Beginner's Guide

Waking up is messy. While you are sleeping, the things in your subconscious and the habits you have from a lifetime come up. The stuff inside gets out of control. 

It is very tempting to hit that snooze button, or roll over to go back to sleep. If you hit snooze and let the messy stuff have at your system for longer, it doesn't help, it makes you feel a lot worse. The most important thing you can do at this point is to take charge of your life. Set an alarm clock for a particular time, and then every day at that time, as soon as the alarm clock goes off, you get up. Wake up, exercise, eat, make your decisions, whatever you do in mornings.

Waking up

Your LPA is not a small thing, a little decision you make. It's not like walking down a road. It's more like jumping in a fast moving river, that carries you in the direction you want to go. 

This makes your life much easier, more amazing, more fun. You don't have to struggle, you just have to go with it. This is one of the purposes of the LPAs: it gives you a path that walks you. 

Choosing an LPA, living an LPA, is like that. It is a thing that changes you, every moment of every day. You will have powerful drives and desires that you cannot repress. And you will have things that bother you way out of proportion, and there's nothing you can do about it, because that thing is sacred to that LPA. 

When you choose an LPA, it carries you and it is your friend, because it does most of the work. But that does mean you lose some control. They move along their own perfect channel, and they carry you with them.

LPAs carry you

The energy, the signature of that which is called love, is not what you find on the little candy hearts on Valentines day, it's not what we talk about when we want to get layed, it's not even what mothers feel for their children. It's something much deeper and more profound. It's not saccarine and sugar sweet. It's not even sugar coated. It's rich and beautiful and intense and life changing. Soul changing. 

When you are faced with real love, you come out someone you never were before. You do not get a choice. Real love is a furnace that burns away all the lies that you tell yourself and exposes the beauty within to yourself. It reshapes you, it makes you something you never imagined you could be ...

But these things are scary to people. So when they talk of love, they make little hearts on cards and rings with rocks on them and they call it love. They know it is incomplete. But only those who have been touched by the fast impetus of love, begin to understand, to perceive it, in all its awesome and sometimes uncomfortable glory. Most people faced with that kind of love, they feel unworthy and run away. 

If you are ever so fortunate to find it in your life, and if you dare to be vulnerable, to step past your fears, to make the choice to trust and let that love reshape you, in that moment you will understand the words of Rumi, of Kahlil Gibran, of Hafiz, of St. Francis of Assisi, who have talked about love. The real, the powerful, the sacred love. The thing that most never experience and that everyone longs for, should you ever find it, is the most sacred gift you will ever receive in this lifetime.

The nature of Love

With an advanced degree in human psychology and half a life or more spent working as a counselor, Angel is aware that many of the things he's saying in these audios is "the craziest shit I've ever heard". He's aware he sounds nuts, and even the kinds of nuts it sounds like.

Here is where the craziness comes from: In 1998, he made a choice between making the physical world and the science pre-eminent in his life, and making the meta-intuitive pre-eminent. It's clear what he chose. In 2003, he made a decision to say whatever scans, no matter what the cost. Between these two decisions, he's arrived at this place at the fringe of what most people would consider sanity. Once you accept that the meta- is real, you have to let go of non-meta standards of sanity.

SWEET

The Buddha sat down beneath the bodhi tree and discovered enlightenment. Most people have no idea what he discovered. What he found was simple, but it is self-effacing. What he discovered, is that he isn't separate. He discovered that either it's all me, or I don't exist. He found a sense of Oneness with the world. 

This matters because you spend your mind wondering who am I, why am I here? This will give you the answer, if you ever get past the child's questions and get to your own bodhi tree experience. Until you get there, it won't make any sense. And when you do, it'll be so obvious, you'll wonder how you missed it. 

In the moment you realise that you are one with the world, you feel everything that the world feels: its silly and petty stuff, its pain, the beauty, the wonder- and you are not equipped to feel that amount. This is part of why most people do not reach this point of enlightenment. The other is, that when you, the entirety of you, expand to encompass everything, you generally die. You cannot hold on to a pure anchor when you expand that big. This is why the Buddha was given the choice to leave the whole wheel of reincarnation, or stay. He said "There are people hurting here, there is pain in the world, and I'm staying here to help." Only when you reach this level of expansiveness do you realise the beauty, the pain, how much people are afraid and confused, and at that point you can begin to help them. 

