Chico De Rapper AKA Ru - A talented up and coming artist from Seattle, WA. Who is signed to TCB Records (Chicago, IL.) A multi-talented recording artist who can do it all in the studio. He has the ability to records, mix and master his own songs. His wide range of musical influences include 2pac, The Outlaws, Lil Wayne, Ice cube, Hopsin, and Dizzy Wright. His style has been compared to a mix of S.P.M and 21 Savage. His desire to be unique. Wanting to create his own flow and vibe in music that conveys real emotion. Enjoying the challenge of blending the production with his lyrics; “I just like how at the end of a project everything fits together if done right.” With a growing social media following and strong support from his core fans. Chico De Rapper AKA Ru - A talented up and coming artist from Seattle, WA. Who is signed to TCB Records (Chicago, IL.) Chico De Rapper has has a true passion for music since a very young age. He grew up with his grandparents, sister and uncle and due to the families financial situation was unable initially to record his own music. Losing his grandfather had a major impact on his life. He later found that his classmates were able to record their own personal music at school. While searching for a beat his classmate invited him to join but at this point he was not yet confident in his skills. A few years had past before a friend noticed that he had been making music on his phone using an app. Impressed with Chico's talent his friend proposed he start to take his music seriously and invest in studio time.
