In 2012, Kirael doAni held weekly talks to a group of Elfpath students, who had gathered both online and on location to listen to him speak. He talked about a wide variety of topics, all things that are useful to those starting out on this path and trying to improve their lives.

Everything out there listens to the music underlying this world, and either moves with it or fights against it. Increasingly, as things begin to move with it, the world is a massive graceful dance with everything just fitting together perfectly. 

Every step in your life is a dance. Become aware of the music, of the dance. When you scan everything, you start to become part of this beautiful pattern of everybody moving in harmony with the music.  Then when you take a step and throw your arms out, you won't bump into anybody, because they are listening too. When you move out of harmony with the music, you create ripples of chaos that make your life difficult. But if you're listening to that music and moving with it, then everything is easy and you can do whatever you want to in that moment and it will just fit.

Tired of speaking sweetly (Hafiz, adapted)

The energy, the signature of that which is called love, is not what you find on the little candy hearts on Valentines day, it's not what we talk about when we want to get layed, it's not even what mothers feel for their children. It's something much deeper and more profound. It's not saccarine and sugar sweet. It's not even sugar coated. It's rich and beautiful and intense and life changing. Soul changing. 

When you are faced with real love, you come out someone you never were before. You do not get a choice. Real love is a furnace that burns away all the lies that you tell yourself and exposes the beauty within to yourself. It reshapes you, it makes you something you never imagined you could be ...

But these things are scary to people. So when they talk of love, they make little hearts on cards and rings with rocks on them and they call it love. They know it is incomplete. But only those who have been touched by the fast impetus of love, begin to understand, to perceive it, in all its awesome and sometimes uncomfortable glory. Most people faced with that kind of love, they feel unworthy and run away. 

If you are ever so fortunate to find it in your life, and if you dare to be vulnerable, to step past your fears, to make the choice to trust and let that love reshape you, in that moment you will understand the words of Rumi, of Kahlil Gibran, of Hafiz, of St. Francis of Assisi, who have talked about love. The real, the powerful, the sacred love. The thing that most never experience and that everyone longs for, should you ever find it, is the most sacred gift you will ever receive in this lifetime.

With an advanced degree in human psychology and half a life or more spent working as a counselor, Angel is aware that many of the things he's saying in these audios is "the craziest shit I've ever heard". He's aware he sounds nuts, and even the kinds of nuts it sounds like.

Here is where the craziness comes from: In 1998, he made a choice between making the physical world and the science pre-eminent in his life, and making the meta-intuitive pre-eminent. It's clear what he chose. In 2003, he made a decision to say whatever scans, no matter what the cost. Between these two decisions, he's arrived at this place at the fringe of what most people would consider sanity. Once you accept that the meta- is real, you have to let go of non-meta standards of sanity.

Feminism is a destructive force, a thing of shadow. This is not an easy, comfortable idea for most people to consider - many think it is a wonderful thing that cannot be criticised. Think of it, though, like racism.

What you see is hatred, bitterness and cruelty, intimidation and violence from an innate sense of superiority based on a simple biological difference.

Here is a really scary idea: When it comes to asking questions, when it comes to knowledge, sometimes no one out there has found the answer. No one knows. It doesn't matter how many books you read or how smart the people are that you study. No one knows.

You study anything long enough, you reach the fringes of what's known, and beyond that nobody knows, Scientists are aware of this, but generally students aren't. They think the answers are always in the back of the book, it's something you'll be taught next year. School doesn't teach you to think, it teaches you to learn the right ideas and repeat them, with the almost religious believe that there is a right answer and somebody knows it. But that's not true. 

There comes a point where someone will be asking you questions and challenging you to find your own answers, and trying to give the "right" answer won't work. Because if no body has the right answer, what you need is not to know the right answer, you need to know how to think for yourself, how to go out and study what's out there, how to ask the right questions, how to sift through the information you have and come up with a working answer. It probably won't be the "right" answer, but it'll work to get you to the next question. Learn to ask the questions and to look for answers. The next thing, is to stand up straight and face it like an explorer. 

We are at the start of a whole new field here. There are no textbooks for most of this, and what textbooks there are almost certainly have the wrong answers. We stand alone at the cutting edge of some fast unknown area full of wonders, and we either stand there, accepting the unknown and willing to move forward, or we run screaming like little girls in the arms of science and "safe".

Sometimes no one knows

You get up in the morning, and you do the same things you do every morning. You wake up and you go to school or work or deal with family and you make a nest out of habits. If you've ever seen the insides of an animal burrow or a nest, it's rarely a nice place. It's full of smells and it's dirty and has bugs in it - but if you scare them, they'll run right back there, because it's their familiar place. 

Try and realise, that your comfort zone is not comfortable - just familiar. This rodent habit of crawling back into your nest, your familiar place, made sense in your biology but it is not sensible anymore. You've lived in it too long, it's stinky, there's all sorts of little critters living in there that don't do you any good. 

Go beyond what you know. Getting outside your "comfort zone" is not uncomfortable. It's only uncomfortable in the way that standing up and stretching after you've been cramped up for a long time feels a little awkward - but you feel a lot happier when you do it. You're a lot like an animal who has been in a cage your whole life, and someone's saying "Hey, come out of there!" When you try, you want to go back to your habits and crawl back into your dirty nest. This nest is not a comfort zone - it's a cage. 

Look through your life for habits. If you always drink milk for breakfast or say hello in the same way, those are habits. Habits make a cage, they make a rodents nest. Try to change your habits, even in a small thing, to see what happens. If you can watch yourself freak out over changing a small habit, you can see how that pattern happens and you can deal with that pattern. Then you can change your habits, over how you drink your coffee or how you brush your teeth. It doesn't have to be a big thing. 

When you can get out of your cage, you can do lots of things. Some of those, you'll find you really like, some you find you don't like. But you're experiencing them, you're finding new things and paying attention. When you're living inside your cage, you're not experiencing anything, you're going through life on auto-pilot. It's making you bored and frustrated. This is one more reason why ... your comfort zone is not comfortable.

Comfort zone and comfort cage

Some of you are beginning to sense that this working costs me more than you realise. You've only begun to sense it. This costs perhaps more than you will ever understand. You see me sometimes, barely able to stand or in quite a bit of pain, and you're sensing only the edge of it. Some of you are beginning to ask why, when I can barely stand, I will stop to pet a cat and remove its headache, or say something to someone that is exactly the energy they need, even though I have hardly the strength to breathe. 

The answer is simple. Love.

That word, though, you have to be a fairly skilled Senser with several years of growing to begin to perceive what I mean by it. If you spend the next 50 years becoming the best Senser you can possibly be and discovering the depth of what's encoded in that simple word ... you will have climbed the first few rungs of a ladder that reaches to the stars.

Why he does it

Humans can be angry, and they can be focused and driven. Usually, they are focused and driven towards hurting each other - the shadow things. When they are acting from the light, they get all weak and wimpy, or polite and quiet. Almost everyone does this. When it comes to the shadow, you're willing to be big and strong, and when it comes to the light, you become little mice. 

The light side has guts, it has teeth. It's not frail old men living in the woods raising bunnies. Mythically, the light side is more like paladins. If something needs its ass kicked, they are first in line to do the kicking. The light side is strong and powerful. 

Find the light side energy, and do the strong and focused things you're very willing to do when you're angry or scared. Be strong and tell people what to do when it's appropriate, push people around when they need it. If you get weak and wimpy as soon as you're holding light side, this world is going to be a mess for a long time. Only one person has to hold shadow and be out of line, and everyone else sits down and ducks their head because it's not polite to say that this thing is wrong or get in their face. The biggest thing that stops you is this idea in your subconscious, that light side people are quiet and polite. 

Learn to be strong, learn that the light side is strong. The shadow is always doing in fear, doing despite their fear, doing in anger ... the light side doesn't do anything in fear. The light side has guts, it has teeth and is willing to bite when it's appropriate to bite. We are not weak and passive and submissive. We are strong, we decide for ourselves, and we do.

Strong in the light

If Source is natural to you, you've done it since a baby. We start doing our Clan before we're born. Imagine you go to kindergarten to learn letters - does that sound like a very Source thing? Are they all organised in ways of flow and harmonies and dynamics, the things that make sense to a Source? Letters are things of the third primary energy center, not of the guts. Sources know who's dominant, but most primary school teachers aren't very dominant people inside. You get in trouble if you try to say anything about that, though. History is mostly about dates and facts, and some of it is wrong, so when they are trying to teach you history, none of that will make sense to you. 

With few exceptions, most everything you have done as a Source has been considered wrong your entire life. You try to do something as a Source, it gets you in trouble. You've learned to get up in your thinky bits and figure out what your teacher wants. Now you need to learn something new, because you've been doing it wrong all your life. If you want to get it right, your first response has to be now, to get in your guts and do it as a Source.

Source and society

There is a big picture.

For years, Angel has told us heretical things about relationships, but those who have tried them have found they've done much better. He's told us about jobs and the corruption of the system that is work, and it seems so insane that you'd think the world would fall apart if people would listen to him, but soon jobs will be changing. He's told us about trust and self-esteem and integrity and power, and those who have listened are living much richer lives. He's told us of insanities, the large insanities and the small ones, and he's told us of violence and kindness, of light and shadow, about how you're body is made and about your sexuality and many more things. Anybody who is paying attention, can scan these pieces and see that many of them feel right and are amazing. Yet when you look at it, what you see is thousands of pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. At any given time you can look at one, and if you study it deeply enough you will find it makes sense, but it may take you years for every single piece of this jigsaw puzzle to really understand why it makes sense. 

There is a big picture. You will not need to put all those jigsaw pieces together to figure out what it is when you can stand and see that big picture. And having that, you can reach out to any part of that and find the jigsaw piece that connects to it. The difficulty is that while there is a big picture, Angel cannot yet show it to us, because we are not ready to see it.  The first step has to be to help us to grow up, to be free of the chaos, and the second step has to be to help us to think more clearly, and then the next step is to show us that most things he would share with us, are things outside the human experience, and therefore don't have labels and words, so he would have to teach us a new language. These are all things you must do before you can see the big picture.

For now, trust that there is a big picture, or scan it, even if you cannot get it yet. All the seemingly diverse things that he has given us crazy and unbelievable perspectives on, aren't unrelated. All these crazy ideas are ideas that we would come up with, just as quickly and just as simply, if we could perceive the bigger picture.

Right now, you are like a near-sighted person looking at a vast mural done in a pointillist style, so when you get back far enough to see it, all it you get is a confusing blur of colour and movement and it means nothing. It's chaotic, it triggers emotions and ideas and confusion, it leaves you a mess. Should you get close enough to get any part of it, to really get that piece, what you will find is that it is just a single dot. These recordings, in their own way, each describe one of these dots. What Angel does for us, when we make it to C-level, when we get our heads above water and see clearly, is to help us to step back from the mural, so we can say "Oh, that's what all those dots are about."