Here's two reasons why most people do not find enlightenment. 1: It's too big, it'll hurt too much and you'll run away from the pain. 2: It's too expansive, you cannot get that big and lose your anchor. That is why Elfpath teaches people to stay inside, in their guts, and to feel every feeling that comes by. So when you reach this place, you can handle it and sink into that awareness that the greatest of your teachers have talked about, that so many have sought and so few have found. And so few have found it, because it hurts, there's so much feeling. People haven't found it, because it's self-effacing, the I goes away, it's no longer "I'm great, I'm this, I'm that." And finally, because people aren't trained in staying in their guts and being grounded. 

When we fight and struggle against the waves, when we try to hold on to some and get rid of others, we get hurt. When we can simply be in our center, feeling everything but simply letting it pass, we get slapped around but our course remains true. As we go along, we can handle more and more, and so get faced with more and more, until we get to a place where we can encompass the whole world, and find that moment that so many have sought.

Finding Oneness

Here is a really scary idea: When it comes to asking questions, when it comes to knowledge, sometimes no one out there has found the answer. No one knows. It doesn't matter how many books you read or how smart the people are that you study. No one knows.

You study anything long enough, you reach the fringes of what's known, and beyond that nobody knows, Scientists are aware of this, but generally students aren't. They think the answers are always in the back of the book, it's something you'll be taught next year. School doesn't teach you to think, it teaches you to learn the right ideas and repeat them, with the almost religious believe that there is a right answer and somebody knows it. But that's not true. 

There comes a point where someone will be asking you questions and challenging you to find your own answers, and trying to give the "right" answer won't work. Because if no body has the right answer, what you need is not to know the right answer, you need to know how to think for yourself, how to go out and study what's out there, how to ask the right questions, how to sift through the information you have and come up with a working answer. It probably won't be the "right" answer, but it'll work to get you to the next question. Learn to ask the questions and to look for answers. The next thing, is to stand up straight and face it like an explorer. 

We are at the start of a whole new field here. There are no textbooks for most of this, and what textbooks there are almost certainly have the wrong answers. We stand alone at the cutting edge of some fast unknown area full of wonders, and we either stand there, accepting the unknown and willing to move forward, or we run screaming like little girls in the arms of science and "safe".

Sometimes no one knows

You get up in the morning, and you do the same things you do every morning. You wake up and you go to school or work or deal with family and you make a nest out of habits. If you've ever seen the insides of an animal burrow or a nest, it's rarely a nice place. It's full of smells and it's dirty and has bugs in it - but if you scare them, they'll run right back there, because it's their familiar place. 

Try and realise, that your comfort zone is not comfortable - just familiar. This rodent habit of crawling back into your nest, your familiar place, made sense in your biology but it is not sensible anymore. You've lived in it too long, it's stinky, there's all sorts of little critters living in there that don't do you any good. 

Go beyond what you know. Getting outside your "comfort zone" is not uncomfortable. It's only uncomfortable in the way that standing up and stretching after you've been cramped up for a long time feels a little awkward - but you feel a lot happier when you do it. You're a lot like an animal who has been in a cage your whole life, and someone's saying "Hey, come out of there!" When you try, you want to go back to your habits and crawl back into your dirty nest. This nest is not a comfort zone - it's a cage. 

Look through your life for habits. If you always drink milk for breakfast or say hello in the same way, those are habits. Habits make a cage, they make a rodents nest. Try to change your habits, even in a small thing, to see what happens. If you can watch yourself freak out over changing a small habit, you can see how that pattern happens and you can deal with that pattern. Then you can change your habits, over how you drink your coffee or how you brush your teeth. It doesn't have to be a big thing. 

When you can get out of your cage, you can do lots of things. Some of those, you'll find you really like, some you find you don't like. But you're experiencing them, you're finding new things and paying attention. When you're living inside your cage, you're not experiencing anything, you're going through life on auto-pilot. It's making you bored and frustrated. This is one more reason why ... your comfort zone is not comfortable.

Comfort zone and comfort cage

Some of you are beginning to sense that this working costs me more than you realise. You've only begun to sense it. This costs perhaps more than you will ever understand. You see me sometimes, barely able to stand or in quite a bit of pain, and you're sensing only the edge of it. Some of you are beginning to ask why, when I can barely stand, I will stop to pet a cat and remove its headache, or say something to someone that is exactly the energy they need, even though I have hardly the strength to breathe. 

The answer is simple. Love.

That word, though, you have to be a fairly skilled Senser with several years of growing to begin to perceive what I mean by it. If you spend the next 50 years becoming the best Senser you can possibly be and discovering the depth of what's encoded in that simple word ... you will have climbed the first few rungs of a ladder that reaches to the stars.

Why he does it

This world is changing, and in 300 years it will be something so different you can't imagine it. Angel has been working to make that stable state happen as quickly as possible, and has predicted a lot of things. 

