I've been struggling to sleep for as long as I can remember. My son is the same. This is a sort of mixtape / sort of compilation of some music I've been putting to one side for many years. This mix is made up entirely of intro and outro tracks, defined as such by their authors through the titles. It is built around the idea of an endless beginning and end, creating a continuous musical flow. 

A constant sense of anticipation that never fully resolves is followed by an extended wait for an ending. As a result, intros and outros, which usually frame an album’s main content, become complete pieces that shape the mix.