When we want to understand, when we don't get it, Angel encourages us to do the basics, to follow the simple steps and to grow. That's tough, the mind wants to understand it. He's told us that we're like infants who want to climb a mountain, like a newborn who wants to run a marathon. First we have to figure out that we have a body, then we need to start controlling it and to build strength, and soon we'll be toddling around. In just a few years, we'll find we've grown into adults. Don't worry about the big picture. When you're ready, it will become clear to you. For now, it's enough to sense that the big picture is there. And while the smaller pieces are useful, study them and scan them and try to apply them, but don't try so hard to understand them and figure out where they come from and make them make sense. You cannot get back far enough to the point where the mural becomes clear.

There is a big picture

There has been something broken on a very deep level, and Angel has fixed it. There have been other things that he's fixed. This he all does at the deepest level, the level where it makes a difference, but we look at the surface, and sometimes touch some of the structure underneath it. For the most part, we never touch the deepest level, so we can't see what he sees when he's working. 

Tonight, some of the workings reach the surface level and begin to show up in our world. A lot of it has to do with the interaction between lovers, between relationships. Tonight, June 13, 2014, marks the end of the war between the genders. This doesn't mean that everything will change overnight, many people are still caught in their habits. What's changed now, is that the energy that's feeding into our relationships no longer supports that conflict. It now supports a kind of harmony, a balance. There will still be skirmishes for a long time to come, but the peace treaty has been signed, in a war that has been going on for many thousands of years. Relationships change as of tonight, attitudes change, and if we're willing to work a little bit, the relationships inside between the male and female parts of ourselves. All of these things are changing right this moment. As of today, all the things Angel's been working on, will start to appear in the world. It's not clear at the moment what shape it will take, but it's here. The energies of conflict between the male and female, in your interactions, your relationships, your friends ... are changing now. 

This won't happen again. Perhaps you can find a sense of awe for the scope of what's happening here. As of tonight, the war between the genders is over.

The end of the gender war (June 2014)

People have been getting bored, frustrated and impatient with many things in their lives. The games they are playing, the job they work at, the relationship they're having. It seems to be happening across a lot of different domain. Check the things in your life that you think you enjoy, and see if there are these feelings of bored, frustrated and impatient with these things. It's almost as if there's not enough energy to get angry, just an empty space where anger might be. In the past, you'd build these feelings up to anger and vent it, and then be fine for a few days, but all of the habits of anger and venting aren't working anymore. It's not a response to shadow, it's happening with many things that are not particularly shadow.

Humans are over-wired in how much emotion they have. They've kept a thumb on it for years. But suddenly, there's a huge rise in the emotions they're feeling, especially with the rise in empathy. With the emotions comes passion. When we feel something we don't know how to handle. When what you're feeling is emotion and passion, what you push back with is bored and frustrated. But people aren't actually bored and frustrated, they're creating it as the exactly opposite vector to the emotion and excitement they're feeling. Because they don't realise they're doing it, all they're noticing is that they're suddenly bored and frustrated.

If you're fed up with it, go find a nice safe place where people can't see you and judge you, and see if you can find this bored and frustrated. And then see if you can find what is pushing under it ... a huge amount of emotion. It can be all sorts of emotion: confused, horny, unsure, curious, all kinds of things. A good way to do this might be to find something you're actually passionate about, or even a dream you have. Just imagine these things, and allow the little kid part of you to get excited about it. If you are actually bored and frustrated, then after a few minutes of doing this you will still feel blah. If you're actually excited and passionate, though, you'll suddenly be hit by this big wave of emotion. Sure, you'll probably shut it down right away, but then at least you know what's there. Then you can start gently playing with it, little bits at a time. When it starts to hurt, stop, you don't want to hurt yourself. You're stretching your ability to be excited, just like you might stretch your muscles. 

People are actually impatient. It's unrelated to the bored and frustrated, but it's getting caught up in it. What's happening is that the world is on the edge of a great and amazing thing that they've been waiting a lifetime for, and it's two minutes before the doors open and it's going to happen ... something big's coming. Maybe it's the awakening of the heart, maybe it has to do with the baseline, maybe it's someone amazing giving them something to believe in. There is this intense longing and an impatient for this something. Everyone's just pushing and twitching, but it's not quite time yet. And this too is something to be passionate and excited about.

The bored, frustrated, impatient, aren't bad things. They're just responses to some really cool and exciting things.

Stretching your ability to be excited (May 2015)

We are talking here about the kind of thing you do to entertain yourself when you have extra time, not the kind of things you do to control and abuse others. 

A game isn't just something you do to fill your hours. If that were the case, you could take up knitting. It's something you do because it interests you, because it touches something important inside you. A game that doesn't touch anything important in you is boring, you don't do it. That's obvious. The opposite is also true. What you play as a game teaches your guts about what's interesting. If you play a strategy game or a role playing game or a shooter or an exploration game, you teach your guts about these things, and it learns. So then when you find a new kind of game, you may not find it as interesting. In playing the game, you are changing your guts and what's interesting to them. 

So games are very important. They are rewriting your subconscious mind, and changing who you are at an underneath level. They are teaching you to think in certain ways and practise certain skills that you will unconsciously apply to your life later. They are giving you metaphors, they are in essence Joseph Campbell's mythologies. You start thinking in the way of the game. "What kind of resources do I need to meet this goal?" Games are like dreams in that, except for most of you, dreams are something you can't control. Games you have some control over, and so you can use it to communicate directly with your subconscious and train it and shape it. Computer games at the moment have the most power to do this.

Factorio (see picture) on the surface, has nothing to do with heart, compassion or awareness. It's a simulation game about building factories. It's not a pretty game, with its rough textures and simplistic design. You can get past that. It has an incredibly steep learning curve, and it's obtuse (really unclear). You've no idea what resources you need or how to do research. It'll take you 2 or 3 weeks to get to a basic level of competence. But this particular game is important. The light side is focussed on creation, while the shadow is focussed on destruction. Almost every game out there, having been developed in a world that has been shadow for so vastly long, has a huge amount of destruction. Endless killing, destruction, slaughter, death ... Factorio has got a lot of that. It's a transitional game, it has both the light and the shadow. But when you first start it up, skipping the tutorial, tick the tickybox in the corner that says "enemies never attack first". Then you can avoid all the violence. 

There is a series of levels in you:
* Your root, which is about doing things, if you're not doing things you get bored;
* Your joy centre, wich is about playing and fun; 
* Your emotional centre, which is all of the complex feelings of your life;
* Your passion cente, which is about caring and being involved and being excited;
* Your thinking centre, which is about logic and structure.

To be really satisfied and have a great experience, you want to look for games that:

1: Have all of those 5 levels. 
2: Stop with the violence. Games should be creative, not destructive. Something that is not based in destruction and killing and violence. Something that brings excitement and fun, that makes you happy, that you want to share with your friends. 
3: Have a story. Something where you can create a world, decide life choices, build a family or a city or a world, interact with others, follow some story line.

Lacking those things, games will be frustrating and boring and difficult to play. These games will make it harder to enjoy yourself. 

Seek out games that have these things. Don't just look for them. Dream them up, ask for them, encourage the people making them, support games that have these things, contribute to existing games to make them more like what you want, start making your own.

Good video games

Let's talk about sexuality. Not about sex, because that's still scary to a lot of people, but about sexuality. This recording is a bit of psycho-social and internal-social iconoclasm. Specifically, in issues of sexuality. 

How many of you are familiar with the meme of a sexy woman in a short skirt walking by a construction site, and the men whistling at her, giving her a wolf whistle? These construction workers are more evolved than you are. They recognise, "You're dressed beautifully, you've made yourself attractive, and inside myself I feel an attraction." Admittedly, their approach is a bit harsh. It would be better if they would go home and take a shower and then come find you and tell you "I notice you took a lot of time in your appearance today and you look really lovely." They're clumsy in their modality. We're not talking here about people who are using sexual energy to hurt and control you, those people are being savage animals. But those who are whistling and shouting "Hey babe that's hot!", they are more evolved than you are.

If you have a problem with that, you need to grow up. 

You have sexual energy, so does everybody. If you're healthy and alive and sourcing, you're radiating sexual energy, and if you're even a little bit inclined to make yourself look nice and broadcast "Hey look at me", it's appropriate that people notice and comment. Most of you are ashamed of your bodies and full of guilt and fear and anger and hatred, and if someone looked at your chest you'd be all offended. The ones who are commenting on these things, they're being honest. Everybody else feels the same thing, but they're lying about it, they're pretending. If you're feeling it and hiding, you're lying, you're a less evolved creature. If you're feeling it and expressing it, you're a more evolved creature. And if it makes you uncomfortable when somebody says you're beautiful or sexy, you need to look at why. 

You have a great fear of your bodies being seen, or even of seeing others, so you look at people like exhibitionists and call them names, you make fun of them, you ridicule them, you try to hurt them so they stop doing this behaviour that makes you uncomfortable. They are taking their sexuality and expressing it in beauty and joy, and you are being a savage, primitive animal. "You make me uncomfortable so I'm going to hurt you. I'm going to tear down your self-esteem until you do what I want." You're the ugly one in the room. People who are being sexual and beautiful, even if they are clumsy at it and just learning, they are doing it right. If you are criticising those people, you are an ugly animal who needs to be put on a leash until you can learn to play nice with the other children. 

There are many more. All your laws on sex and age are trivial. All your ideas on teachers and students are stupid. Because you consider sex to be something dirty and wrong and bad and horrifying, you consider everybody engaging in sex is dirty and bad and horrifying. Only things that involve unkindness are a problem. If what you're doing leaves them frightened or damaged, you are not being kind. What you've done is a crime of violence to them, not a crime of sex. 

Go back and consider every sexual thing that's bothered you, whatever it is. Look at it as an adult and scan it. Is there something intrinsically wrong, or are you simply afraid? Because you can't go on creating anger and fear in the world because you are afraid. You need to feel it and let it go, so you can learn to express in a healthy way. You will find some places where your uptight attitudes are reasonable, but not reasonable for the reasons you grew up thinking, but reasonable because they spread anger and fear, they make people smaller, they are acts of shadow. The vast majority of sexual behaviours are healthy and beautiful and wonderful and only your fear and your drama and your anxiety and your desire to control everybody else are unhealthy.

Evolved attitudes on sexuality

In most relationships, males want a lot of sex and females don't want it as much, and so they can use it to control. The person who has less to loose, is the one in charge. The person who wants it more, is the one who ends up submissive. This has been part of biology and has been true throughout history, in the time of Shakespeare and all the way back to the time of cavemen. It is no longer true.

It is why so many of you are having trouble, and why so many of you are freaking out. One of the many pieces of the Shift has been to take the throttled down sex drive of human females and bring it back to where it belongs. That means that right now, you are probably intensely horny. You may not notice it. You may not know why you're tense, or you feel like you want to eat something but you don't want food, or your skin itches. Girls traditionally touch this maybe a little bit around puberty, but then it went away. Now, the more you are doing things right, the more sexuality you have, because the healthy energy you are bringing up must come through your sexual centre. 

