I love making others feel something | My personality is a mix of Laudna (CR - Bells Hells) with The Guide (WWDITS), Loti (Nautilus), Carrie Jackson (Extraordinary), Lydia Deetz (Beetlejuice 1988 version), Richmond (IT Crowd) & Morticia & Gomez (Addams Family 1991 version) Some others too but you get a rough idea | Lover of all things Spooky & Eerie | Nerdy | Music & Cinema Enthusiast obviously | If someone who dresses like a femme fatale-ish Witch was also a bit Masculine/Tomboy-ish that’s yours truly | I may look “intimidating” or like a Sickly Victorian ghost but really I’m just a peculiar nerd who’s also a Sappy Fuck!

I’m someone who loves messing around with my voice challenging it, speaking & singing in accents, dialects/tones or silly made up voices. I also love putting myself through singing a whole song without doing separate takes for a another accent or tonal voice coming and just do both one right after the other and back again it’s challenging and fun to push your brain and voice box to the limits. 

I taught myself how to sing & act as a kid watching and observing; mimicking is your best friend. From the age of 2 I had “stars in my eyes” I was obsessed with musicals (still am) black & white and Technicolor old Hollywood classics is what I grew up with as well as many other great classics from all eras. 

I grew up with people like Doris Day, Judy Garland, Ella Fitzgerald, Marilyn Monroe, Etta James, Nina Simone, Lucille ball, Carol Burnett, Bernadette Peters, Nat King Cole, Sammi Davis Jr, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor ect the list is huge but I can’t remember names for the life of me right now! 

Music & TV have been my one constant life support it keeps me going it’s when I’m happiest or I where go to when I’m the most broken. I live in constant awe of the talent that humans can have and that we decided to create such a wonderful yet sadly challenging & depressing at times business! That humans created instruments and what we can do with our own bodies is incredible, nothing else has ever felt right to me despite how many passions and interests I have take part in. 

Although I don’t think it will ever happen for me I’m  constantly poor, I don’t drive, I live in an area where performing isn’t a big thing, I don’t have a fancy performing background & so the odds are not in my favour but for now even doing this feels somehow fulfilling because well I’m singing & acting in my own little way 

Thank you to everyone who is always so kind on bandlab or here or in my life now and again; genuinely if you even knew for a second what that kind of support and kindness feels like to someone like me who never really has it in any aspect of my life really except on rare occasions; Words are not enough!! 🖤

SHOUSE is Ed Service and Jack Madin from deep in the colony of Melbourne/Naarm Australia. They are two best friends who like to hang out tinkering on drum machines and synths making weirdo-house. From time to time they get the local choir together to make a global anthem. 
Sometimes they lead choirs of thousands in a cathedral into ‘communitas’, rituals of transcendence.

SHOUSE is all about collective effervescence, communal ecstasy, singing, dancing, musking, together as one.

He is now returning with a long awaited release; Rebirth. This album pays homage to the electronic artist that I grew up and was raised on; the ones that paved the road all EDM now travels. Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Benny Benassi, ATB, and more These artists cultivated the genre before the three letter acronym was even created.

Inspired by the unparalleled embrace of dance music at Belgium’s top clubs as a youth, Nico P took to Deejaying back in 1998 and has since carved out a lasting pathway. From intimate local events to gracing stages at renowned clubs like Brussel’s legendary Fuse and Lier’s La Rocca, Nico soon found himself sharing stages and decks with indie heavyweights Gabriel Ananda, Eelke Kleijn, Undercatt, Lehar, Nico Morano and has a monthly set on Belgian national radio Tipik.
