would look outside my window see kids playing, see dudes on the corners, seeing life go down. I would have love to go outside and hang out,but i didn’t know anyone,and i didn’t wanna try. Also my mom would never let me,she thought the street were something that i should stay away from. But i know what went down,i know all the shit that happen “in da Street”. But now i’m getting off topic,But this is why i use to do this shit,cause i was trying to be someone,cause i was trying to make up for that ghetto child hood i never had. Now i do this shit cause i wanna see how far i can take it,and trust me i am ganna take it really far before i stop.