You'll either ignore this, or you'll go and try to have sex. And it'll be terrible, so you think you can't have been that horny. You are. What you want has changed. 

The problem is obvious. We have evolved as a species to understand certain characteristics. The one who's big and strong and dominant will be a good mate and produce strong offspring that will survive. The one that's wimpy and small gets chased away. You don't want to mate with that one. This has been true for millions of years. It's part of your genetics. Sexuality is not a part of the evolved mind, it is a thing of the animal. Sexual attraction, too, is a thing of the animal. You may make a big list of things you want in a partner, but if that chemistry isn't there, you won't be interested. What you want socially or intellectually doesn't matter. 

This has been true for a long time, but it hasn't been so important to women in this world. Now, with the sexuality increasing, you keep having this itch, this horniness that is ramping up with the animal drives. The animal has learned you want someone big and strong and dominant. But with the 1970s change in social trends ... most guys are nice and polite and wimpy. They're submissive and effeminate. That may be adorable, and you may feel safer on the streets, but it's not sexy. You may socially have evolved to want nice, safe, polite men ... but your sex drive hasn't evolved. 

The second problem is the big homosexual swing. 95-98% of men in the world are gay. When they're dreaming, they're dreaming about males. When they're watching porn, they're watching him and not her. They're photoshopping dicks on the pretty girls. 

The number of men who are in your age range, who are available, who are actually interesting, and who are actually in the circle of people that you've met ... this percentage is so miniscule, so tiny, that it's almost impossible to find someone in your life that you find attractive and sexy and that you'd have a good sexual relationship with. We have a huge percentage of very horny women looking for a man, and there is only a small percentage of available men. They want these men to be dominant and pushy ... but the men don't want to. 

What you will likely find yourself doing is be bitchy, call him names, trying to boss him around, just because you're trying to provoke a response in him. You're trying to get him to snap and be dominant - not you the intellectual person, but the animal sexual part. When it doesn't get what it wants, it starts picking on the men around you trying to enforce it. Sometimes at the women around you, too. So that you can feel turned on. 

It's a very difficult position to hold. Long term, the solution is going to be getting in touch with your body, recognising the feeling, and finding a way to honour it and satisfy it. The road to that is likely to be a little messy.

Addendum to The Great Ending.

This is a time when people all over the world are going to be getting diseases, saying things that will ruin their political career, they will be dying at a childhood age of diseases they shouldn't even get yet. This is going to happen.

A while back, Angel said it's a good thing to get sick. When you inhale dust, your body says this isn't good for me, and it sneezes. When you drink too much alcohol, you puke. When you eat something bad, you get food poisoning. Getting sick is not an evil thing. Getting sick, whether it's sneezing or puking or farting of fever, are all healthy behaviours because it is your body purging what doesn't belong. Your energy system is connected to your emotional system, your mind, your physical body. If any one of those is sick, that sickness is going to affect the others. If any of those is healthy, that healthy is going to affect the others. 

If someone is angry, or is hanging around someone who isn't good for them, they're going to take those energies in. As long as they're saying, I like this, I want to be killing thousands of people, these people are not likely to get sick. The kind of sickness that is good, is when part of you is saying "I don't want this shadow anymore. I want to be healthy." In this case, you will see intestinal problems, sore throats, fevers, the purging things. You will get sick in these surface sicknesses. The people who are choosing shadow are going to get bone cancer (age 4) arthritis (age 5), heart attacks (age 6-8), strokes (age 10) and so on. They're going to have these huge systemic dysfunctions. They will not be having as much of the sneezing and coughing and runny eyes at the start, because they refuse to purge. 

You'll find it in the little things, sneezing every time there is anger, getting a belly ache every time you hang out with someone who's bitter. These are not truly illnesses, they are simply your body trying to purge energies that you have fundamentally rejected. Those choosing the shadow, those who are going to end in the great ending, are washing away from underneath. They will be failing.

The Great Ending - addendum

Many people are increasingly feeling deeply bored with the things they used to be very excited and passionate about. Some respond to it with shadow, like something's dying and they're angry about it, so they look for ways to express violently. They get angry, bitter, nasty, they complain and they cry in their ice cream. Others respond to it with light, they simply recognise that this thing doesn't touch them anymore, and that they need to find something new and interesting. 

Some examples: the comic book show Flash has been very, very popular. Deadpool is another recent example. 

Angel describes the world as surface, structure and fundamental. Surface is how things taste, how warm it is, a handshake, how's the weather, taking a shower, eating breakfast - most of the things in people's lives. All this surface stuff holds no interest at all. Underneath that, there is structural stuff, that which gives the shape and structure to the surface - the human body, the way the biological system functions, how the different parts relate, socio-cultural implications, etc. Paying attention to the structures, you start noticing what important things are going on in people's life, and you can feel how lines of causality are moving through their lives. The level underneath it, is the level of fundamentals, it's what is mapped under every system in the world in just a few variables - but these variables are so abstract and peculiar they don't make sense to most people. Way underneath the surface and far underneath the structure are deep currents of causality, of probability, of potential and energy. It's the meta-level from which everything else arises. If you are aware at a deep enough level, you can sense these currents.

Eating plastic food

Your world is changed. Around 2025 I expect your world to be so different that war is not something you consider anymore, so that resources are rebalanced, so that children are trained differently, so that 95% of the people are actively gay and know it and live it, so that beings from other planets will be beginning to come here and talk to people and everything that has been humanity, everything that you say of "that's just how humans are" for 50.000 years, will have changed.

In that time, people are going to be excited and passionate and curious but also anxious and desperate, because all their habits are wrong. They're all going to be struggling to learn the basics, and seeking something. Because it is the nature of humanity, there are going to be some who lead and most who follow. If you came here to play such a big role, then right now something is driving you mad. You may not even realise it; the itch in the back of your mind, the constant anxiety in your guts, the feel that something huge is happening and you're missing the bus, the desperate desire to run away and hide under something. Those of you who came with something huge you intended to do, right now, are coming up against your deadline. You have the next 8 years or so to find these pieces inside, to open them up and become something amazing.

There are those among you who are foolish enough to say, "oh that's a long time away," understand that once you make a commitment to something, it takes 2 years if it's a strong commitment for that something to be real, and it takes about a decade to really really change, and 20-30 years to become so comfortable that people look at you and call you a master of it. 8 or 9 years is not very long. You will either find what you are looking for in the next 6 months, the next year, and begin to become something powerful and amazing, begin to embrace it and explore it and develop it and work at it, or as you push closer to that time, you will come to a place where the change is too much to be made in that short a time.

Many of you are called, but few are chosen, because each of you has to do your own choosing - you have to choose yourself. For those of you who have this call and for those of you who choose, you will feel immense pressure, and if you work with it everything in your life will change. And if you fight it, this huge and amazing piece of you will die and you will never find it again. This is the time right now to make that decision.

For possibly thousands of years or thousands of lifetimes, you have been preparing for this time right now and coming to this moment, you're like a bird inside an egg who's grown too big for the egg. One of two things will happen: you start pecking away at this thing and everything you've known as your entire world shatters around you and you discover something much larger, or you refuse to push and you grow until you die within that egg. This is not me or the world pushing you. For those of you who have a drive to be part of what's going on, this is you pushing you.

If you want to be part of it, then your life is going to grow difficult. Every habit is going to be tested, everything that matters to you, you're going to be asked to let go of your hold on it so that the change inside becomes more important than anything outside. If you can do this, then you will emerge something astounding. And if you cannot, then all of those things that mattered to you will die within the egg, and you will just sit on the sidelines and watch this amazing, transformative, once in a lifetime of a planet experience that has already begun.

If you came here for something more

Your world is already changed, and most of you don't realise it. You look outside and say, "It's the same today as it ever was." But you don't realise it has already changed, and it changed a long time ago.

There has been a conflict going on. Not a war, not somebody dying, but somebody new beginning. It's simply a chance, the end of one vast era and the beginning of a new one. And this change is something that's been happening behind the scenes, it's not been obvious. It has been a thing which those in power, those who love violence, have feared, and that some of you have dared to hope for. And it's not going to happen. It's not even just happened. It's something that's been going on for so long that you don't realise it.

Your world has reversed. It is no longer the actors and the creative people struggling to survive, depending on the pity and the handouts from the politics and the religious. It's like coyote in the roadrunner cartoons, where coyote runs off the edge of a cliff and is standing there in mid-air looking around, until he realises there is nothing below him and he falls. This has happened to both the military and your leaders who have their power through the size of the military, and to the church. They both have run right off the edge of a cliff, and they're starting to look down and say ".... uh oh. We've nothing left to stand on." And the creative people, the ones who are making, who are creating beauty in your world, they are the ones you now honour.

This vast loss of faith has already happened, and it's so beautiful and so elegant that you haven't even realised it's happening, but if you look around you see the signs of it everywhere. Find any political leader in the world that people actually respect. They're all a laughing stock, they're all a joke. This wasn't true 200 years ago, you looked at your leaders with awe and you imbued them with power and did what they said. Now, you look at the artists and the actors and musicians, the singers and the bands, as people you follow and people you respect, and the military and the church you've lost all respect for. As more and more of you wake up and realise it's already happened, you realise that more and more of these people have lost their power. Somewhere back around 1950, it all began to fade. The destroyers, and I include both the church with their spreading of fear and hate and judgement and racism and genderism and ugliness, and your leaders who control by the fact that they have armies and militaries and conquest, these people lost power back in 1950-1952, and it's been fading ever since. Increasingly, you're ignoring your leaders and you're listening to the creative, to the actors and the artists, to ones who have been ignored or reviled until this last centry. Those who are creative, those of the light, are the ones you respect, and those of the shadow - the militaries, the violent, the religious, the hatemongers - you've lost all respect for. It's already happened. This change happened back in 1950. The Shadow lost this world back in 1950. And the future of your world was guaranteed back then. Everything we have done since then was just to make the transition smoother. To make the lives of people easier, to remove fear and hatred and pain and to bring joy and awareness and beauty.

The Shadow lost, the Light won, more than 50 years ago, and if you look around you, you can see the signs of it everywhere - not in the world that is changed, because it's still changing, but in who your people now respect and who leads. Who has power depends on who people respect. The people of creativity, of joy, of light, are now the ones who are respected, and the people of destruction, and control, and fear no longer have power.

The Shadow lost its following

There are a few people who make videos and post them to youtube. Angel is very careful and specific about the ones he watches and on occasion, influences directly. They weren't all big youtubers, some he started watching when they only had a couple of subs.

One of them, felt it was important to take a year off, he wasn't sure why, and work fulltime making videos and communicating with people. Another, said he's been a student for several years, and although he doesn't know exactly why, decided it's right for him to not do the mainstream thing next year. He's going to take a year off to lead a more independent life and following his feelings a bit more and just make videos. These are two people who Angel has worked with specifically, who have left the mainstream, feel that the next year is important, and are choosing something in the mean time to maximise their communication abilities.