Some nodded and smiled, some called him crazy, some said that's a pipe dream but it'd be nice - but today for the first time you can see it. You can see it in the people, notice it in the shops, you can hear it in the wind, feel it in the water. It's finally broken through the snow and the cold, and you don't have to take anyone's word for it anymore - you can see the magic happening. 

So feel -- because for the first time, so much of what you feel is so beautiful. Come out of your bubbles and drop your defenses, because it's safe now. Now is the time to listen to yourselves, to be aware of the world around you and to embrace all the beauty you find there. Your world is full of things right now that are amazing for you, no matter who you are. 

Now is the time to really, really open up.

Now is the time to be aware

Richard Bach's book Illusions says that problems come with gifts in their hands, and we seek problems, because we want their gifts. Angel teaches it differently. You are here for a reason, there are things you want. The more awareness, the easier it is to notice, the easier it is to get what you want. Forget problems, forget gifts, seek awareness. 

Imagine having to climb a big wall to get into some place you want to get into, and while you're struggling to climb it, you notice hey, there's a door over there. You're in. Noticing the door is awareness, it's realising what's around you. 

The experiences that give you that awareness can be amazing, or kind of scary, or they can be serious problems. If you only seek problems, to gain awareness, you're going to have a life full of problems. Instead, seek experiences. If they are wonderful experiences, pay close attention, don't drift through them happily. It has been said that we don't appreciate happiness until it's gone - that's because we don't notice it. When you're going through something fun, pleasant, amazing, use as much awareness as you can and let that awareness teach you about who you are and what you want and where you're going. And when you are going through unpleasant times, do the same. 

Learn to pay attention, in the good times and the bad. And the more awareness you can find, the less bad times you will have. You call experiences into your life to gain awareness, and it's the awareness that gets you what you want. The more awareness you have, the more you get out of your life.

Seek awareness, not problems

Someone in the healing practitions, said that the biggest problem in his job was that people came to him with problems, and he'd fix it, and in a month they would be back to him with the same kind of problems. He'd learned that certain kinds of problems come to people for a reason - but they usually don't like to hear that they need to change a part of their life so they can be healthy. 

First make it work, and then make it work well. First make it work, and only then make it pretty. You start by deciding what you want it to do. You throw out all the stuff that does anything fancy, you stop paying attention to all the stuff that you might do, and you focus on the absolute minimum to make it do what you want it to do. Then you keep adding in pieces until it breaks, and you figure out what is wrong. Make it work, make it functional, and then add fancy. 

It works the same when you are trying to fix a mess inside. Find the messiest piece inside where all the problems are sourcing from and address that first. Then you're not DONE, you haven't fixed all the things related to it, but you've addressed the deep problem and it's not making any more trouble. Now you can begin to clean up what comes after it. Doing otherwise is like painting a house that's about to fall down from termites. Most people address problems in their life this way. They look for a surface patch, to alleviate a symptom, instead of actually addressing the underlying problem. 

It also worked the same with the workings Angel has done in the world - the underlying problem was a shift in the fabric of reality that he addressed before working on any of the overlaying things. Because of this shift, various kinds of chaos had been called into the world, the damage of which had to be repaired first before some of the more surface level problems such as the war between the genders could be addressed. Only when this underlying disconnect was fixed and the war between the gender was ended, could the ten day working to remove all the anger and shadow from these worlds be done. He had to work up from the bottom, or he'd have the same problem as the healer above: the problems would just come back in a short time. 

This whole work is a lot like debugging a computer program: make the basic structure and then make it work well, and last make it pretty. Don't expect mosquitos to be gone tomorrow, or lawyers and these types of professions to disappears, or all wars to end, tomorrow. But you can expect changes in these things at really fast lines. Now there is finally time enough to work on the layers closer to what people can perceive: the surface and structure levels. That means most of the workings done from this time on, will see effects in the world that people can start to notice. In the process of this, expect there to surface new problems that in the earlier stages couldn't be noticed or fixed yet. By January 2022, you will all be completely astounded by the changes that have happened. 

The most important and useful thing that you can do between now and 2022 or so, is no matter what you sense in the world or what results you have seen yet, is to spend all the time you can spare on finding the places inside you that are fractured or misplaced inside, and make the healthy and strong and beautiful. Play with joy and happiness instead of anger and frustration. Develop your LPA so your first response in life is from that LPA. You will be coming into the C-level around 2020 for most people who have started the process already, and it will be in that time that people will be desperately looking for answer. It is at that time you want to be as beautiful and shiny and amazing as you can, so that you can help those looking for answers and new ideas.

