Sometimes things happen that shake up our world. Sometimes its more than one thing at the same time...maybe even more than 10 for some. I get it. This is a song I have recorded and written about how I feel when taking on these sides. You MUST put your own mental health first. This ANXIETY/DEPRESSION/ADDICTION/SUICIDE stigma is revolting..we all agree. Unfortunately its get more and more common each day with younger people and even the generations older. We must take things like regret and self deprecation with ease. You are not your thoughts & you cannot blame yourself. I hope this can be a reminder to those feeling that they're struggling or having many "what if's" and "did we do something's" after loss and grief to just take it easy and remember to breathe.
