Hello guys! Dancing Dolphins is back! :) 

On this occasion, we bring you a fresh mix from Romain Fx, one of France most promising talents.

Currently residing in Nantes, Romain spent actually most of his life in Asia, more precisely in Hong Kong where he has been a key figure of the local scene for more than 12 years. He launched Fauve Radio and organised monthly parties under the name ROAM and helped building the Shi Fu Miz Festival. 

He is now running his own label Fauve Records and have been releasing countless tracks, edits or remixes those last months on labels like Fantastic Voyage, Mamie’s Records, Ca$hminus, Eskimo, Exploited, Hard Fist Records or Lagasta.

Romain is also an accomplished dj with immaculate eclectic tastes, allowing him to deliver very different kind of flavours and atmospheres.

For Dancing Dolphins he treats us with a very special mix, digging deeper into unknown territories, directly inspired by the name of the series!

I wrote Safe Harbor thinking about that kind of love that feels warm, stable, and safe. The kind where you’re understood without having to explain too much. Where everything slows down, and for a moment, nothing else matters.
But at the same time, there’s a quiet tension underneath. Because sometimes comfort can become a place where dreams start to rest instead of grow.
For me, this track lives right in that space — between gratitude and restlessness. Between staying and wondering what’s beyond.
