Kim Cou - Traveling Dimensions Podcast #001

Melodic Techno - Techno - Progressive House - Indie Dance

Kim Cou is one of the new female exponents of the Costa Rican electronic music scene. In her DJ sets, Kim Cou is characterized by a deep exploration of the melodic and intense sounds of Techno, Progressive and Indie Dance.

In 2020 she began her journey into music, at first self-taught and then joined the DJLab school in the heart of San Jose. In the same period she formed part of the collective Atypical Noise, currently formed by Artro, Tinzak and Subcons.

In this first stage of her career, Kim Cou is projected as a reference of the Costa Rican music scene, sharing the decks with renowned underground DJs such as Morttagua, Jordan Gill, Rachel Raw, Antrim, Adi Dassler, Javier Portilla, Javee, Maria Wabe, Wizard, Salim and Ezequiel Marinoni, in important clubs such as Antik, Bombom, Avalon and also parties such as Electric Animals Day parties.

Recently she had the opportunity of joining the lineup of the famous Ocaso Festival 2023 and Playaphonic in Nicaragua, this last one being her first appearance at an international electronic music festival.

For now her goal is to be able to grow as an artist and contribute to the underground scene with her music taste and good energy.