Of the local Elfpath people working with Angel, one has recently finished a doctorate and decided not to enter the mainstream and get a job, but to take up a career that's less financially rewarding but allows her practise communication, to teach and organise and communicate with people from many walks of life. Another, after years of being a university teacher, switched to running a counselling business from her home and uses sexuality to communicate with people. She's taking the time to practise things that build her communication skills.

This is a very powerful pattern, where a large number of the people Angel has worked with specifically have felt the need to step back from the mainstream, are all struggling a bit with financial things, all feel this is a time that's important, and all are choosing a path for this interim time that is aimed at increasing communication skills.

There may be people all over the world who are making choices that take them out of the mainstream, even though it gives them financial difficulty and repercussions from people who are supposed to care about them. They are distancing themselves from structures of the world that are all in flux, sensing something big, and practising communication. And probably none of them know why.

If there are people who don't know what they should be doing the coming year, this seems like a useful advice to them. If this echo implies a room of the shape Angel imagines, within a few months we will understand why it was so necessary to do this thing at this time.

Careers during the interim time

The world is moving from a primarily heterosexual focus to a primarily homosexual focus. This is something that doesn't happen often in the history of a species, this is rare. Some people talk about doing future research work through the meta, and they've consistently said that 300 years in the future, the population is less than 10% of what is it now. They can't figure out how it happens unless there is some big catastrophe and everybody dies off. This is how it happens.

And this is really what your world needs. At this point it's growing at an insane rate in population, and the children coming out are being abused, forgotten, thrown away. The supposed adults growing out of those children are just being worked to death or otherwise ignored, and if you're not one of those shadow types who's cheated and clawed their way to the top, you remain poor and struggling your whole life, working to make other people rich. There needs to be a big drop in population, so that children become more important and people matter more. There is also a need to sort out this war between the genders that has been going on for tens of thousands of years, and this is a novel way to do that. It's so strange a solution but so perfect and quirky in a disrespectful way.

The result of it is a lot of chaos in people. Every single adult male and female are finding they are simply not sexually attracted to people they've always been, and those in their teens can't find the sexual attraction they're told should be there. A lot of the new kids think they're asexual, they've just tuned out the whole thing. There are a lot of unusual problems. There's a massive increase in the divorce rate. People are starting to check out same-sex people all the sudden. There has been a big rise in the S&M community, and a lot of violence between people, which is a result of not finding the sexual attraction. The big movement towards transgender also results from this shift. Relationship patterns that have been stable for millennia, are failing, the power dynamic is screwing up because women are losing their dominant position in the relationship.

In the past, the boys would be attracted to the girls and vice vera, and it wasn't a problem. There were separated bathrooms and summer camps and groups. Now, the people you are most attracted to are the ones surrounding you all the time. Before you could just be hidden from the sexuality. If you were a boy, you never saw naked girls. But now, you're seeing the people you're attracted to day in, day out, and it's creating tension and anxiety and frustration. It has to go one of two ways: either it will keep simmering until it cools off, or it will explode and let all the pressure off, but ideally there will be a healthy resolution, someone famous standing up and coming out as gay, making it ok for everyone else to do the same thing as well. Once a few start to try it and love it, it will sweep across society in a wave and resolve all this tension.

Humans are sexual beings to their core, it's woven into every single part of them, and so this shift in sexuality is affecting every part of them: the way they raise children, their families, their relationships, their schools, their sports, everything is being affected by this sexuality. When you see a problem in society, spend some time looking at a deep enough level, and see if it is this same thing. A huge number of things, even physical health problems that are becoming more common, are all arising from this same shift from a heterosexual to a homosexual focus. Until this quits being a hidden trend and starts being an outward trend, these problems are going to increase and express in violence, because people are scared and anxious about these changes inside them.

I am going to tell you how to forgive, and it's a simple process to describe, and in some ways one of the toughest things you can do.

You have learned, in this culture, that when something hurts you take an aspirin or you take a drug to stop feeling it. If something's uncomfortable, you'd promptly change it. You have learned not to pay attention to pain. And if it's a pain you can't get away from, you've learned to medicate it or ignore it. The first step in forgiveness is to look at what hurts, to feel it. The first step I'll call awareness. Awareness means going back and remembering all of it. Not just the experience, but how you felt about it, where it hurt and how it hurt. Awareness means facing all of the darkness that's there. And when you really start to be aware, all of that buried pain is going to come back to you, and it's going to hurt worse, until it gets to the centre of the injury, of the part that needs forgiven. And there is where you need to apply the awareness most. Because though it hurts, this is where the healing's really beginning.

When you have been injured, hurt, it takes away a piece of your innocence. If you're hurt often enough, you'll lose that innocence. You become a very different creature. But that innocence is not just important, it's sacred. That innocence is the second step.  Once you've become aware, you need to begin to be aware with the innocence of a child. That is, simply seeing the thing as it is, without trying to shove it away. Just look at it and study it.It can be a thing that evokes intense emotion, but it can no longer evoke judgement. It's not a good thing, or a bad thing, it's not an evil thing or a good thing. It's just a very painful thing. First the awareness, then the innocent awareness. "Ok, they said these words. I responded this way. I can see how all that happened, I remember that." Just innocent awareness.

The next step doesn't affect the body, it affects the social structures. There's a very clear idea in most people that someone who does bad things is a bad person and has to be punished. But this idea of retribution is a very four year old idea. Just about anyone who has deep compassion, empathy, understanding, is someone who's been deeply hurt in their past. If you have been hurt, from the smallest pain to the largest, it has given you a gift. If you seek, you will eventually find something this gift has given you. And I call this step honour, to honour the experience that's happened to you, to have respect for the person who's hurt you, to look deep inside it, to honour yourself for choosing to go through something so painful, just so that you could gain this gift, to become more truly yourself and to help the many out there who are hurting. This third stage of honour is the second most important, because this is where you really get a chance to become much more, instead of less. 

And the fourth one is easy if you've done the other three, and if you haven't it's impossible, or nearly. The fourth stage is love. Realise that the person who has hurt you, just like you, is a near-infinite spiritual being, a being of great love and purity, intensity, who's chosen to live a physical life where they can't remember their past, how amazing they are, or anything about the space between and the harmony, the unity, we all share. When you can get passed that childish four-year-old attitude of "You're a bad naughty boy or girl" to "You're a powerful spiritual being who went through something horrible, and that something has given me a gift," then you begin to feel a deep gratitude for them. You may still feel anger, fear, but when that happens, you go back to the first three steps, and finally you come back to this place again where you see them in the largest sense you possibly can, and begin to truly love them for who they are and what they've done to you. 

This process, awareness, innocence, honour, love. This is what forgiveness means.

How to forgive

This is a time of vast change in your world. A time when war and violence and hatred and abuse and crime and torture of children and enslavement ... end. This is the beginning of a whole new world, a world that will be a mess at the start, but a world without that darkness that has ruled your world for far longer than any of you can imagine. So much of that is already changed. And if you do not yet perceive it, if you're still living in desperation or hopelessness, that's ok. The changes that needed to be made first are the structural, the paint job, the part that everybody can see, is the last step. A new Era of Light is beginning, those of us ancient ones who've been working on this for a million years and more recognise it. We know this is the time.

Because so many people think they're afraid of change, this is a time when the world needs people of great power. The world needs strong, powerful, beautiful, amazing, charismatic people to stand up and give them guidance. They need heroes, they need shining lights who are strong and confident and amazing, who speak well, who are beautiful and can be effective at guiding all of those who are too afraid to look closely. And you could be one of those heroes.

A lot of you have been groomed to be these heroes since before you were born. And to do that, you had to think differently than the world around you, and so you were not popular as a child. You had to function differently, and so you were not effective as an adult. Some of you, in that moment before you fall asleep, or when you first wake before your guards get up, you feel it. You sense that you want to be something far more than everybody else around you. And then, your walls come up, and you feel ashamed of yourself for thinking you could be better than others. Or you feel hopeless because you can't even go outside or talk to people. When you've dared to let yourself, you've sensed that there's something far greater you want to be doing. Many of you have experienced this. And you should, because this is a time when the world needs people to be great. People who think differently than everyone around them, people who don't get society. If it all seems insane, if you feel like an outsider, if you don't get it, if you're scared to leave your home or talk to a stranger, that's ok. If you fit in, you wouldn't be one of these. 

The ones I'm talking about are called to be something much bigger. Begin to entertain the dream. And if it drives you crazy, if it burns so bright it burns you up, at least for a little while you've lived with light and life and passion, instead of burying your dreams in shame or fear or guilt. You will feel yourself nudged in directions where you need to go, until you have a chance to become one of the great leaders of the world that is just now awakening. You can be one of the bright and shining stars you have always dreamed of, and all you have to do right now is quit fighting it. Entertain the dream and allow it to grow. If you have this fire burning in you, if you have ever sensed it, seek it out and make it strong. Let that passion burn. Because the time is vast approaching when your world will need you people to stand up and become the great ones, far more than those around you, so that you can guide them and teach them and help them and lead them and hep this world forward.

Do not be a dreamer, a silent, lonely, desperate dreamer. Bring these dreams into the Light and study them and begin to imagine them and celebrate them, and your life will give you chances to make them real, these dreams. And in the very near future, the opportunity will come when you have a chance to bust out of your cocoon and find you're a totally different creature than the one who crawled into that cocoon when you were a small child. The world needs you. Dare to face your passion, your dreams of being great. Not for your sake, but for the billions out there ... who need you.

This world needs you to be great

People for now are calling it the Mandela effect. I have called it the mandala effect. A mandala is a complex pattern which you study, whose purpose is to bring you awareness and help you understand, a greater comprehension of what's going on. So it really is a mandala effect, not a Mandela effect. 

Now people are saying this is the end of the world, there is a lot of nonsense about this. And nobody seems to know why it's happening. The reason is my work. I spoke over the last 5 years of a number of times you wouldn't believe, that I have gone back into the past and made changes. And I've described some of these changes specifically.  If you look now, many of those things and several others are significantly changed right now. And because this last year was the year of revelation, that is, the removal of the veil, people are beginning to notice the changes in their world. So what you're seeing is just the results of my changes. I changed it before it was recorded, so the only thing that was recorded was the one you're now seeing without this. What's happening is now that the veil is being lifted, some people are noticing that the world has changed. 

The first outstanding question is, obviously, "Why are people noticing?"  And it's very very simple. I found this last night, and I'll attempt to make it simple for you. From the monkey mind, from the First Mind, everything in this world is real, and that's all there is. But by the time you get to the Third Mind, you start to be able to reach out and remember all of these pieces from other lifetimes and incorporate them and you get the sense of who you've been across multiple lifetimes, not just who you are now. You can go back to one of these change things, and put all of your energy in your First Mind and look at it, and you will remember that it's always been this way. Put your energy up in the Third Mind, and you remember that it's changed.