First make it work

Senser, Shaper and Source aren't abstract ideas that you think about. You aren't acting like any of these because someone told you to act like it or that you're trying to believe in. They're real, you've touched them, you've worked with them, you've experienced them over and over. You don't look in the mirror in the morning wondering, "What's a Source, how do I act like it?" Wen you get in your belly, with awareness, you realise that this stuff is real. Angel has not made up Senser, Shaper and Sources, he simply named and described them. These groups exist in people and you have been acting like your particular Clan since you were a baby. The same is true for the LPAs, the A0 ... they're real. 

Angel taught us about these things, that you can tell for yourself are there, that are a huge part of your life, but that you didn't realise were there before. He has also told us about things going on inside, and people found that these things were there. He has predicted what people in the world would be feeling over the next days, and they did. He's scanning things, just like he taught his students to scan, just on a much more powerful level. 

All of the things he has told us, within the range we can perceive for ourselves, we have been able to perceive for ourselves and see that he was right. So within the range we cannot perceive for ourselves, the things that are too big or too
deep or too strange ... he's probably right about those too. It doesn't make sense to say, "This is within my experience and he's absolutely right, and that is outside of my experience so it must be totally wrong." That's a little arrogant. Look at his hitrate, his batting average in the range you can see, and extrapolate from there that his hitrate in the things you can't see is probably also fairly high. Don't believe the crazy sounding things, but look at his hitrate in the areas you can see, and from there you can decide to trust and work with what he's saying -- even if you can't see it for yourself.

Accept that people look at history and talk about the slow and gradual rise of progress, tiny change by tiny change over eons. You can look back and see that over a vastly long time, 8.000 or 10.000 years ago, people used exactly the same stone tools, and over a few thousand years they progressed to iron tools, and in just a few short years this species has discovered flight, space travel and cellphones and internet. The progress of the human species, and by extention of the world, has been accellerating. Even in your own short lifetimes you can see how in the first ten years of your life, things changed more slowly than in the most recent ten years.

The Mayans talked about time accellerating, and how at the end of time, the cycles would get shorter and shorter and shorter until as much change was happening in seconds as happened in thousands of years before. And just like it's taken a few thousand years now to take people from the primivite stone age to where you are now, it'll take a few thousand years before things slow down enough to be truly stable. What you will see is an increase in stability as the human species, and thus the planet, integrates this new stuff. It's been compressed to a point, and now it's slowing down. So you will perceive stability within twenty, perhaps thirty years.

The children born from this point, will be a different species. The ones who come from now, anyone born after this day, will be born a totally new thing. And those of you born in the old, you will never completely fit. You're a fish who has learned how to breathe, and you're waddling around on the shore. Children aren't much good on their own, though. Whatever the children are, fundamentally, will be shaped by the religions they believe in, the governments they follow, the tenents they are taught. You, the bootstrap generation, will be the ones to pass on the tenents with which the children grow up. 

This world will never again go into a time of great darkness. If you can accept that times of light and times of darkness pass over thousands of years, just as day and night pass in your world, you may wonder how there can never again be a night. 

Not so long ago, people lived in groups of ten to thirty, and died at the age of thirtyfive. Night for them was a terrifying time, they hoped each night to survive it until morning. And in a sense, this is how our world has been. Look at the dark ages, the inquisition, the horrors that have happened in our world for thousand of years now. Our history is a history of one atrocity after another. It has been a time of vast darkness, and we've been not unlike the creatures we once were, huddling around a campfire. Now, when the sun goes down, we're not huddling in the cold, afraid we won't survive till morning. Now we turn on the light and grab a good book or turn on a program. 

The night time is lost to this world, and we have tamed it. Even if the power were to go out, we would curl up in our nice warm beds in our safe homes without any concern at all. In times of the great cycles of light and darkness, the light will grow and it will not be forgotten. There will come a new cycle of darkness, but we will know it is coming and prepare for it and have no fear for the beast of warfare or atrocities by church or government or crazed individuals. We'll be prepared. Cycles of light and darkness have followed your world for longer than there's been a world, and this is the first time when you wake up in the morning, and know that when the night comes, you will not have to fear. You cannot begin to understand what has happened. Only when things stabilise enough, will you be able to get some perspective on this, but that will not happen in your lifetime. Your lifetimes don't last several thousand years. So you can't understand what happened and how hugely significant it is, but you can accept that your world is changed.

The light will not leave again

There is a big picture.

