Modd presents a special 3 track EP for Kindisch, ‚Magic Footsteps‘.  The up-and-comer begins with a relaxed atmospheric title track, blending warm beats with a thick atmosphere and moving synths. Keeping things on low heat, he manages a beautiful early morning a journey. ‘Soulful A Flight’ ups the energy with a heavier kick and a brighter sound. Warm to the touch, the track glows as the sunshine peaks through the elegant piano, creating a feel-good ambience with a fantastic groove. Finally Modd delivers a heavier bass track that still lays soft on the ears. Thick pads carry the track along on an emotional ride, dipping and swaying with each new chord, but always staying on course. A beautiful after hour track, topped with distant vocals to great effect. The beauty is spread throughout; from the small details to the subtle, chugging bassline Modd has captured our imaginations with this exceptional EP.

Behrouz specifically chose Ibicenco (Native Ibizan), Valentin Huedo, as the first artist to release on Do Not Sit On The Furniture Recordings, because of Behrouz’s decades of adventures on the White Isle, and his love for the international mecca. Behrouz chose Huedo to receive this honor, not only because of his heritage, but also because of his proven talent and history as a musical innovator. Huedo has been credited as a redefiner of the Balearic sound. Huedo has held notable residencies at highly esteemed, Ibiza institutions, Cafe del Mar and Blue Marlin Ibiza, and was chosen to craft compilation mixes for both.

The “Atlantis” EP is rich with feeling, emotion and a compelling balance of organic and electronic elements that fuse together into musical wizardry. All five tracks on this outstanding, premier release for Do Not Sit On The Furniture Recordings are fascinating journeys, piercing into the depths of the heart and soul - a call from the shores of Ibiza to dreamers all over the world, to come together and dance, whether on the White Isle, on the floors of the world’s most alluring nightclubs or in the sands of Black Rock City’s Deep Playa.