Wait a minute, it takes years to clean up your guts and get your heart online, and it takes years after that for the Third Mind to begin to be active, how can so many people, and some of them are total morons, have access to the Third Mind? What I find is basically 100% of the people who are perceiving these effects are walk-ins. Not that long ago, about a third of the population of the planet left, and a whole new group of people walked in and took over their lives. These people came in from the Third Mind, and are still largely functioning from there before they integrate into the First Mind. Reaching out from the Third Mind, they're tapping into other lifetimes and other potentialities, and they keep track of these complex higher mathematics and have an access to the other information, where the monkey mind is too simple to do that. So we would predict that ultimately, when people start paying attention, about two thirds of the people will remember it's always been this way, and about a third will remember the changes. 

If in your childhood, in the childhood of the body you wear, there was a strong emotional attachment to a thing, then right now you will not remember it's changed, because that emotional encoding is so strong. If there's not emotion, and there's no awareness you won't have this dissonant perception. If you have an intellectual knowledge, you're much more likely to remember the change. 
And this reason right here, the emotional encoding vs. the intellectual encoding, or perceptional awareness encoding, is the reason why a person may remember this mandala effect but not that mandala effect.

The only other thing is the changes in landmass, and I'm going to talk about that separately, but with that understanding you can understand why that effect is happening, why some people are remembering and some don't, why it's inconsistent. All of this stuff fits into a nice, neat model with these simple ideas I've just given you, the walk-ins and emotional encoding.

The Mandela Effect

There is this basic idea, that when people aren't challenged, they give up. That if you gave a person enough money to live, and a television with enough channels, they would never leave their home. They would sit home and eat junk food and get fat and quit trying. They wouldn't educate their children if you didn't require it, they wouldn't educate themselves. I think if you look, you'll find you probably have the same idea. 

And if you look at my work, it may lead you to believe this is true. I suggest that the energy you hold changes you. You make a decision and you stick to it, and you hold it day after day, and that shapes you over time. And there will be times when it's difficult, and in those difficult times, when you hold on to your decision, you are shaped faster and more. If you give up in those difficult times, you will not have a change occurring at all. 

And see, it would be very easy to say these two ideas are the same. And it would be easy looking at my work to tie in this mythology that if you're allowed to be happy and free and peaceful, that you'll become the Wall-E humans, huge and fat and waited on by robots and never doing anything for yourselves. If you accept this idea, if you believe it, I'm not surprised. Most of the people out there believe it. Even the cartoons portray this. Political systems, pieces of literature or fiction, they all suggest that if people aren't challenged, they're wasted. They never develop. 

What I want to give to you today is the awareness that this is false. That in a time when the world was Shadow, the primary motivation available was fear, and so when you let someone feel safe, you took away their fear, and they relaxed and they would sit around and get fat and lazy and stupid. That this is no longer true today. The primary motivation of the people is no longer fear. It is something called either joy, or curiosity, or fascination, or wonder. And that yes, in this moment, because you grew up in a world of fear and are trained to it, it is important that you be challenged sometimes. And you challenge yourself by holding on to your decisions when it's messy. But this does not mean that challenge is necessary. 

Loosely speaking, the challenge is necessary only for those who are still based in fear. Increasingly, as you are based in joy, excitement, curiosity, wonder, when you have spare time, time without fear, without challenge, without stress, you will not just sit around and get fat. Yes, you might, for a day or a week or a month, but then you'd start to become curious. You'd start to become interested, you wonder about something, you've become excited about something, and you'd start to explore it. And the less sleep you needed, the more hours in your day, the more you would spend exploring something that seemed wonderful. The more money or resources you had, the more you would put into exploring this thing. You would develop what are now thought of as hobbies, they would be come an avocation, a thing you're doing when you're not at work. When we take away the need to work, to struggle, just to survive, your avocations will become much stronger than your vocations ever were. 

You know this. People do this already. I once read some wise person's comment that if we put the amount of intensity into our vocation that we put into our avocation, we would all be far more successful in our lives. People put huge amounts of time into playing a certain sport, or fantasy football, or building toy trains. This excitement, this passion, this wonder is part of people. And as we take away the fear, people will not get fat and lazy alla "Aristoi" or "Wall-E". Instead, they'll become people motivated by their passion and excitement. There is no longer a need to artificially create challenge. Allowing peace and harmony and joy will allow for far greater growth and potential than challenge every did.

You no longer need challenge

In this lifetime I've heard a lot of people talking about free will. And just about every time I've heard anyone talk about free will, they were angry. See, it's both perhaps the most important concept in your entire life, and a load of absolute bullocks, pointless and irrelevant. And how can it be both? 

You're here in this life for one purpose, and that is to figure out who you are and express that. And in that process, there's nothing more important than your decisions. To figure out who you are and to follow that path wherever it leads, and to make the decisions, to act in such a way that you explore it, and exploring, express it, and encounter it and understand it, and it becomes more and more until eventually you hit a point where you wake up and realize who you are. Most people never get there. The biggest crime, then, is slavery. Because your biggest purpose in being here is to make your own decisions, to figure out who you are, and anything that gets in the way of that is an inexcusable horror. And this is why free will is not just important, it's the most important. The most powerful thing you can develop. 

And if that's true, if it is the most important, why would it be bullshit, bullocks? Why would it be nonsense? 

And I tell you that you can only have free will when you're free. And there probably isn't one of you who's free. See, you don't make your decisions with your mind. You think you do, but anybody who studied humans knows it's not true. You make your decisions emotionally, and then you justify them with your mind. But your emotions aren't yours. Throughout your life you have felt many things, and the ones that were unpleasant, you shoved it aside, and pretty soon you're dragging this great big bag of old feelings that you've never felt. No matter what you look like on the outside, on the inside you're like this immensely obese person, dragging the weight of all these old feelings around. You can barely walk up and down stairs, you can barely have a relationship, you can't find joy or purpose in your life anymore, everything seems pointless and empty. And as long as all those feelings are there, that mess of feelings will be what makes your decision. And you are not free.  

Because of agreements you've made with abusive people, your parents, your teachers, your relatives, your church, because of the decisions you've made, you've developed habits.  And the habits are the easiest thing to do. And when you should be making a decision and acting, instead you're acting by habits. And as long as those habits are there, you are not free. 

As soon as you know something is true, you have to throw out anything you notice that disagrees with it. You have to debunk it, call it a hoax, a conspiracy, a myth, an act of the devil or whichever boogieman you pray to. Because when you know, when you believe anything, you are no longer open to what life has to show you. And when you're a child, that's not a big deal, but the more you grow and the more you know, you stack these believes, these knowings around you, and when somebody says, "What about that?" you say, "I can't see that, my wall of believes is in the way." And you end up locked in a tiny cell that you have built. And your knowing and your belief have trapped you in this cell. You have become a prisoner.

You are not free. You do not have free will. If free will matters to you, do the work to clear out all the old garbage, to get rid of your old habits, to stop believing and knowing, and start being aware of what's around you. And in ten or twenty years, when you've cleared that stuff out, and know who you are, and are free, then you will have free will. And if you are not willing to do that work, then quit talking about free will, and quit fighting about it. You're just a monkey in a cage, choosing between the yellow bananas and the red ones.

Free Will

I want to talk about things like faith and hope and love and trust, dance and play, relationship. And those things have been tough to talk about, for several reasons.

The first is kind of the burn victim response. It's a very primitive reaction, and it's reasonable and healthy. You see the same reaction if you've ever been in a relationship and it ended badly. Someone lied to you, someone hurt you, someone was taking advantage of you. And for a long time afterwards, any time something of relationship comes to you, you're nervous, you're anxious, you're scared, you're angry, you push it away. You've been burned by life in terms of trust and joy and hope and relationship and dance and fun and play. You've been lied to about nature, about money, about god, about relationships. You've been lied to by everything you've trusted and everybody you've cared about, even by your friends in school.

Here's my basic thesis, my basic idea, here's what I'm telling you: In order to be happy, you have to trust. You can never have a healthy relationship if you don't trust. You need to have play, you need to have joy, you need to have touch. Humans need touch, humans need to talk. If you never talk, you'll go crazy. Humans need to listen. You need joy, point one. Point two, nobody has ever taught you those things. Your preachers, who should have given you the greatest truths in your life and set you on a spiritual journey, have lied to you. Every time you've ever learned about them or practiced them, you've been burned.

This is so important. This is what all of the changes in your planet, in your body, in your universe, in the destroying of all the dark things and the fear and the hate and the warfare, this is what it leads to. Because if you end up with a perfect world, and you don't have love, and joy, and the ability to trust, and to care, and to play, and to dance, to let down your guard and not be hurt, then all the rest of that's a waste of time. Try to feel this, not believe it. If you didn't have the relationships and the kindness, the friendship, the trust, the touching, the affection, the intimacy, the communication, it would be a cold, sterile story.

Now is the time in your life you need this. And the only way to get something you don't have is to work for it, to begin to practise it. Work together to communicate and heal. When you play, play games where no one loses. Find something worth believing in, and practise believing. Just believe that there's something infinite and beautiful that loves you, and no matter how much you screw up, it will still love you just as much. Practise believing. Don't call it a god, please don't call it a god, you've got too much baggage tied to god. Just believe that there's something infinite and beautiful that loves you, and no matter how much you screw up, it will still love you just as much. Practise believing. And it will be hard at first. 

A life without all of the basics, hugs, touch, sex, joy, walking in the sun, climbing a tree, petting your pets, hugging your child, loving your parents, a life without those basics is boredom and slow motion suicide, and yet every time you've tried those things, you've been burned and you've been lied to and you've been abused. The world is changing to a place where that abuse won't exist anymore, but you will still just be living a tiny fraction of the life if you don't have these things. Begin to practise these things. Invest your will and your power and your excitement and all the things you've learned in your painful, maybe horrible, difficult life, invest the things you've learned in creating a life that has those things. You need this. You need this to be happy. And there's no point at all in living if you're not happy. You need these things. Practise them. Give it a try. Imagine a better world. Imagine how awesome it can be, because it will soon be. Imagine that, and begin to trust, to give, to believe, once again.

You've been lied to, and you need to heal

A Source doesn't have the sensitivity to be constantly caught up in the present, or this intense drive to do things. They're quite comfortable, even a fairly in power Source, just sitting still, being stable. So from the perspective of the Senser, or that of a Shaper, you might look at a Source's reticence, their unwillingness to change, and perceive that as stubborn. They insist on hanging on to old dramas and repeating old dramas over and over and over, no matter how many time you tell them. Are they stupid? Are they stubborn, are they dense, are they stuck in ways other people aren't? In fact, if you can change your frame ... 