For years, Angel has told us heretical things about relationships, but those who have tried them have found they've done much better. He's told us about jobs and the corruption of the system that is work, and it seems so insane that you'd think the world would fall apart if people would listen to him, but soon jobs will be changing. He's told us about trust and self-esteem and integrity and power, and those who have listened are living much richer lives. He's told us of insanities, the large insanities and the small ones, and he's told us of violence and kindness, of light and shadow, about how you're body is made and about your sexuality and many more things. Anybody who is paying attention, can scan these pieces and see that many of them feel right and are amazing. Yet when you look at it, what you see is thousands of pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. At any given time you can look at one, and if you study it deeply enough you will find it makes sense, but it may take you years for every single piece of this jigsaw puzzle to really understand why it makes sense. 

There is a big picture. You will not need to put all those jigsaw pieces together to figure out what it is when you can stand and see that big picture. And having that, you can reach out to any part of that and find the jigsaw piece that connects to it. The difficulty is that while there is a big picture, Angel cannot yet show it to us, because we are not ready to see it.  The first step has to be to help us to grow up, to be free of the chaos, and the second step has to be to help us to think more clearly, and then the next step is to show us that most things he would share with us, are things outside the human experience, and therefore don't have labels and words, so he would have to teach us a new language. These are all things you must do before you can see the big picture.

For now, trust that there is a big picture, or scan it, even if you cannot get it yet. All the seemingly diverse things that he has given us crazy and unbelievable perspectives on, aren't unrelated. All these crazy ideas are ideas that we would come up with, just as quickly and just as simply, if we could perceive the bigger picture.

Right now, you are like a near-sighted person looking at a vast mural done in a pointillist style, so when you get back far enough to see it, all it you get is a confusing blur of colour and movement and it means nothing. It's chaotic, it triggers emotions and ideas and confusion, it leaves you a mess. Should you get close enough to get any part of it, to really get that piece, what you will find is that it is just a single dot. These recordings, in their own way, each describe one of these dots. What Angel does for us, when we make it to C-level, when we get our heads above water and see clearly, is to help us to step back from the mural, so we can say "Oh, that's what all those dots are about."

When we want to understand, when we don't get it, Angel encourages us to do the basics, to follow the simple steps and to grow. That's tough, the mind wants to understand it. He's told us that we're like infants who want to climb a mountain, like a newborn who wants to run a marathon. First we have to figure out that we have a body, then we need to start controlling it and to build strength, and soon we'll be toddling around. In just a few years, we'll find we've grown into adults. Don't worry about the big picture. When you're ready, it will become clear to you. For now, it's enough to sense that the big picture is there. And while the smaller pieces are useful, study them and scan them and try to apply them, but don't try so hard to understand them and figure out where they come from and make them make sense. You cannot get back far enough to the point where the mural becomes clear.

There is a big picture

Most of you understand the idea of working in three dimensions, as you live in a three dimensional world. Some of you have an idea of what the map is, and the substrate and the map below your perceived experience (PE). At this point, Angel lives in the map, rather than in the PE. When he does serious work, like when he creates the magic tools, he tends to work in a six-dimensional space that is hugely complex. It is a very difficult thing. It is a kind of mathematics that is solved not on paper with a pen, but by dancing. For every dimension that you add, the dance becomes substantially more demanding. Dancing through those six dimentions is extremely difficult. 

Today, Angel had been working for a while with the problems in our world and finding ways to resolve them. While exploring a way to create a baseline that should pull people in and keep them connected to everything else in the world, he found the only way to get there was to move beyond beyond the six dimensions. He moved into a nine-dimensional space. Here's what he found.

Throughout the universe, there are a handful of sacred places. Places where sacred energies well up are fairly rare. There is one here. Sometime, millions of years ago, when this world was still only a potential, a guardian was sent here. You might imagine that guardian as a dragon, or a gardener. This gardener was wrapped around the world and put into a kind of sleep, to wake up and guard this sacred well that springs up with this amazing, astounding energy that reshapes everything in all directions out into the galaxy. It has slept here since then.

Angel woke it up. He was sent in as a key, and this potential, this spring that wells up and outward, vast, beautiful, powerful, healing, sacred wave throughout all dimensions, opened. The guardian awoke and began to tend it. And doing so, it is going to have to reshape this entire world, to protect this spring as it is beginning. And this spring flowing is going to change the energy of anything and everything here. Humans and the other inhabitants of this world are, potentially for tens of thousands of years, are going to be here as assistant gardeners, perfecting tihs planet, but more importantly, perfecting the deeper energies, to allow this thing to well up and spread outward in as healthy and amazing and beautiful a way as possible. It may sound to you like a mythology, but from this nine-dimensional perspective, there was no doubt, it was absolutely clear. 

