Culture Bearer of Oaxacan - Zapotec ( Mixteco) descent, born and raised on Tongva territory, now known as Los Angeles. Encouraging mantras will have you speaking sacred prayers/ words in different languages. (languages: *Mixtec/ *Nahuatl/ Spanish// English).  


* Mixteco : dialect indigenous to people in a region of Oaxaca. Nahuatl translation: "Nuu Saví" . (i.e. Trique, Zapotec, etc.)

*Nahuatl: dialect language indigenous to all of MesoAmerica (ie. mesoamerica: Mexico through Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and northern Costa Rica, and within this region pre-Columbian societies flourished before the Spanish colonization of the Americas when European diseases caused the deaths of upwards of 90% of the indigenous people.