The thing that's not obvious, the thing that stops Sources from changing, is that in a sense, they love more deeply and care more passionately than either of the other two. The Senser has  always got new things to fall in love with and be fascinated by. The Shaper's always looking for new things. It's the Source who falls in love with the moment. It is a Source who tries to make scrap books of every instance. It is the Source who says, "This moment is perfect, I want to put it in amber and keep it forever." And it's not because they're stubborn, or dense, or caught in their dramas. It's because they love far more deeply and they care far more passionately, and so for them it's much harder to let go. And they're willing to put up with control dramas, pain, self-criticism and self-abuse. They're willing to put up with all this, to hang on to what they care so deeply about. Sources have this vast capacity to love, and this deep, passionate commitment to caring that they apply to everything, an in power Source, but a young Source has without really knowing what they're doing just applied it mostly randomly. This thing, whatever, it's here now, so I pick it. An deep caring to that thing. So if you can ken the actions of a Source not as fighting the future, not as refusing to be present, not as stubborn and dense or caught, but as desperately struggling to preserve what they care so deeply, about, then you will begin to understand, to ken.

And then to get them unstuck, involves some steps. The most valuable skill they can learn is letting go. It's requisite, it's aesthetic and it in fact honours the thing if you let it go properly. Next, a Source has to recognise that there are new and wonderful things ahead. They need to recognise that there are things to look forward to. You've kept you from seeing it, from sensing it, from feeling it, but there are things as good as the past. A Source must be taught to recognise that they can fall in love again.

And the final, because Sources care so deeply and love so intensely, when they hang on to a thing, no matter how wonderful, they kill it. If you have a pet you love, and you pick it up in your arms and you never put it down, it will grow weak and sick because it' can't move. If you hold on intensely, you'll kill this thing you love so deeply. You need to set them free, so that they can have new experiences as well. 

With this, you'll have an understanding of what Sources do and why they do it and how to fix it. Sources seem stubborn, to summarise, but in fact, they just love very deeply and care very passionately, far more than anyone else can realise. And most of them are not good communicators, so they can't express it. Because of that, they need to learn to let go, to say it's requisite, and it's aesthetic, and it doesn't dishonour them to let go, and they need to understand that there are new and wonderful things to experience that will be even better, once they've let go of the old. Finally, they need to realise they're hurting others by holding on. And so if they care about these people, they have to bless them and let them go. That, is a new frame for Sources.

Framework: Sources care so much

I've dealt with things of meta, of spirit, of energy, in cornfields, in little towns in the backwoods of California, in Texas, in New Orleans, in South Carolina, in Pheonix. I found powerful and amazing things. But Egypt and Jerusalem and Sedona, Arizona, had as much meta life as a desert has plant life. I didn't feel anything deep or of substance. This bothers me. It bothers me for two reasons: all these people are claiming to have this experience and seem to really believe it, but I don't feel anything there that could give them the experience. It doesn't add up. Second reason: I want people to have this experience. I want people to find places with the powerful energy that moves through them and shapes them and makes their life worthwhile.

Everybody has a huge sense of emptiness, of pointlessness. This sense of hopelessness, of what's the meaning of life. Science has actually codified it into a religion. I'm convinced there is a hole inside people, but it can only be filled with themselves.

I don't think there are any powerful spirits living in the Earth, whether they are malevolent or benevolent, who are going to set up some magical site where you can go and sit in for ten minutes and fix and heal this empty space inside and feel complete. And if there were these sites and if people had found them, then anyone who's a competent meta could sit down and talk to them and find in them depth, stability, a sense of personal power, a sense of joy, an easy. And yet almost every New Age person I've ever talked to has either been frustrated and looking for answers, or empty and frustrated and just chanting the words without any belief. The people who walk around the pyramids claiming enlightenment, and the people who sit in Sedona, the people who follow conspiracy theories, the people who drink cool-aid in South America, or with Jim Jones, or kill themselves in LA in order to hitch a ride on a flying saucer, or that pray at the wailing wall or bang their heads on the floor and claim they're holier than you because they have a bruise on their forehead, the people who say say confessions or speak in tongues, I don't think there's anything in any of these paths. You're like a primitive sitting in the cold night looking at a picture of a fire. It doesn't warm you. I say that because after lifetimes of searching, the only place I have found something that fills this emptiness, is inner work. Hard work, that takes a few years, to fill this empty space and make life worthwhile. 

There are places I have found deep and powerful spirituality. People like this, there's a sense of power about them. When they speak, they've that little sort of sparkle of joy in their eye even when they're being serious, and they've an intensity that's almost scary even when they are being silly. These people who have a sense that they're here for a purpose and life matters. I have not met one of these people who felt that they could fulfill that piece inside by sitting in Sedona or marching around the pyramids or going to Roswell. Some of them had a religion or a spirituality, but for them it was just a path or a tool towards finding who they are inside and becoming that.

These kind of revelations are difficult and painful and involve getting rid of a lot of the lies you've kept to protect you from the hopelessness. But maybe, just maybe, if you can sense a little bit of that hopelessness, you can start looking for something that matters. And when you start looking, anybody who tells you truth is the enemy, they are just giving you another addiction. They're an enemy of your desire to be real. And to be real, to discover passion and purpose, the only way I found so far is to start sitting quietly every day and looking inside and finding what's there. I want everybody to have this.

Filling the emptiness inside

There are some historical cultures, and when we speak of them there is a kind of hero-worship. One of those cultures is the Romans. There's this idea that they were amazing people. Another is the Japanese in the time of bushido, and this great sense of respect people have for the bushido code, and what wonderful people these Japanese must have been to have developed this. 

Well, here's my suggestion to you. You learn your culture from the male. In this history, the male has defined what countries were called and who to conquer. The males write the history books, and so on. And often in history, only the males were taught. So the history and the culture and such are taught by the males. But your emotions, your attitude, are taught by the female. The emotional things that define your emotional state are taught from your mother. Those things are imprinted between birth and about four years of age. Because it's set into you between birth and age four, it's nothing anybody ever really considers. It's just passed down from mother to child, mother to child, decade after decade, century after century. My suggestion to you, then, is if you go to Rome today and meet an Italian, culturally they will be very different from the Romans, but emotionally they will be the same people as the Romans. If you know what the people who follow the bushido code were like, go to Japan. Culturally, they'll be totally different, but fundamentally  emotionally, who they are, will be the same person. Because that is just passed down from mother to child, and never really changed. Not unless some new cultures invades and takes over and changes everything. 

However, if you say something you shouldn't, old people will shake their fingers at you. People will correct you. All the social stuff. So we can't know what someone's like unless they're totally uncontrolled, unless they can do whatever the hell they want. If there's nobody who can tell them no, they will show the kind of people they truly are. And in these two classes, the Japanese and the Italians, each one has a group where no one can tell them what to do, because they are so powerful. With the Italians, it's the mafioso. If you want to know what the Romans were like, study the history of the mafioso in Chicago in the 1920s. And likewise, if you want to know what the people who followed bushido were like, look at the group of Japanese who have no constraints. The triads. So when Japan creates a triads organisation today, with their knights, their warriors going out to enforce the rule of their elite and ruling class, there is an immensely big chance that the structure they based it on, was exactly the same.

And the Roman culture we think is so civilised, they were as much assholes as every member of la familia today. Every bit of the bullshit we've seen out of the mafiosa, this is what the Roman civilisation was like when it was unconstrained. 

I offer this to you as a possibility to understand things you may never have seen, and to go back and re-interpret some of the ancient cultures that you respected so highly. Because these things change so slowly. And to give you a new perspective. If you have the meta-abilities, you can go back and look through history and find this. And you can throw away the idol worship.It may be if people work with this idea, we can get an idea of what the Pharaohs were like by studying people like Zahi Hawass. We can get an idea what these famous men of bushido were like, by looking at the people today, the triads. And we get an idea of how vicious and twisted and ugly and savage and primitive the Romans were, even as their historians are writing these great histories, because I'm sure la familia if they had historians writing their story, they would tell it and they would sound a lot like the glories of Rome. Something I think may be immensely useful to work with.

Using modern cultures to understand the ancients

Everybody's heard of good emotions and bad emotions. If we make some emotions good things and some bad things, then we want to let go of the bad things. But emotions are like eating. Once you take food in, you don't try to keep it in for ten or twenty years, because it was a good meal. The food has to come in and be processed and be let go. And emotions are the same way. Even if it's an incredibly happy and wonderful experience, but you bring it in and hold on to it, emotions will die and begin to fade away, begin to corrupt, and no more good emotions can come in, because you're so busy holding on to stuff from the past. So the good emotions have to be let go, the bad emotions have to be let go, and if you do this long enough,eventually you start to realise that there aren't good emotions and bad emotions. 

Anxiety means there's a big change coming up in your life. We're all struggling to grow and learn and become more and have more integrity, and that means we have to change. So when anxiety comes up, it's a really healthy sign. It means something in your guts has recognised that you're ready to make a big change, and it gets nervous about it. So if you get anxiety over several days, this is a thing to celebrate. It means you're right on the cusp, right on the edge, of a big change. And yet most people think "Oh, anxiety, that's a bad emotion, we have to get rid of that." But in fact, it can be very helpful to us. 

Another one of those emotions, that we think of as a bad emotion but is really our friend, is sadness. Because once you go through a change, as we grow, we let go of things from the past. There is a need to let things go that we've grown out of, in order to make space for new things. And so letting go is an incredibly important part of what we do. It's part of growing up, becoming real. But see, letting go is hard. When something is taken away from you, you're going to feel sad. Even if it's something you don't want or need anymore, if something's taken away, you mourn. And this mourning, this sadness, is part of our lives. Sadness is a necessary to leaving things behind, and leaving things behind is a requisite response to growing up. So the sadness is going to happen, and feeling it is necessary. 

We're trained not to feel the bad things. So when you come to a change point in your life, you're feeling the anxiety, you know a change is about to come, you go through it, you come out the other side, and there's something new and wonderful. Some part of you is feeling sad. I want to suggest, because so many of you people in here are dealing with sadness, that even though society has taught you to push all your pain away and bury it and not pay attention, sorrow is this wonderful gift. Both this diploma that says you've graduated to something new, and this channel that just opens you up to handle more joy than you ever held. And so it's time to start embracing sadness. Not as a bad terrible thing, not as a thing to get through, but as truly a wonderful gift, a piece that is congratulating you and shaping you to handle your life with even more joy and passion than you ever have. 

Everything that you would consider a bad emotion, or a negative emotion - some people use that phrase - every negative emotion is the same. Every one is the balance to something you want, and so when we learn to celebrate them, when we learn to allow them, not to fight them, we find in a sense that every emotion adds depth and meaning to our lives. These emotions make life rich. Without that, we just have experience. But with emotions, we have so much more. Emotions are the currency in which life pays you for your experience. So we learn to allow these emotions. We learn to feel them, we learn to pay attention to them. We learn to celebrate them. And when they're gone, we learn to let them go to make room for the new ones.

All emotions are healthy

I have talked before about the child, student, teacher and master paths. These are very important things. 

Children, and those who follow the child way, acquires experience. Children are good at learning, but they're very bad at focus. And children learn by jumping into things, by stomping in puddles, by getting involved, by exploring. And children tend to be completely self-focused. They simply don't think about anyone but themselves. It's not that they're selfish people or wrong in some way, it's just not wired into them. They don't want to practice, they want to play. But if you can make a game of it, they'll play over and over. Lots of supervision and guidance throughout.

