As the daughter of an absolute music fanatic, I came into contact with music before I could even speak. As a kindergarten child, I already knew the difference between 33 and 45 rpm. At home we listened to music all day long. Since I was born in the mid-70s and my father loved everything that was danceable, disco was a big topic with us. That was also the reason why I swept the dance floor in the early 90s to 70s music. 

Here I have compiled my first part of disco classics that were my absolute favourites from my early club days.

Welcome to a Studio 54 themed New Years special Word Is Love Show. This is a show packed with Nu Disco new releases, remixes and Classics throwing down the very best Nu Disco in the spirit of the legendary Studio 54 in New York City.

In the mix there is music by Folamour, Block & Crown, Seamus Haji, Giorgio Moroder, Birdee and Ken@Work with the mix beginning with a fire remix of CHIC's 'I Want Your Love' and ends with a remix of the Studio 54 Classic 'Souvenirs'.
