She is part of @g-edit, a flinta*-collective touching different fields of electronic sounds from bass music to house and  in between with a focus on feminist approaches and struggles. Naitwa also started her own collective called @nice4what and is a member of Petrola crew from Leipzig. Furthermore she's involved in the regular event series DRIVE at Institut fuer Zukunft. In her mixes she plays a broad variety of house music – from tech, prog, 90s to early 2000s and nu skool breaky stuff to dub and detroit inspired sounds.