For students, and those on the student path, their primary focus at any point is themselves. They're also good at learning, however students have acquired something that children don't have. They can focus, they are good at doing repetitious tasks to build ability.  Students need less supervision and guidance. However, they lack the ability to chart their own path. If you leave them alone, they stall and wander away. A student needs lots of reinforcement and encouragement and direction. 

Those on the teacher path doesn't need the constant supervision and feedback, they can do a lot on their own. In fact, they enjoy giving that supervision and feedback to others. Teachers look outwards and see other people. Almost everyone you meet on this life experience will be capable of acting from the child or student. Not everyone acquires teacher. The teacher frame usually happens when you care more about someone else than yourself. You start giving up your own time and energy and space to see that they get what they need.

Each of these frames comes with its limits. Those in a teacher frame are not as good at play and exploration. Students are not good at planning their own path, and they're less good at being playful and lighthearted. Children are absolutely dependent on others for structure and process, and they are totally handicapped at working within a structure. 

A frame is the form in which we work. You have to live within a frame, you have to hold it and you have to work within it, to build up the characteristics necessary to embody that frame. If you bounce back and forth, what you'll acquire is a mess. It will just be chaos in there, because these three have totally different requisites, totally different needs, totally different expressions. They have totally different strong and weak points, ways of approaching and exploring the world. To be effective in life, you have to pick a frame and work within it. And the frame defines who you are and how you respond to things and what you choose to hold. And if you choose to hold a frame long enough, it will become who you are. They're different, your path and your frame. The frame is who you are, and what you're trying to be and to hold in your life, and your path is just how you choose to approach things. Enough time on a path will tend to move you into the frame. 

If you move into a master frame- one person in perhaps millions - you will never again be in an equal relationship with another. You also have to leave behind the idea of having your own children. Someone in the master frame cares about everyone and everything, but the only way to care about everything equally is to care about nothing more than anything else. They all become equal, and they all become, in effect, unimportant. With the master frame, you gain things you wouldn't have in any other, but it comes with the biggest cost. You give up everything that humans think of as making them human. You cannot work your way up to the skills necessary in a master frame. You have to get yourself to a place where you're so strong and so stable and so perfected inside, that when you're ready, you simply reach out and encompass a thing. And this is a skill unavailable to any of the others, because it has an insane cost in focus.

Child, student, teacher, master: paths and frames

The A1m just goes off exploring everything and wandering around and discovering. Without some kind of balance, that explorer might decide to try a self-destructive behaviour, or simply grow old, randomly running around just to have all the new experiences, and never really get anywhere. The A1f is a believer. When you believe in something completely, it allows you to focus all your time and energy on it, but they may decide to believe in something so completely that they get caught in their belief and only see that, and they cannot perceive the world around. If the A1m had something inside they believed in, a piece of the A1f inside, then they do their exploring thing, but the whole way through they've got this holy grail inside. They may or may not find the thing they're looking for, but they will certainly find all kinds of amazing things, and bring those back to the world. The A1m is only strong when it has a strong piece of the A1f inside. And likewise, the A1f, who has such great potential to focus on something and discover something new, who can believe strongly in something and focus all their will and attention on it, if they have enough of the A1m inside that they still want to explore outward, they'd look, and they'd consider, and they'd scan their ideas inside, and they'd do research, and they'd talk to other people and collect information and wisdom. They do some looking around. The A1m inside would protect and strengthen their A1f. 

It's the same way with the A2f. Now, out of power she's the addict, and in power she's the graceful dancer. But see, dancing is in essence following a passion, listening to something and moving with it. And it's possible to do that so completely that the dance itself, whatever that dance is, becomes another addiction, that they have no choice but to dance, they're caught up in it all the time. The A2m is the one who makes and follows structures, and any recovering addict, does best with some rules, some structure in their lives. When they have no structure, they tend to fall back into old habits. The A2f, the dancer, dancing free, does best when somewhere inside she has a small core of rules that she listens to and follows, otherwise she can get so caught up in her path that she loses herself. Likewise the A2m, the college professor, can get so caught in the details that they forget that life itself is a dance, and everything is just following the rules and following the steps. And one day they wake up and they're old. And maybe they've done a lot, and maybe they haven't, but their life has been empty, because all they've done is follow the rules. If they've had a little of the a2f inside, then every so often, they go do something that's just an expression of self and doesn't care about anybody else, it's just focused on being happy." And a little bit of that A2f makes the A2m's life much richer. And a little bit of the A2m makes the A2f's life much safer. 

The A3f, this Earth Mother type, nurturing and taking care of everybody, needs to have enough of the A3m, that when they keep giving and giving to someone because they need it, and they keep taking and taking, eventually the dad piece steps in and says, "Alright, that's enough." And that's a little harsh, and the really caring A3f type might never do that, but the A3m type lays down the law and says, "Here's how it has to be." And the A3m do well to have a solid piece of the A3f, when they pick up a baby or a small animal and feel the strong and powerful affection.

Any powerful and amazing one of these life path archetypes needs its counterpart to be there and to be strong. It doesn't have to be everything you do, but if you spend 100 hours developing your life path archetype, you should be spending ten or twenty hours developing its counterpoint, its partner archetype. It has to be there. And if you do, your major archetype is so much stronger and more stable and more balanced.

LPAs: Partnertones

You asked the term for a sense of Ka Ton, the true self, in the Second Mind, in the heart. Do you know the story of the five blind men who are introduced to an elephant for the first time? One has the tail, and says, "What is an elephant? An elephant is like a snake." The other one grabs the leg, and says, "An elephant is like a tree trunk." Another one finds the ear, one finds the trunk, one finds the tusks ...

Ka Ton, the true self, who you are in this life, the core of the First Mind, is different in everyone, because people come to play different roles. I've said before, and it may not make sense to you, but while there are many people, there is only one heart. They are not each going to find a separate thing. There is one heart, and they will all tap into it. It's not like they each have a little piece of it, there is only one.

And that may sound a bit mysterious, and if it does, then we can call it a mystery and leave it at that. And someone may say, "Well, theirs looks like this, and mine looks like this, and they're different." And the blind men, they'll find it's the same for all them. Once they begin to get rid of the garbage, and to get in their centre, and to discover what's there, they'll be finding something that all of the others can look at and say, "That's what mine looks like."

And for the few who get up to the Third Mind, again you'll find it's different in every one.

There is only one heart

I've heard Cesar say several times that the problem people have with their animals is that they humanise them. The fundamental idea is very correct. You can't treat them like their name, you have to treat them like dog, breed, name. Maslow's hierarchy of needs says that humans need affection, but if they're starving to death, they need food more than they need affection. If you don't have the one down at the bottom, all of the other ones just go away. This is how we can apply this dog-breed-name to people.

If someone wants to fight, or they're scared and want to run away, or if they're feeling dominant and they don't want to listen, it doesn't matter what you tell them, because those responses are so strong. They start as a fairly reasonable supposed adult, but if they get scared or neurotic or uptight or pushed out of their control zone, the adult curls up in a ball, the adult goes away and leaves the kid in charge. If the situation gets bad enough that the kid goes away, and the only thing that's left is the animal, the instinct. This is when someone sees red and starts swinging, or they're terrified and they run. And they cannot function. When you have a student in a state, whether or not it's that extreme, you can't talk to them about integrity and who they are. 

There's the very primitive physical, and very low level emotions, which is the lizard brain. This is the instinct, the dog, the animal. Next, there's the emotional and social and mental, the mesocortex, which is the monkey brain. Monkeys use tools, they think, they relate, they interact, they have a social hierarchy. Most of what people do is the monkey brain. This is breed. And then above that, then there's the forebrain. In here, we handle higher concepts, logic, reasoning, spiritual things, or at least the beginning of spiritual things. Name is to act with integrity by choice, even when the monkey part is scared and wants to go climb a tree.And above that, outside of the human, is the spirit self. 

If you want to talk to someone about what is integrity, what is Ka Ton, what is the true self, you have to talk to the person, to the awake or the awakening human. You have to deal with the primitive animal, then the breed, the monkey responses, and only then can you deal with the human, with the name. Only once people stop trying to run away or control or avoid or manipulate, can you talk to the person and teach them of integrity, ka ton, self, awareness. And so dog, breed, name. 

Most of the work you do until a person gets to Black Belt will be dog, breed, name. And most of the stuff at White Belt will be dog. It will be very deep, instinctual stuff. And then Yellow Belt, Orange Belt, they're discovering the inner stuff, they're figuring out all the chaos inside and starting to clear it, and that's where you hit breed, up till Green Belt. And then at Blue Belt, when they start discovering will and working for themselves, and Brown Belt, they're really figuring out who they are and making their own decisions, and the inside may freak out, but a Blue Belt should say, "Alright, something inside is panicking, however, I decide this. And at that point, the forebrain has become the "pack leader" of the monkey or the lizard brains. And then when they get to Black Belt, they will begin to sense on their own some of the issues of spirit. But you can't talk to someone about spirit, when they're caught up in breed.

The simple idea, dog, breed, name, is relevant to everyone. 

In essence, the A0 is the lizard brain, its the most primitive instincts, the lizard. The A column, this is really breed, the monkey brain, this is where you're figuring out how you respond to things. You're understanding what Ka Ton is, but it's still a foreign concept you're kind of sniffing at. The B column is the human brain, and then at the C column you begin to explore spirit, that there is more than this life, that there is more than just human.

Dog, breed and name in humans

The words, the concepts that you're processing appear to be things that you're responding to low in the third chakra, social concepts. When I look at how I listen, it's two and four and six. I sense, I listen as it were, with the processing centres. You listen with the interaction centre. When I'm trying to sense clearly, I close my eyes and tune out my ears, because the physical stuff is distracting.  And when I look, and somebody says, "Well let me explain the background, and I'll tell you about this." Shut up already. I don't want your details. I want to get a clear read, I don't want the communication. And so I shut down the third chakra input, and it makes sense, because the second chakra is where your gifts are, and the fourth is the heart. And it's clear to me that Sensers do this instinctively. Any good Senser will close their eyes. This goes back far into the history of your race. There are stories of seers that go back as far as you have, beyond written tales to the verbal tales passed down. It is so obvious and intrinsic to Sensers that the interaction centers, the first - the physical, the third - the social, the fifth - the communication and dom/sub issues that people deal with, that these are distracting to processing purely. 

It's obvious to me that those who have the Sensing gift will sense the most clear way they can. The ones who don't have the senses, which in this case we're calling the Shapers, you tell them to pay attention to physical cues, the shoulders, the tension in the jaw, if the hands are making fists. You give them first chakra analogues. And then there are third chakra analogues: "Did you hear the way you said that? Do you understand that communication?" And so you're giving them first and third chakra analogues to the second chakra processing centre. Sensers are going to sense and communicate with the even chakras, and those who are Shapers are going to sense and communicate with the odd ones. I can see this being relevant for the communication between Sensers and Shapers. 