Next to this fountain, Angel started a "world soul", something tuned to a sacred heart energy, something which reaches out to every rock and insect and person, and calls the soul part of themselves to connect to this. Those who are angry or afraid or going through difficult times, it will drain those out so they are not shared. Those who are going through amazing times, it will amplify those and send them back out. It will be a bit like the internet. We can reach out and get the information we need, we can reach in and get perspective about this lifetime and other lifetimes, about science, math, music. It's all there as we begin to connect to it. It will probably sound a bit like a music, a music you've never heard, but something so sweet and rich and perfect, that you will want to follow it when you hear it. You will most likely hear this music in your deepest dreams, and it will lead you back to this thing, that might look like a fountain, or like a tree. When you find it, it will have such a powerful grafity to it, that your soul  will just want to connect to it. And a part that has been empty and isolated and lonely for longer than you can remember, is suddenly going to find the rest of itself.

The Upwelling (Christmas 2011)

There is something happening in the world that is affecting pretty much anybody. It is a vast wave of awakening empathy. Empathy is feeling other people's feelings, not to be confused with sympathy. You have feeling-strings inside you, say sad, and when somebody is playing the sad loud enough, the thing in you starts vibrating and you feel sad. The reason that's important, is that there is a link between the signal and the receptor. Because of that link, empathy works both ways. 

If you're around a big group of people who are not empathic, and they are all broadcasting emotions that are off a little bit, your sensing strings become less able to tune to the feelings, and you become less empathic. If an empath moves into a house and lives with four people who are not empaths, their empathy starts to fade, because of this dampening effect. 

Empaths tend to go in one of two directions: at a very early age, this dampening effect will shut down their empathy to a point where they hardly even notice it, just picking up things with the people they are very close to, and they fade down to the level of a mundane. At the other extreme, your empathy is so strong that the dampening effect of all the other people around you isn't strong enough to affect you, and those people often either kill themselves or go crazy. A very few survive to become functional adult empaths. These people to this day are very solo people, because they are walking a tight rope between stability and overwhelm.

This is changing. Empathy is welling up in people all over the world very strongly. The dampening effect is starting to work in the opposite direction. If you take a person with absolutely no empathy, and put them in a house with four people who do have empathy, within a year they will be empathic. Being around a meta- will start to wake it up, and once it's awakened it is hard to shut off. Since the number of meta's is increasing all over the world, it's causing more and more people with empathy to wake up. And every time these people are around others, they are brought down a little but others are brought up. By now, most people all over the world are at 5% empathy. It's a big reason why a lot of people are tense, anxious, uncertain, even if they don't realise it. The overall empathy level is rising, and it's a cumulative thing. 

Within a year, people are going to be talking about it - they will say that suddenly people are having anxiety disorders, and it won't go away. Then, people are going to take it for granted that they know what the people around them are feeling, and they'll feel less anxious about it. By 2022, it is likely that anybody in the world has an empathy level of 20-25% empathy all the time. Everyone will know when someone's unhappy and tense and afraid, and they'll work to help them because they themselves are feeling unhappy as long as this person does. We will see major results of this all over the place. The end of war, of murders, of bullying, of capitalistic thinking ... a huge number of things must change in the world because of this.

For those few who are already capable empaths, expect some chaos and messiness in the coming years as these baby empaths are growing their feelings and beginning to ramp up. Every functional empath is struggling at the moment, because the dampening effect is fading. You're feeling more, and there's more to feel. Don't get caught up in the drama, and see the beauty of this transition, and the ways it'll make your life easier than it's ever been in just a few short years.

Wave of awakening empathy (May 2015)

Due to the Shift washing over our world, everything's different. Given these changes and the fact the a lot of the workings are starting to tie into people's emotions and into their thinking, people are going to be feeling and doing a lot of consistent things. 

You can expect to feeling bored, because there isn't anything to do. You'll also feel lonely, because the connections with all the people you used to hang out with were built in shadow, and being with them isn't going to feel right;  frustration, because little things you used to do, you do from habit, and a lot of those habits aren't there, so it's going to feel wrong and empty and incomplete and confusing. You're going to get frustrated with the little things, when you do them from your habits. So bored, frustrated, lonely, and impatient because you are waiting for the new energies to mature and integrate into movies and music. Possibly, timid, anxious, uncertain about the great changes going on. And deep under the surface, a deep sadness, because so much is changing and so much of what you've known all your life is gone now. There will be a time of mourning. Physically, you're going to feel nausea from trying to adjust to new energies. You may also notice small amounts of tension, for which physical exercise is good. Because of the changes going on in the world, you are all going to feel these things.

