REPTL WINS is the brightest water snake found in the Meuse River basin. Solenoglyphous, nocturnal, and rumoured to be the size of a calf, it is a creature so elusive that many still doubt its existence. It somehow survives with a single functioning lung and wears a pelvic girdle with a pair of vestigial claws on either side of its cloaca. When disturbed, it will rear up and spread its neck in a characteristic threat display. It has a visual companion of spectral type that is believed to be the inspiration for the mythological Mahwot.

Reptl Wins is the brightest water snake to live in the Meuse river basin. Nocturnal, solenoglyphous, and venomous, it remains a secretive and elusive creature, the existence of which some still doubt. When disturbed, it is said to rear up and spread its neck in a characteristic threat display. It only has one functional lung, and a pelvic girdle on either side of the cloaca with a pair of vestigial claws. Reptl Wins has a visual companion of spectral type, although it is thought to be a mere chance line-of-sight coincidence. It is generally classified in the Cosmokidz Interstellart genus.
