Sounds generated using personal recordings, a few samples, Audacity, Supercollider, Pure Data, and the "4OSC" synthesizer built into Tracktion Waveform 12.

chocokels played the flute on Track 5.

Tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 were assembled in Waveform. Tracks 5 and 7 were mostly assembled in Pure Data, although the flute part in Track 5 was added in Waveform.