You are not going to sit by and calmly feel these things, though, you're going to do things. What you are going to do is likely to be your habits, because it's what you've always done when you're stressed. As you're pulling up these habits that are rooted in shadow, you're going to get the consequences. This is not the base set of feelings, but the result of your actions in responding to them.

If you try to be savage or mean or pull up savage energies anyway, there's a separate set of things you're going to feel as well. The top one of these is tired. There isn't any shadow energy out there anymore, so if you want it in your life, you are going to have to make it, which is going to take a lot of resources. If you are going to keep doing it, that tired is going to lead to weak and exhausted, a fuzzy mind, trouble thinking, messy emotional stuff because you're wasting all your resources. You are just overwhelmed and your system is panicking. Beyond that, there is going to be sickness, for a lot of people who keep doing the shadow behaviours. For some, they may go to bed for a few days and start to feel better, but as soon as they do, they go back to the shadow behaviours and start to get sick again. The coughs, the trouble breathing, the sore throats, the body aches, maybe fever, these things aren't being caused by the bacteria in your system, they're being caused by your system responding to your creating the savagery and the violence that are no longer appropriate. 

So what do you do? When you feel sad, you ground, centre, breathe, you let it go. Ground the anger, it's not a feeling, it's an ugly habit, stop doing it and find the feeling under it. If you're feeling tired, bored, anxious, GCB and start taking in the new energy on purpose. When you find the savage come up, let it, and GCB and let it go. When you are doing your defence, recognise that the reason you are doing it, is because you're responding to the changes. Stop, centre, breathe, do something reassuring. Regular exercise and eating well will help. Everybody has to go through it, and it gets easier if you do it on purpose.

How you will respond to the new (May 2015)

Angel's spoken of this before, to try and make it a little clearer: the effects that are happening in your life as a result of whether you're choosing joy or shadow right now. 

If you are choosing joy, which is light, because joy is the root of light in this world, what you are finding is that you are changing so fast is it hard to believe. Things you never thought possible are beginning to seem possible. Things you never thought would happen, are becoming more likely. What you would call luck is falling out in your favour. People are more friendly, you're smiling more, you're noticing more beauty. If you've ever been in love, then right now if you're choosing joy, it's a little like being in love. When you track it, suddenly the colours outside seem more vibrant. Everybody seems more lovely. Suddenly you're seeing all these wonderful, amazing beauty in this world and you can't help smile and sometimes cry because there's too much of it. This is the light side. 

If you are choosing the shadow, luck is working against you. Bad luck. It should be random, but every single dice roll is below average. People who've been your friends for a long time don't want to hang out anymore. Your health is starting to fail. You have less and less passion and excited. The only time when you feel anything is when you are angry or abusive. Your life is getting weaker and more empty. Most days the only emotion you can seem to find, is bored.

It's such a vast and obvious difference. Those who are choosing joy are moving into the light and beauty and power and potential. Those who are choosing shadow, are just dying inside. Your bodies are failing and your jobs and games and friendships and relationships are failing.

Understand 2 things:

1. None of you can hold a decision. Everybody gets what they ask for in life, but only a master keeps asking for the same thing. It's very hard to ask for the same thing. If you spend 10 minutes holding light, everything starts to get easier. But then something happens and immediately you lose that joy and you go to angry or frustrated. And maybe after half an hour, you realise you shouldn't be angry, and you start looking at the beauty. The reason you're not seeing the vast amazing changes in your life is because you don't have the will of the master to keep choosing the joy. You keep bouncing back and forth. 

2. The changes are happening at a fundamental level, which are expressed at a structure level and are reaching a surface level. But most people only have the surface. What you will see is someone who's choosing the light, but who've spent most of their life in shadow. The toxic and garbage that has built up throughout their lifetime needs to be let go. So almost immediately they start getting sick: they're coughing, running nose, itchy eyes, swollen throat, trouble breathing -- this means they're doing something right. As you stop doing the ugly, the horror, the abuse of yourself and others, your system says, here's a chance to get better! So almost immediately you start getting sick. You're allowing this stuff to clear. If you keep choosing shadow, your system can't purge these things and you won't be getting sick.

This is going to be a thrillride. Ups and downs and highs and lows and sometimes puking - and it's happening to everybody. You're finally feeling and breathing and living, and it's going so fast. This is supposed to be taking 300 years, and Angel's racing us through it in about 30. This is beautiful, amazing, glorious. 

Here's what you can do:
1. Relax
2. Choose joy
3. Keep breathing
4. Trust. Not trust Angel, or yourself. Trust the process. 