Those who have been Sensers are going to instinctively process from at least the second, maybe the second and the fourth. And if they have gone to Shaper, you're going to have to push them to go down to the root chakra and look for physical analogues, and up to the third and find third chakra analogues. The fundamental reason is that if you're a good Senser, you can't be a good Shaper and vice versa. If they try and do both, they're going to screw up both. So your Sensers who have gone Shaper have to be pushed to first and third chakra analogues. 

For your Shapers who've gone Sensers, it would be useful to find some public place and start using your senses to tune into people, and go through the chakras to see if from there, the sense is clearer or less clear. Then try and process that directly, take it directly into the second. I feel that what you'll find will be a mess. However, you can start retraining your perceptual systems. The perceptions are there, you haven't tuned into them because you weren't aware that they were there to be tuned into. So expect those deep level responses and pat them on the head and kick them in the ass, and go back and do it anyway. In addition to being messy or confusing or chaotic, you'll find it's louder. If you're focusing it all through the input-output, the odd numbered centres, then it's got to be much louder to make it through the meta-reticular activating system. If you bring it in directly, my guess is that in addition to being chaotic, it's going to be louder, brighter, stronger. But if you can force yourself to step into that chaos, and instead of being tossed around, just kind of sit down in the eye of that storm and let it swirl around you, you find in time that it's really not chaotic. It's the same set of things you're paying attention to, just louder and clearer and brighter.

Senser and Shaper: from where you perceive

Sigmund Freud said, "All women have penis envy." Is that true? Well, no, not exactly, but most females in this world wish they were males. They think men just have it easier. In the meta world, this isn't true. 

Much of the meta involves sensitivity and awareness of subtle things. Generally speaking, women are much more sensitive then men. Women are much more aware of subtle things, because from the time you're children, you're taught to pay attention, and men are taught, generally, "Be a man. Grow up. Don't talk about that girl stuff." And so they're pushed away from both sensitivity and subtle awareness. So women start in the meta-process with a huge advantage.

Generally, in most of the Western societies, men are allowed about three emotions. Women are allowed the whole spectrum of expression, and so they're more comfortable with and aware of their emotions. Since a lot of the meta work involves emotional things, women have a huge advantage. 

What we wear affects our energy. As a woman, you can dress as a man and walk out in the street, and people will say, "So what?" But if a man were to go out in the street dressed as a woman, he would at the very least face ridicule, possibly physical abuse, in some places might even be imprisoned. Men are far more constrained in the outfits they can wear, in the ways they can physically express. So again females have a big advantage in this.

When it comes to interaction, you see a little kid in the park who's crying, you can walk over and talk to it, pick it up and take it back to its mom. And mom says, "Oh, you're so wonderful, thank you!" If a male does the same thing, people call the police. "That man picked up my kid!" People are all kinds of paranoid about their children and young ones with males, that they aren't with females. A lot of what we do is with the young and those who are emotionally young, again females have a very big advantage that males don't. 

Right now, you could walk into any public place, and talk to any man, and nobody would think of it. Most of them would even be happy. And you can walk up and talk to any woman and it's not a problem. A male could walk into that same room and talk to the guys, wouldn't get the same positive advantage, and if he tied to talk to one of the females, she would tune out everything he said, because all she'd hear is, "You're hitting on me, what do you want?" A male could walk into a room and have this most amazing message that would really help somebody, and she wouldn't be able to hear it because he wears a male body. And because so much of the meta work involves communicating, getting people to listen, again females have a huge advantage. 

And there are many more of these, these are just a few examples. Every time that the lining of the uterus breaks away and starts to leave your system a lot of messy energies that were building up in your guts are allowed to ground out and release. So stuff that a man might just stack up in his guts for years, a female doesn't have this problem because those things clear out every month. The cycle is actually an advantage in the meta process. 

Just about every complaint you could give to me about wearing a female body isn't relevant, and some are actually very helpful. And the number of advantages you have over someone in a male body is astounding. In their own steps, in working with others, in being listened to, in being noticed, in expression, in so many things in this process, women have all the advantages. So as long as you're going to be involved in a meta process, don't ever complain that you're in a female body or wish that you were in a male one. In this particular area, in the meta, you have all the advantages. You would be very wise to learn to celebrate those advantages instead of wishing you were in a more handicapped and limited form.

Women have it easier in the meta

For some reason, the idea of being beautiful or looking beautiful is terrifying to people. There are lots of things that affect it. When you tried to look like a pretty girl as a child, people might have made fun of you, or in High School, the ones who were the pretty girls would chase you away because they want to protect that territory for themselves. There is something even more fundamental that we need to understand. 

The animal part of your brain asks three questions when you meet someone new. The first thing it says is, "Will it eat me?" It has learned that if it doesn't ask that question first, it may get eaten before it ask any other question. And we're asking it constantly, instant question, "Do I have to be scared of that person?" The next question is, "Can I eat it?" Once we decide they're not a threat, can we get anything from them? And every person you ever meet will ask at least that first question, and unless they panic and run away screaming, which doesn't happen often to most people, they will ask that second question. And if they look and there's nothing obvious they can get from you, the third question they ask is, "Can I fuck it?" People walk around constantly saying, "Hmmmm that one's nice. Hm, I like that."  And we pay a little more attention. That last question is the important one, because if they say no, they lose all interest, you just get erased from their mental map, you're one of the pieces that the mind filters out. And if they say yes, they will go through huge lengths.

Now imagine you see someone, and something in you says, "I need to tell them this." If they look at you and say, "You're no worth talking to," are they going to listen when you tell them something important? Probably not. But if they think, not consciously, but even somewhere in their mind, they think you're interesting enough, they'll listen to whatever you have to say. If you really want to make a difference in people's life, making yourself physically beautiful, physically appealing, makes everything you do far easier.

So I understand there's panic, there's fear, there's anxiety about looking beautiful. If you look beautiful, as a man or a woman, maybe people will think you're stupid. Maybe they won't respect you, maybe you feel like you have to not be beautiful in order to look like an intellectual, and you spend your whole life learning and trying to be smart. Maybe your daddy would be angry if you look too sexy. Maybe you're afraid of getting sexually assaulted. There are lots of reasons. Understand that all these reasons are based in fear. And our live, moment to moment, is a decision of which is stronger: our love for others or our fear of others. Or love for ourselves or our fear of these parts of ourselves. And if your love is stronger than your fear, then you will want to make a difference in the world. You will want to help people. And you can help them far more and far more readily if they're following you around begging for a chance to listen to you than if you're chasing them around trying to tie them down to make them to listen. And the only difference is whether they answer yes to that third question, whether they find you interesting, beautiful, intriguing. 

Some people think that they can't be beautiful. And that's bullshit, because what's affecting us isn't conscious. What's affecting us is the animal mind, and the animal mind is seeing the hip to waist ratio, hair, skin, body posture. They're totally not conscious they're doing it, but this is what's driving them. So spend the time, with clothing, with hair, with make-up, learning a little about body language and posture, and if you can do these things, people will be intrigued by you. And you can use this to change lives in ways you never could if you let your history, your past, your training, which tells you to hide from being beautiful, if you let that dictate.

It's important to look beautiful

The A1m goes out and explores the world, and brings in new information to this repository. The A1f says, "Ah, this is useful, I'll share this with people." And if you look, the A2f goes out and explores the world - not by hiking into the mountains or taking a boat across the ocean, but doing the same thing inside, and collecting all this information and adding it to this repository of information, that the A2m then says, "I'll organise this and share it with students." Let's consider why. 

Your purpose in this life, first and foremost, to figure out who you are, to express that. But you cannot do that as a child. As a child you're always following other people's opinion and learning things and having no idea who you are. It's an intrinsic part of becoming an adult, discovering and expressing. You start out as a squawling bundle of uselessness that eats and produces shit and not much else, and you become an adult through a lot of work, but most of it seems like play at the time so you don't worry about it. And so you start down here at the physical PEC, and you move up to the emotional PEC and then the intellectual or social PEC.

Between your root PEC and your second PEC, in that child part of your life, you are supported best by A1s, the ones who hold the child energy and follow the child path. And the female is on the right side, the acting and expressing, the male is on the left side, taking in information. 

In the second stage of your life, the student stage, the things that attenuate are the engineer and the poet, and the male has come over to the right side, and that's the side that expresses. And in fact, it expresses as the engineer, as the one who thinks and organises structures. Whereas the female, when it was expressing as the A1f, was teaching you through play and action and exploration and simple exercises, the A2m when it expresses, expresses more as an engineer, because that's the engineering node, and because it's matured from the Joy Centre up to the Passion Centre. The female side is on the left, and so the A2f is doing the exploring.

The A1 and the A2 are doing an incredibly important supporting role. If you go to a temple or a playground or a national park or something, you will get this person who teaches you how to play and how to develop and grow through that. If you go to a High School or a university, you will get these people who teach you things in a much more organised and structured way. But to get from the one to the other, or more specifically from the newborn to the mental, social adult who can function in society, there's a much more important channel than these supporting ones. You could go through life and never meet an A1f, an A1m, never, and you could still grow up and do alright. But if you didn't have a mother, if you didn't have a father figure, you couldn't survive. 

So the A1 and the A2 are these attenuating lines, the male and female energy currents, but the A3 appears to be the core, a much wider core up the centre. And the A3 doesn't go out in the world to collect information. They work with the people who are around them and collect information in the process. And they don't go out and organise information and teach, they work with the people in front of them. So the A3f and the A3m seem to hold a stable central column in the first line. If the A1s and the A2s are this cm wide line that's attenuating around, there's this 4cm wide line going through the centre that's much thicker and more important, that's where the A3's live. They're the basic structure around which these other things grow up. In effect, the A3f and A3m are the same, with the difference being the A3f escorts you from the 1st PEC to the 2nd, and the A3m escorts you from the 2nd PEC to the 3rd. 

And so the LPAs and the inner structure, they each evolve from the other. You could start with either one and discover the other. Yes? They're intrinsically interlinked.

The link between LPA and Meta-Circ

Kirael do Ani has been working with this world and her people for at least 300.000 years, taking lifetime after lifetime on this planet and influencing human development behind the scenes. 

This world is currently going through a Shift that is more important and all-encompassing than anything before in the history of our planet. We are moving from being a people of logic and rules, to being people of the heart. Our world is moving from a long age of shadow to a beautiful new age of light that will not fade again. In this current life, the Angel has a diverse and extensive background. He has advanced degrees in engineering and psychology, and a doctorate in religious studies. He has been a part of the development of the early internet, was a monk in the Saint Catherine monastery in Egypt, studied with shamans, Native Americans and Buddhists and other intuitive workers all over the world, and spent twenty years as a sexual abuse counsellor. 

Known by his students as the Angel, he is a master of the Meta-Intuitive Arts, currently living and teaching in the Netherlands.