This is a little like being born. Soon you'll be walking around in a world that's amazing and full of potential.

The effects of choosing shadow or light

The human race has evolved. There are currently two different types of humans living on this world: the humans from before, mostly unchanged for 50-100.000 years, and the new ones who look just like you and walk among you. This new breed of humans, they're like birds who can fly, but were raised by ducks. And the other ducks look at them as clumsy or stupid, because every time try try to swim, they sink. Because they're not very good at duck things. No one's ever taught them that they can fly, so they don't realise they can. They walk among you, and you've all seen them. They come in different shapes and sizes. They simply are not evolved to walk around and peck at the ground and eat bird seed. They are designed to fly. 

Some of you call these people meta-humans, or metas. You're both part of the same species, it's just that your species is going through a micro-burst of evolution. And the gifts at the moment seem like disabilities. Dyslexics have the ability to process information visually in a way that you can't imagine. They have to be trained to use it, but they are the geniuses of your future. Autistics have a hypersensitivity to things in the emotional frequencies. They can process emotion faster than anything you can imagine. Geeks are processing at whole new frequencies, they are receiving information that you and they do not understand. The only reason they seem dysfunctional is that from childhood, they have gotten nothing coherent on the frequencies they inherently understand. Like a human raised with chimpanzees who never learned to speak, because they never got the right input at the right stages.

These people are the first generation. There are a few of us who have managed to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps. To reach into this deep and sacred and beautiful place inside and to tame our gifts. To use what we've got and to make it something amazing, and we are creating new methods, new pathways, new modalities of communication, new inner databases of information, new panoramas of perspective. These new ones will teach you to give to your children what they need, so your children will not have to grow up autistics, anti social, emotionless, asexual, confused, frustrated, lost, suicidal and hopeless. These new children will be able to grow up into a new face of humanity.

In 100-300 years, this will all be a given, and everybody will be these new ones, and everything will have changed so immensely you can't imagine. Right now, I talk to you for two reasons:
1) If any of you have a child who is autistic, who is a tweaker or a cutter, who is caught up in emotional chaos, who's savagely depressed, I'm here to give you hope. Your children aren't broken. They are not dysfunctional. They are hyper-functional. They are the beginning of a whole new beautiful phase in the development of the human species. 
2) If you are one of these people, if you've ever looked around the world and said "I don't belong, I want to go home", if you've ever thought "I must be adopted, I must be an alien, there's no way I'm part of this world, nothing feels right to me, I don't understand these people", if you've sought your identity in crazy alternative cultures trying desperately to fit in, I'm talking about you. If you are one of these, I want to give you hope and direction. 

To those who are still the old world, to who the old world makes sense, relax, it's ok. The new folks are just people, they're just a kinder, and more passionate, and more creative, and more brilliant humanity. When you find them, do everything you can to protect them. Shield them from the harshness of the world, give them space to explore and express their beauty, and they will amaze you again and again and again with how much richness you can bring to your lives. And if you are one of these new ones, consider what I said, hold on to hope, and trust. Because right now is the most amazing time in the history of everything this world has known.

Humans have evolved

Kirael do Ani has been working with this world and her people for at least 300.000 years, taking lifetime after lifetime on this planet and influencing human development behind the scenes. 

This world is currently going through a Shift that is more important and all-encompassing than anything before in the history of our planet. We are moving from being a people of logic and rules, to being people of the heart. Our world is moving from a long age of shadow to a beautiful new age of light that will not fade again. It is the awakening of sentience for humanity, and the return of magic. It is a time to leave behind our past of violence and to learn to care for ourselves, our children and our planet in a healthy way, with integrity, power and fun. 

As an embodiment of the energy (ki) of the heart (ra) of the creator source (el), Kirael doAni is here to form a bridge through which the light and the heart energies can enter our world. Through his workings and by the energy he holds, he is facilitating the transition, often at great personal cost, in order to guide our world into the new golden age quickly and with ease, within our current lifetime. 

In this current life, the Angel has a diverse and extensive background. He has advanced degrees in engineering and psychology, and a doctorate in religious studies. He has been a part of the development of the early internet, was a monk in the Saint Catherine monastery in Egypt, studied with shamans, Native Americans and Buddhists and other intuitive workers all over the world, and spent twenty years as a sexual abuse counsellor. 

Known by his students as the Angel, he is a master of the Meta-Intuitive Arts, currently living and teaching in the Netherlands. From his deep understanding of humanity, he teaches methods to heal from our past injuries and to grow into strong, amazing people with integrity, heart, and powerful intuitive abilities.
